"Our first visit, a miserable Wednesday night. We loved the warm welcome and although the restaurant was quiet it had a really pleasant ambience, spotlessly clean, decorated with attractive fresh flowers. I really liked the menu, the choices were appetizing and I really could have happily eaten everything on the menu. My starter of beetroot tarte tatin was delicious, the egg perfectly cooked. A fresh foccacia was provided on the table and we soon demolished the lot. Our table chose the cod and beans and the oxtail as our mains. We all raved about the food. If we were being picky we all found this course a little heavy on the salt, not enough to spoil our food but our preference would be for less. We all ordered dessert. The choice of a melting chocolate sponge or pannacotta. Now I'm a fair cook and I regularly make pannacotta but this made my own (well regarded) efforts look poor! It was 10 out of 10 perfection! Fabulous. All very simple and that is not a criticism. Our waiter was careful, attentive and gained confidence throughout the evening. Full credit to him. Well priced, good quality wine also added to our enjoyment. My only minor issue was were was the lemon in my G and T? We will be back, thanks for helping us to have a very pleasant evening."

"Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Ealing Broadway, you can find this veritable oasis of tranquillity and charm in Walpole Park. Its elegant yet understated setting is matched by a corteous yet welcoming service and a good selection of dishes. On a quiet Wednesday afternoon we enjoyed a fantastic and colourful butternut squash salad and a Caesar salad and shared a slice of homemade cake, a very moist coffee and orange cake, I think. The espresso was very good too, and (believe me! I can prove a very difficult customer to please when it comes to coffee! The excellent and friendly service by Simone completed our experience. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing place where to meet a friend, carry out some work, take the children after school for a run in the park and a substantial slice of homebaked cake... this is the place for you. I'll be back. Definitively with the same dear friend and hopefully with my family!"

"Tucked away in a residential neighborhood, not too far from the Southall Station ~2miles and main streets of Southall, is Taste of Punjab.... and what a tasty dinner it was, for a group of 10 in London, on business. The food was fresh and yummylicious. Sarson ka Saag a dish made from mustard leaves+spices came without its twin, makki di roti flat bread made of corn , since his chef had gone home. Harjeet managed to find a chef who came in just to make this for us in the late evening hour. The Aloo Paratha flatbread with spiced potatoes was a generous size, with a dollop of butter, as it should be, for an authentic Taste of Punjab. The lamb roghan josh, chicken kebabs, biryani and rotis, topped with Lassi yoghurt based drink salty or sweet options were scrumptious. After this fulfilling repast burp! , the walk to the station is desired... 7 Stars for Customer Service Harjeet kept his restaurant open for us despite it being over his closing time, and took care of all our requests; 5 Stars for Food as it lived up to it 's promise of an authentic 'Taste of Punjab '. Shukriyaa Thank You Harjeet and Team, for making it a memorable dinner for us!"

"Very disappointing. Very very disappointing. I have eaten at this restaurant before but after eating there last week I will never go again. I ordered a panang chicken curry, the quality of the meat was poor, the sauce was thin and watery, the rice overcooked and my friends meal was supposed to have seafood in it and there were about 3 bits of seafood which were overcooked and it tasted of nothing. I am a big fan of Thai food and therefore was very disappointed with the quality of the food. We complained and got nowhere, they couldn't of cared less. The restaurant was busy so I think that they have just got to the stage where they are just serving in volume and not worrying about quality...read more"

"Friends and I have been there a couple of times as it’s a good location for us to meet up there. To be honest, as I’m a SE Asian and travelled around the region quite a lot. The food there is very average. The good things is that some are keen on Chinese food and some like Thai food or some are sushi lovers, so you would easily agree to go to this place for food. This time I had seafood Ramen and very disappointed as there is nothing like ramen rather than chef threw a pack of quick cook noodles in a tasteless soup and added some cooked mussels, prawn, salmon and calamari. Although my English friend liked his Chinese Hoi -Sin lo mein and my Italian friend only eats Pad Thai noodles from this part of the region. We had a bottle of Tempranillo was not so good either. Staff are helpful and professional."

"A sophisticated restaurant in West London's Ealing, offering commendable decor and service. I tried a dish called "The Works", which included two brötöste, a cube of butter, two sunny-side-up eggs, a baked mushroom, a slice of baked tomato, baked beans in tomato sauce, two sausages, two pieces of speck, and a handful of French fries in the style of shaada aloor tawrkaari (a dish from West Bengal). I also sampled the beer-battered onion rings, which had a perfectly crispy texture and the right amount of spice. The espresso martini was delicious, with a garnish of coffee beans enhancing its aesthetic appeal."

"We enjoy visiting Hungry Yeti buffet in two ways: refueling while shopping, and dining with friends or as a couple. The management's Himalayan origins are evident in the décor, with commissioned original paintings on the walls as a reminder of home. The buffet selection and prices vary depending on the day and time of your visit, so it's best to check the website for more information. The cheaper session menu offers a wide variety of choices, including delicious Indian and Far-Eastern dishes. The dessert selection may not be the most exciting, but I've never had room for any anyways, and kids will be satisfied. The more expensive session menu includes higher-cost ingredients such as prawns and more complex dishes, with an expanded dessert selection as well. The buffet also offers a take away service, where you can fill a tin foil container to the brim. If you fancy alfresco dining, Walpole Park is just a short stroll away along Barnes Pike. Plastic cutlery is available upon request. The only downside is the restroom facilities, which do not match the quality of the rest of the restaurant and could use an update."

"Hello, I wanted to share my experience with Pepe's piri piri Chicken located at 154 Maybury Road, Woking, GU21 5JR. The food was okay but not amazing. We have had better burgers and wings from other places. The size of the burgers for £2.79 and £3.79 did not seem worth it compared to similar shops in the area. Paying £9.98 for 10 wings, which came out to almost £1 for each tiny wing, felt like a rip off. I felt like I was deceived and overcharged. When I called the store to inquire about the prices, I was told that delivery prices were different. I was only informed about the free delivery for orders over £15 within 3 miles from the restaurant after the fact. I was never told that prices for delivery were higher than the prices at the counter. If I had known, I would have opted to pick up my order instead. I have a copy of the printed menu and the receipt to prove it. I plan on reporting this to the council as I believe customers shouldn't be charged more than what is displayed on the menu. I will share my experience on review sites and social media to help others make informed decisions. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last visit to this shop. Others can decide for themselves after reading my comments. Good luck."

"I had a baked potato, which was a fairly good size and grated cheddar cheese on top only a very small amount of butter was put on top of the potato before the cheese and there was no taste of it when I was eating it. The cheese didn't have much flavour and to charge £5.50 for this, I think it was a bit high. My husband had the steak and ale pie with mashed sweet potato and mushy peas. They were lost on the plate as there was so little and the pie is very small. To charge £7.90 for something like this is again, too much. The pie and mash tasted lovely but there needed to be more. We weren't filled up with our dinner and instead of being able to leave and drive home we had to go and find another place that sold food so we had something else to eat on our long drive home. We wouldn't go here again because of this."

"A couple of times now I have seen Thyme Restaurants give you a sense of disbelief if you haven't booked your table and then have the audacity to say it's about a 10 minute wait to get a seat. I'm not sure what they are trying to prove or if they are suggesting the kitchen staff are not up to capacity. I had to ask twice when my table would he ready after the overdue wait despite it being empty. I stop at a lot of premier inns and I think think the Brewers Fayre is the best experience and menu. I'm struggling to think of something positive. I would recommend finding somewhere else to eat if you want quicker service, not sure why several people are being turned away, doesn't make business sense to me."
