"all those who give good reviews were probably not at any good accompaniments. the ambiente is really nice, the service top but eating (buffet) was fad or sharp but unfortunately not tasteful. the choice was great but it was generally a slightly fishy smell in the air - I don't know that. I was already with some Chinese but this was unfortunately - despite recommended - the worst. Perhaps it would be better to choose a direction (Chinese, Japanese or Mongolian). the prices were absolutely in order. I can't find €16.90 for the buffet too expensive. but whoever this is too expensive, he can also go to eat at the snack nebeban. Unfortunately, we didn't get the taste experience that would have fit the ambiente."

"Our last dinner during our week trip to Europe. We visited Oberammergau, Vienna, Sorrento and Rome and dined at many different restaurants. Most of them were overpriced and very touristy. This place was very different and we truly enjoyed the local food with authentic.."

"Having read some positive reviews on Kathi’s, we decided to go. Upon arrival we were advised the restaurant was full and the only table available was within a small overflow area. Before taking in the surroundings, we accepted and sat down. We quickly realised the...area we were sat was the entrance to two shops and a bar?!! The shop windows were in need of a wash and the ambience was non existent. I absolutely adore steak and often cook in my own kitchen, I was really keen to try the special Bavarian steak. I’m a little confused as to why you would come to Bavaria and order meat from another country? There was many selections from other countries available. I should note that with a price tag of €39, my expectations were high. My husband ordered the burger. Our food arrived and cutting into my steak, it became obvious the meat was not cooked as ordered, I requested “medium”...the meat had not been rested either meaning the meat juices and blood were on my plate. I requested the waiter return to the kitchen for further cooking. Once my steak arrived back, it was cooked to my preference however still oozing meat juices on the plate. At home, my steak is rested for a minimum of 5 minutes to avoid this. The meat was nice and so too were the accompaniments, my husband reports his burger was tasteless and laden with various sauces, causing it to collapse with moisture. All in all, we would not return. A restaurant focusing on serving steak should have chefs who know how to successfully cook (and rest) this expensive cut of meat."

"We have been eating regularly at the Ariston restaurant for six months and have never been disappointed. I spent many summer holidays in Greece as a child and am immediately back to happy sunny days when I eat here. The food is excellent and...different (so nice to see lamb and chicken on a menu in Germany, and my husband says that the fish plate is one of the best he ever had. The staff is attentive and friendly and the facilities are clean and modern. It is somewhat more expensive than the Italian place, but the amount of food and quality is not disappointed. The restaurant is also open all day on a Sunday so you can have a late breakfast and then a late lunch / dinner. Very recommended!"
"Yesterday evening I was with Asian friends in this cozy and modern restaurant right in downtown Freising. We were delighted with the super friendly service and the typical food. The summer rolls and spring rolls as an appetizer are fresh and handmade. The Tom Rim Thit Gulasch with shrimps and vegetables from the tone pot was the hammer and the squids were so finely carved that you would break on the tongue. The Pho Bo is also recommended. My friends found it exceptionally good! Thank you for the taste experience. We're coming back!"

"I was first introduced to this restaurant by a friend and have subsequently been back a number of times over the last year. The restaurant is relatively small in terms of seating and I can recommend no specific spot. However, if it is one of...those hot summer days then certainly asked to be seated in the back courtyard next to the Moosach stream which quaintly winds its way between and under the buildings in Freising. This is a great spot in summer as the flowing water creates a lovely atmosphere and you can watch the ducks play in the water while you enjoy one of the wonderfully prepared duck dishes served by this restaurant. The food is good and between myself and friends we have tasted most items on the menu and have not found anything that was not worth eating. All items are reasonably well priced and the lunch menu is always good value for money."

"very beautiful and not tight ambiente. there are also places where you can sit a bit off. eating is very good, the service professional and courteous. you can easily go with business partners, but also with friends and the family there eat. the chefin is usually in front of the place and takes care of the wishes of the guests in advance with their co-rebiters. my opinion after one of the best local who has to offer freesing up to date! many thanks and more so."

"My second visit and just like the first time I couldn't satisfy myself. Good clean (no unwanted fanciness) Italian food that was great at its taste and appearance. The service is excellent, very friendly and also. The pastas are recommended not to forget... Thier Tiramisu or Panna Cotta."

"After a frustrating day of travel, my daughter and I discovered Ristorante da Tony only a ten-minute walk from our disappointment of a hotel (Marriott). We were instantly and warmly welcomed by Tony. He asked just the right questions of us while going over the...menu and specials to determine what comfort food he could provide. He brought the perfect wine, exactly the appetizer that would compliment the meals we'd chosen, and hearty plates of pasta exactly what we needed to improve the day. His gracious hospitality is even more appreciated than the wonderful meal. We look forward to telling friends to be sure to visit this special place!"

"A visit in the afternoon at this restaurant was very disappointing due to a very rude waitress who was seemingly very dissatisfied of herself and who was just not being nice whatsoever. Even the most basic politeness was absent. The ordered burger was just looking...like a frozen burger that was heated up and the fries were very basic. There are much MUCH better places in Freising that should be preferred to this place. Much better burgers with a new and nice restaurant style can be found close to this place. This should be considered to be more like a fast food restaurant."

"Everything in this cozy hotel was great. You could tell it was family-owned, family-run by how nice everyone was. It just had that special touch that made you feel truly welcomed as opposed to the at times fake/forced welcome at the chains. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and the portions large for European standards. Room was very clean and pretty large."

"Delicious food and a beautiful space. The appetizers alone were fantastic! The servers were very pleasant. The only con was the credit card machine was not functioning and we all had to scramble to find enough cash. These things happen but it would be helpful...to put a note on the door or inform the party prior to dining if the machine was out of order. Overall, I highly recommend. Delicious"

1 Stunde bekommt man Zeit.

"A late lunch on the way back to the airport. Service was fast and the food was well cooked and very tasty. Wiener Schnitzel, Fries and Salad proved to be two well-sized pig pieces, the waitress was... happy to get two of them packed later in slide, as we couldn't manage them! Beer was a good local brewing hub.... even a soft white beer. Beautiful beer garden"

"The best Italian restaurant in Freising! Totally pleasant location. Pretty old building in the Neustift area of Freising. A short walk from the old cloister (which now house the county offices) and St. Peter & Paul's church. The interior of the restaurant has lots of wood and is nice and cozy in cool weather. Out front, there's a shady terrace for warm evenings. Consistently friendly service. Delicious hand made pizza and pasta. Good quality, fresh ingredients. Always a pleasure to eat there. Reasonable prices, too!"

"I was on a business trip close to Munich Airport and decided to look for a sushi place near my location. Tripadvisor comments took me there. 10 min driving & 10 more min walking as it is placed on a traffic restricted area of the city. I received a warm welcome by an Asian waitress who took me to a table close to the running sushi conveyor. I must say despite the restaurant is not big, looked familiar & nice to me. It was nearly full. I took a wide look at all cold and hot plates passing by for a few minutes then I decided to start enjoying my "sushi time". Good quality food I must say. Salmon Nigiri was my favourite... Salmon fillet was so fresh it melted in my mouth... Maki, California Roll, Sashimi, fruit, soups, mini spring rolls, prawn crackers, roasted duck... All in really nice quantities (1 to 3 pieces per plate) that allowed me to try several plates as well as repeat on some of the nicest ones. I'd visit this sushi restaurant for sure in the future and I highly recommend it... 19,50€ for a Soft Drink and the All you can eat sushi buffet was a really nice deal."
