We made our annual Christmas celebration here. I have to say the food and the service were great. Thank you for a nice evening at the Kugelsburg.

We were on the return journey from vacation and by a happy coincidence (Google search result) we landed here! So we could not have wished for a better conclusion of our holiday! The restaurant is an absolute dream! View, Food, Service, Service everything perfect! The prices are reasonable we find! Who finds something to mecker here is not to help! Today we discovered the restaurant Kugelsburg in Volkmarsen. Whether by car, bicycle or walking, it is worth going there. The host (Udo) is the way you want a host. Happy, attentive and friendly he looks after his guests. You are also treated as a newcomer as if you were a long-term regular customer. Even 1 star is too much. Absolutely unprofessional. Have a table reserved for 12 people months ago. Having called today to inform the exact number of guests was so discussed, we were told that there would be no room for us, one would have accepted a golden wedding after our reservation and would have forgotten to write our number to cancel. That's the height! I worked for many years in the gastronomy. This is not to be overwhelmed by unprofessionality. You should be ashamed.

Dear Angelika, dear Udo, We had such a beautiful wedding freer. With our 20 guests it could not have been more beautiful. The table was really beautifully decorated. Like the whole room. A huge praise also to the kitchen that our dishes had finished at the same time, although everyone ordered something else and of course to your waiters to be found.
