"my mother and my father had their high time at this place yesterday and we cannot hide our disappointment. it started from tomorrow, we agreed that we would be there at 7 o'clock to set up the middle pieces and other aspekte des ortes, we came. about 5 to 7 and had agreed to meet the more pure to let us in at 7 o'clock. it was not until 7:20 when they set up to let us in. we went to the ceremony and agreed to the reception at 14:30 a.m., we arrived at 14:15 a.m. and said that the staff was not yet there. we were a little early so the party was sitting down just steps and had a few drinks. around 14:30 the braut and the tantigam with the narrow family made their way up to no personal, around 14:35 the manager finally appeared almost around the room to turn on light and arrange the bar. the reception was arranged and paid for 14:30 o’clock, it is extremely unacceptable that the staff this as “we have to set up at 14:30 o’clock” when we had about 30-40 people who already wait down to get up. only at 15:00 a.m. the guests started to make their way up, although the staff had still walked around. when we observed the personal, we found glasses on the table that had lipstick stains on them that we placed behind the counter. all sat, we were ready for talking and there was nothing. there were no microphones, no sound system only nothing to help. we asked the bar staff who could not give us anything, so in a room filled with humans, who had to try to scream their talking. hardly anyone could hear what was said, it was ridiculous. we then had a diashow and realized that they had no music that barely told down the barmann above, would sort the music for us and he could not. he brought us a small Bluetooth speaker to put in the middle of the room to play music with the diashow. I don't understand how a venue that keeps high times and parties is not available. I also need to show our extreme frustration that the manager was hardly anywhere to see, we were always past between bar staff because nobody could get the manager out of the kitchen. I understand that eating was prepared, but they shouldn't send bar staff to play Chinese whisperers with the braut that tries to find out where the dings are. we then had a wrong communication with the dj, my mother had told the manager that it was an early high time. the dj was still arranged for the evening, so although the reception was at 14:30 o'clock, there was no dj until 19:00 o'clock. We sat in a room without light, no music, no microphones, I don't understand how they thought it was okay to sit for 4 and half an hour with nothing. the braut made it very clear that it was an early recipe, so we expected that everything as the buffet is presented, but the dj was left at 19:00. I pay the dj £30 to come in 1 hour earlier, we wanted earlier, but they could not contact him. before the start on the dj, because that began as a catastrophe, that goes eating first. the buffet was nice, but the cleanliness of the teller was disgusting. the guests took up plates and put them on the floor, because they were still covered with old food from what they had before. it was embarrassing, lipstick on glasses then dirty food on the plates. with only the small blue tooth loudspeaker in the middle of the room they simply fill the quiet that everyone was looking forward to food only for some of them decide to carry their food on serviettes because the tellers were so rough. my mother spoke her angry with the manager before the dj got her simply to say “they agreed on times”, sure, perhaps that was the wrong communication, but where was the more pure, let us in, why was not the reception ready, dirty tassen and teller, no microphones it so much went wrong. we didn't get an apology from her and none of the employees. then the dj arrived, I paid him to come early and it was time for the first dance. what a sweat. we told him the song, he played the first song wrong. he then said, "wait two minutes" and the brittle and the tantigam were just standing on the dance floor waiting to play with "call me may". it was embarrassing when everyone took up on the dance. he then played the song and it wasn't right again! he played the karaoke version, everyone said again and again: “That’s not right” and “that’s the piano instruments,” so at the end they danced for perhaps a minute and just stopped because it was embarrassing and not the song they had asked. that was her first dance as a married couple and they didn't even get it! the song was wrong and yet again no apology, although the second song was once again wrong and was not resolved, he simply left it. they had abandoned at this point trying to fix it, as they wanted to get out of the ramplight only, they imagine that it is high time and they just want to sit and continue. we had not received any excuse from someone in this phase. the only highlight was the barkeeper joel. to say for a high time, they had a coworker was up was ridiculous, the poor young ran back and forth for us to sort music and lighting alongside his job as barkeeper. we couldn't blame him, he's the only thing you did on this place for you. my mother and my father had waited 2 years for this special day, because the delays of covid were just that. we will never return and we want to warn people about the terrible hospitableness of this place. was a disappointment, that was her high-time day. how could there be a lack of profi."

"once in the month my wife and I go to one of the best rated restaurants in the opposite of Mansfield/Chesterfield on the date at night. we were at some great places and some poor. it is always nice to dress up and enjoy a meal as...a experience, so I was excited to finally eat my first taste of Turkish food in a restaurant that is very rated. of the pictures on trip advisor ephesus looks like a stylish place with a family feeling and great eating, so when we arrived, I was very disappointed that it had a refit. despite its online presence still say ephesus it will now be filled olive a truly diabolical name, the de core is very as too foot in a subway (the sandwich shop) completely soulless and uninviting, as we were dressed for a romantic meal for two and we had too foot in a fast food connection with other customers in trainers with babys in buggys I was already on the back. when I spoke with the waiter, he sat us and we ordered drinks. I tried my first taste of Turkish white wine and I must say it was fantastic! we chose the hot mezze to start and the service was super fast, the food came in no time. the mezze was delicious, I couldn't mistake it. when they are a fan of lamb the Turkish (and greek) are famous for a lot of delicious dressing and the menu is jam packed with big lamb dishes. do not worry if they hate the menu is very large with all meat,- fish and veg options. I went for the kleftico, that is a bit of a bette of creamy maic with carrots. it was amazing, the lamb just fell apart and the maic was super creamy. absolutely fantastic. when eating Turkish food, this is done to drink raki with their food, so we have ordered a few glasses, must say that it is not for me, very strong, but hated the taste. I know Greek cuisine very good, but not Turkish, so I was glad that on the dessert menu baklava, if she never had baklava they must try. I often had it in Greece and that was all so good. when the bill came, I was very satisfied, the food and service was excellent despite starter, pornstar, dessert two glasses raki and two bottles of wine the bill was still very reasonable. about all the foods fanatics was just such that the ambiente wasn't there. if they take a bite before the theatre or the cinema, this is a great place to go for some food that tastes great and is a good price, but sad that refit was a catastrophe that was soul removed from the place and it feels like a almost food glick. from this reason I will not go back, but eating is nice."

"we thought we would avoid the Saturday evening rush and order around 16:10, so we didn't have to wait forever until it comes. this was the first time we used 'best kebab' and will be the last. uber eats said it would be delivered 16:50-17:10... the seemed a bit overly for the £20 order (1 x kebab, 1 x burger, 1 x cheesy chips and 1 x mozerella sticks.) but it is what it is. it will be 17:10 and we will wait. it is until 17:30 and we are waiting. 17:35 And we clink, they say they have a problem with their rides, and there will be 10 minutes, no apologies, nothing. eating came around 17:45, no apologies, nothing. eating was in the average. my partner “Special” burger (bef mit donnerfleisch) had 4 pieces donner on a lukewarm but crispy burger. my kebab was also lukewarm and I had never had so chewy meat in my life. the chips that were in the box were divided into two layers, the lower half closest to the box was like a red musk (obvily at any place it was hot and simply shaped into one with the condensation) and the upper side were hard as nails and cold. Mozerella sticks needed to heat as they were fixed and the Cheesy chips were only lukewarm with a mass of cold, solid cheese up. if they can not provide a delivery grater to ensure that their warm food is delivered immediately (we live about 6 minutes away) then they do not offer any delivery. do not pack their food ready and leave it easy until someone appears to deliver it, otherwise they will their customers inedible sh!t. revolver with our usual choice of spire pizzas. can not recommend this enough, along with express kebab house, which are just around the corner of this “business”. I will never use “Best Kebab” again. do not make the same mistake."

"menu choice: this had a very refined menu that reflected itself in the quality of food that came from the kitchen. to use a table of 14 simultaneously without problems. thete was a vegetarian option, although the one produced in the night was slightly burned on the floor and was easily mixed in taste. service please: the arrival was a little delayed, but that was a Christmas menu and can be expected. there is a bar that is up to get a drink while they wait. the personal was very accommodating and for the greatest part it was inviting. some employees seemed stressed and less satisfied with providing a good service. affordable: great quality for the price, but with regard to affordable it depends on their budget. this is not a mcdonalds menu; but I found that this was just a little over a box-sub menu, but the quality was much better. accessible: easy access from ground floor, but toilets are upstairs in the second floor. the bar is also in the second floor, while the table service is below, but you can order drinks from the edible. Just note that if they need a supported mobility, this could be a problem for them. extended family (teppiche): no pets unfortunately, but this is more a bistro, so take one night and pick up the pet seater, and relax and enjoy yourself. Conclusion: large menu choice and for the best part was the eating delicious and the price tag well worth. the service was really good, only the strange member of the staff seems to be less than enthusiastic. remember, barrier-freeness could be a problem for those who are in the supported mobility. Finally, no pets, so take one night out, order, relax and enjoy. if they found this helpful hit the same taste and add me to insta: diggerdazzler"
