"Today we spontaneously went to Strudelbächle. When we arrived, various tables in the garden were free or only half occupied. The boss 's ? fuss about the missing reservation was unpleasant and unbelievable. We 're talking about a beer garden at the sports field and not a Michelin restaurant. Drinks came quite quickly, 2 simple dishes took about 50 minutes. It wasn 't just us. The guests also had to wait forever at the other tables. The waitresses were friendly, but unfortunately haphazard and overwhelmed. We can only agree with Mr. Timo Stuber 's previous review. We saw directly how they had to leave again. It is a blatant lie for the owner to claim that there were no tables or seats available at the time. Quality of the food was sufficient, nothing special. Ambience rather untidy and a bit dingy. Could be better with little effort. What was unpleasant were the constant sound with endless electronic loops and the poorly thought-out distribution of the parasols, even though there were plenty of them in reserve. Our negative answer to the obligatory question: “Was everything okay with you?” was ultimately dismissed with a snarky comment. Trained staff is rare, we know it. But with less pointless fanfare, a little organization and a lot of passion, a lot could be improved here."

Food was super tasty at a reasonable price too. The quantity of the dessert could be a little more but still very tasty. View menu

We, 4 people, decided at short notice to stop at the Strudelbächle restaurant on a Sunday lunchtime. We were kindly informed that all the seats inside had already been reserved. But we were allowed to sit in the beer garden. The staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. The price/performance ratio fits!

Get out of the city and into a feeling of well-being! Great service, fast service and delicious food. Ambience great. In the evening there are blankets, great lighting, delicious whiskey sour and good wine. Not too far away from Stuttgart either, but absolutely worth it. Gladly again! Tip: it's worth making a reservation! View menu

The best restaurant with typical Swabian cuisine in the area. The service is excellent, drinks and food selection are very good. Been there twice now and each time the food was perfect. The price/performance ratio is also unbeatable. There is a nice indoor area and a wonderful beer garden when the weather is good. Thanks see you soon!

The food is really, really good, especially the onion roast. The meat is not too tough and is cooked perfectly. The homemade spaetzle is also very tasty. The staff is very friendly and the waitresses seem to like their jobs. The interior is also very pleasant as is the music that plays quietly in the background. There are 5 stars for that

"From work we have let Korona deliver directly to the workplace. It is not a pure delivery service, it is also a restaurant and even offers foreign rooms. The plan was a pizza ham. Well, you can't say anything negative for the delivery time, as we commissioned the large order in time enough. The pizza looked fine at first glance. What I noticed – the ham was not cut into small pieces as on almost all other pizzas, no, here you get complete ham slices on your pizza. Whether that's good or bad, everyone has to agree with themselves, I found it unusual, but it didn't disturb me. Also striking – the somewhat neglected edges of the pizza, which are not good with tomato sauce or Covers were generally filled. The rest of the pizza was quite busy, possibly too little tomato sauce, for me too much cheese. The dough was, in my opinion, too dry and too hard, but the pizza was not coking, so it wasn't too long in the oven, which also betrayed the rather yellow cheese lining. In total, I did not find the pizza intoxicating, as the pizza floor was somewhat tough, the covering was unevenly distributed, too much cheese, too little tomato sauce. It wasn't true, but it wasn't grottenschlecht either. Maybe it was the “stress” because we were about. 20 had ordered food and everything had to go quickly in their kitchen. Especially if you add the prices, you can expect a better quality. For me there is a mediocre. Perhaps the pizza tastes better in the restaurant itself – fresh from the oven."
