Excellent attentive service with happy staff my husband and I had roast pork with seasonal vegetables,kale, roast potatoes with rosemary, cauliflower cheese,gravy all cooked to perfection.

The service and ambiance were excellent. Unfortunately, the food was just average. It was also quite noisy inside, which we didn't mind, but it might be an issue for others. Price per person: £10–£20. Food: 3/5, Service: 4/5, Atmosphere: 4/5.

frankly the best local pub that you could wish, amazing friendly staff all full of buzz and always smile, could not do more to make their stay more welcome. beautiful garden place with lots of space for her pooch to walk around. beautiful selection of drinks to satisfy every bud. the natives are also friendly, a wonderful friendly baptismal peeps. stop!

We had a wonderful experience during our jubilee meal. The food was excellent in both texture and flavor, and the portions were generous. The wine selection was decent, and the smooth Malbec paired perfectly with the lasagna. The service was attentive yet not intrusive. We enjoyed the roast dinner, which was absolutely delicious! It came with a generous Yorkshire pudding, ample meat, and rich gravy. If I'm being honest, I would have preferred a bit more vegetables, although the ones we had were cooked to perfection. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and helpful. This is a fantastic spot for a tasty Sunday lunch. Price per person: £10–20. Popped in for an early improptu Saturday lunch. First through the doors and Olivia gave us free reign over tables, so we plumped for by the fire. Just intended to go for mains Supreme of Chicken with porcini mushroom and thyme sauce on a potato and onion rosti topped with spinach, tender and tasty, but I hd Sea Bream with samphire dill and prawn bisque amazing!
