My husband and I stopped for lunch to escape the freezing temps the day we visited Limburg. We both ordered schnitzel mit pommeskartoffeln, Sehr lecker! We plan on visiting again when the temperatures are warmer

The place is like from another time. With knights of shining armour as decoration and dark wood. We sat on the second flour. Service was great, fast and the lady was very polite. The food was delicious and the salad too. A nice place to...visit

Great place if you want some traditional German food in a historic setting. The service was attentive and friendly. The menu is not extensive but there is something for everyone. The beer was good and the wine selection is adequate. It is also open on...Mondays when many restaurants are closed

Our friends recommended this restaurant for our final dinner in Limburg before we head back. I ordered a steak with fries and it was cooked to perfection, my wife ordered Fish and she enjoyed it as well. The service too was attentive. I know Germany well and because of that I can confirm we should never expect too much from the food and, especially, the service in this land actually we should always go mentally prepared to expect very bad things in both fronts. However, the experience...here at this restaurant pleasantly surprised us. In everything: Food was very good.
