"general: our last visit in the samma the cow was sober. the experienced black roast under red light with moderate supplements would even pull every Bavarian week down in a business restaurant. since October 2018, the selma “Zum Alois” has become, with the fresh motto “Hock di her, then samma more” the guests tried to win. on a rainy Sunday evening, then, so to speak, animated by the octoberfest, in the alois. a disappointment in the before: even if lion and spat are tapped, there was no Oktoberfest beer! I find this a pity and also near our table was the desire for a firmer disappointment. ab inbew, belonging to the Spaten-Löwenbräu, should be logistically able to supply its contract restaurants with fixed beer. so there is still much air in the blue-white sky. was pleasant, because the fifteen tables were perhaps occupied, especially with older couples. overall, the alois is a profit for the bremer norden, because the one who had been brought to the teller succeeded, generously dimensioned and fair prices. they can also sit in an ambiente suitable for the kitchen and that without a close service: in the selma there was a direct obligation for the female operation. it was removed in favor of black polos and red, short waiter aprons. our service in the old with gastro experience was just before eighteen clock alone, after which remained the soul of the company. she always had a confession or a lousy note on the camp and carried out her service. so that the drinks quickly and the feed sequence was very good. against 18 o'clock, then three very young supporters arrived, probably help. for them is a friendly reception the guests at the entrance to the dining room unfortunately not natural. but for our waitress I want to give four stars. the beer selection from the barrel is tidy with lion brown dark, spat bright, haake beck pils and crumbs neat. since my last Selma criticism four and a half years ago the prices have risen from 2,60 to 2,90 €. the bottled water 0.75 l comes to 5,90 € and the nine classified open wines are between 4,80 and 6,50 € for 0.2 l. Eat: the card with din and drinks is available on the homepage: [her left]. it offers not only the expected Bavarian tasseln but also knipp, matjes and labskaus, alpenpizza (a kind of flaky cake and burger. we first took the already known mountain cheese suppe (5,50 € and the obazda as appetizers (7,20 €). but for our surprise there was a small basket with five slices of a good ciabatta with a bit of frogen and two dips (curry and crimson gurke). a very beautiful design that is exceptional for Bavarian natives. my mountain cheese soup deserved the name: stronger cheese, ally, hot and short congratulated. a few spoons could have been more because it was served in a suppentee. more in the magenta brought the well-stocked plate with the obazda and a fresh pulp. my constant companion was satisfied with the preparation. I would like to have a little spicy (e.g. a little sharp from the rosenpaprika). I was very excited about my little chicken with bratkartoffeln (13.50 €. here was the diminutiw miss at the place, because the iron pan filled with shed pieces from the haxe in good sauce with champns. also that the bratkartoffels were also served separately in a dish. I could then agree on a big teller myself. the bratkartoffels a piece reference (to the locks/glows, but to put in the upper table-tenel. on the other teller it should be the puff with bratkartoffeln. three thick discs were remarkably lush in view of the price of 9.50 €. tastefully easy to clean and slim for our taste. the remoulade homemade with swirling and spicy gurke and tasty. the good salt and pepper mills of the selmas were unfortunately replaced by scattering in a paste form. environs: I quote once from my last selmacritics: “It dominates bright wood (wall cladding, verse, tables, chairs, benches, otherwise a dark floor and bright walls and cover. the decoration is limited and not cheesy. the tabs are clear as expected. the restaurant is very spacious and on the tables and between the tables is a lot of space. they can choose between the entrance area, high tables opposite the entrance hall and the adjoining guest room, to which the very large room is connected. through the halls you can reach the own parking space of the restaurant.” the high tables were replaced hospitable by normal tables. in the large rooms are the tables in the à la carte shop at the rande of the windows, because in the middle you find something lost. large charcoal parties are to fill the halls in the coming winter season, which is to be enjoyed because for pure restaurant the spaces are oversized. the noise with hits of the last 30 years does not fit right, but alpenjodeln would certainly be dared. when it burns, they can also turn off because the noise level that emerges from the burglary public fits best with a living house. cleanliness: everything well maintained."
