"this restaurant is a very good choice if you want to experience traditional tastes from the region. the value is very good, and they make especially the venue available at midday by offering lower price options. I went during the winter (December...2016,) so there was no outside kitchen, but inside is very comfortable (or even more precise, cozy.) I took a large family of 5 adults and 4 children, and everyone enjoyed it. it seemed friendly though, I didn't notice many other children there, so I think it's mainly at adult. if they are a vegetarian or vegan, forget it. that is hearty North German eating where sausage, pork, brain and goose the menu rule. I had a vegetarian with me who had the tinted vegetarian meal but was not blown away, although not completely disappointed. animal protection species could not be too sharp on the decoration of many filled brain heads on the wall, although this is more about the history and culture of these types of restaurants. we go to eat when they are in order with classic German food, this place is right at the point. the geese was amazingly delicate and moist, with crispy skin and more perfect soned. there are also other variations of classic pork, sausage and the like. beautiful beside dishes such as calf and red cabbage with rich aromes that mix with the meat. are also unbelievable. I had the red hat, a classic jolled berry pudding, but made by wattkorn's first class boil this was a real tasty bite with aromen that break out with any morsel. you don't have to eat too often, but if you do, do it right! also the personal was attentive and friendly, but not too obtrusiw as I like it. I can't comment on the wee, because instead I had a wonderful German beer with my meal. I didn't have a coffee, but my coffee crazy had a whisper and was pretty happy. I didn't get the impression that it was too expensive, I think I was happy to pay for the worth and the experience. if you want the real North German culinary experience, I highly recommend this restaurant."

Hamburg, a port city in northern Germany, is known for its maritime heritage, vibrant culture, and local dishes like Fischbrötchen and Labskaus. It's a blend of old charm and modern vibe.
