We had a lovely server called Flo, she was very attentive. The atmosphere and food were both relaxed and lovely. 5* would come again.

Extremely helpful waitress Emma helped me and my grandma decide on dishes as gran wanting nothing with no spice. Lovely bubbly attitude and couldn’t do enough. Food came fast and as described. Perfect evening.

what makes me sad about wagamamas is the price of desserts. a slice (sufficient, very tasty) white chocolate and ginger cheesecake costs a throw £5.10 they just push their luck a bit, or? we assume that there are 12 slices per 1 mass-produced cheesecake. make them a little mathematic and they will soon discover that this cheesecake is £61.20

One whole meal missing out of 4. Rang to complain. Told I had to ask for a refund my end. Explained that it would have been nice to offer a little more when it’s their mistake and we haven’t a meal as a family of 4. And the man on the phone hung up on me. Poor customer service. Then looked at the portion size and it is half of the normal size. Rip off. Won’t be going there again. Used to be my favourite restaurant. Can’t believe they hung up on me. Disgusting!

only revisited this week and was really disappointed by the service and the quality of eating. personal not very dedicated or knowledgeable, eating mediocrely to poor 30 aug, 2009 ramen bar or weinbar. if they are looking for authenticity and really tasty cheap Japanese/Korean eating then a taxi from leopold square to london Road/Abbeydale road, but if they only want a fast no-nonsense meal in a beautiful environment, then they at the right place. wagamama has brought the ramen bar to the high street, and in doing so it has probably introduced millions of people into the concept of Japanese/Korea style almost food. it has no atmosphere of a Japanese/Korean ramen bar in fact...read more

Very disappointing. My son and I went for a nice meal out, we were told off for not waiting to be seated, we did not see the sign which was apparently outside but it was raining when we arrived so just got in quickly. We then said we would go back outside and the man said no you can sit here. Well if it wasn't a problem why are you making it one! The waiter constantly miss-gendered my son. The food was nice but nothing special and when the bill arrived it came as a shock that it had cost over £70 for two of us. I won't be going again.
