"I'm rarely making opinions. I'm making an exception to this restaurant. After being disappointed by 2/3 restaurants on the village of gruissan, with my friend one decides to return the experience with this restaurant located in a quiet area with terrace and a magnificent view of the bâteaux. very clean room with harmonious decor in violet tones, very pleasant, the more you can see the kitchen with its glass bay that is very clean. The map is simple, just what it takes to put us in the mouth, avev of the fact home. He changes the restaurants that speak of a house by offering 20 dishes. I chose knives, fries, with shallots sauces and chocolate mousses. My friend, with his pepper sauce, his fries, his chocolate mousse. the plates are very generous and well presented. "Malgrés que nous avons ete dans ce restaurant en plein été en juillet 2017 , nous avons été conquis par cet établissement.Très bien recu meme sans réservation ce petit restaurant sur les quais du port avec une trentaine de place nous a ravi.Le repas etait excellent pour un prix de 20 euros environ avec de bon produit .Et puis étant donné le nombre limité de place ,il y avait une convivialité agréable.Le patron est très sympa , amateur de cinéma.Et son cuisinier charmant, il est meme venu nous voir quand nous sommes partis et nous a demandé si nous étions contents, pas de probléme , nous l'étions vraiment.Pour finir je dois vous dire que d'habitude je ne me risque pas à écrire des avis mais là celui là le MERITE.Passer par là et vous aussi vous serez charmés."

"Pizza correcte mais il y a beaucoup mieux comme l'île o pizza, 10 mètre. Pour le tartare de bœuf : aucun assaisonnement pour la salade, trop d'huile, manque de frites.Pour les moules à la crème : où était la sauce à la crème ? Petite portion de moules pour un adulte. On s'attend à une meilleure qualité de moule en étant en bord de mer. Les cocktails sont totalement à revoir ne ressemble en aucun cas à un Sex On The Beach et Pina Colada."

"Great place, nice setting between floating wood, jute canvas and surfboard. Open kitchen in the centre, upstairs. The kitchen is a pleasure from the entrance to the sublimated dessert of a beautiful dress, a feast for the eyes and the belly. Even the accompanying salad raises taste buds combining pineapple, melon and fresh vegetables. Very well welcomed, bravo and thanks to the whole team and especially to Jessica our waitress. Hyper pleasant, very smiling, funny and dynamic. In short, it is impossible for us to assign a rating below 5. Thanks again for this great time. We highly recommend this establishment and its staff. "Quel bonheur de trouver une telle qualité (autant visuelle que gustative) dans un resto qui a gardé son humilité et sa simplicité. Un accueil et un service des plus agréable, des plats originaux et vraiment succulent (rouleaux de printemps au thon cru et salade croquante revisité, espadon délicieux avec sa purée et ses chips de patate douce et pour finir le sorbet citron basilic sur la meringue et la purée de fruit rouge). Le tout dans un menu du marché à 25€! On peut difficilement demander mieux. Nous y allons dés que possible et n'avons jamais regretté."

"we were originally sitting in their neighboring sister restaurant before we realized our mistake, because we wanted to eat moule and frit for our lunch. the waitress and the cook were really friendly and attentive and nothing was too much annoyed. as far as eating is concerned, we started with one. teller tomaten and Chevre-Frais and I had the moules d’oc that came with toulouse and gay and it was devine. my wife had the traditional seafood moule they also enjoyed. accompanied by a bottle of local rose wine, it was definitiw a moule and fries sky!"

"The last time we went to Gruissan I wanted to try this little restaurant as it seemed very popular and that is always a good sign. We ended up going elsewhere.... We recently popped into Gruissan again on a horrible rainy day and treated ourselves to a nice lunch here. Absolutely worth it. If you like mussels, you can have them here in a variety of flavours. I definitely would go here again. Also I was impressed by one waiter doing the whole restaurant over 24 covers) by himself friendly, professional, swift service and all with a smile!"

See you soon! negative points: servers are not at the point on hygiene standards (mask under the chin for the most, at the service as at the bar.) servers are mistaken from tables to each order and this several times by table, we were not the only ones to complain about it, they walk (without mask) with the dishes asking each table if it was for them, not top especially at this moment ... wait very long positive points: good quality, the dishes are overall good. the manager is kind and polite, but should better train his staff. ps: all these remarks were mentioned politely at the crate when we were asked if everything went well, the clayer did not apologize once or even was sympathetic. She found a fake apology of style, we can't do better. It's a shame, because we can always improve when we listen to customer reviews."

You are in the right place to taste seafood: stuffed cornets and ravigot sauce mussels were excellent. I don’t think I ate so fresh and fleshy. I had some apprehension about white wine in carafe. No regret, La Clape's wine made its effect. Everything was chained with fluidity. The service was perfectly orchestrated, without waiting between the dishes. From the entrance to the dessert, cooking and quantities were controlled. Everything was fresh, melting and homemade. Prices are more than reasonable given the quality of products, the efficiency of service and the poetry of the place. This former fishermen’s village has unsuspected discoveries and L’Estagnol is one of them. The surprise of a discreet address like this is enough to convince you to never venture on the port again."

Le service a été très long pour les glaces jusqu'à ce que la serveuse vienne nous voir pour s'excuser, la commande n'avait pas été prise en compte. "Superbe cadre avec un charme et une ambiance très rare pour la région à cette période. Nous habitons dans les environs et venons régulièrement. Service parfait franchement très sympa et rapide. Ambiance d habitués et de touristes. D enfants, de familles et d amoureux. Amoureux on l'est finalement tous en partant. Du site. De gruissan parce que c est la clape et la mer. Les étangs et la circulade. Carte tournée autour des coquillages très frais et de poissons. Du sel bien sûr. Des vins de la clape aussi. Nous on aime bien. Et plus encore. On y va à 2. On y va en famille. Entre copains. Merci à tous. On reviendra cet hiver. Parce que les salins c est beau toute l'année. Et un bon poisson aussi.. N hésitez pas !"

"Extremely expensive for very poor quality foods. We picked a pee with fish. We couldn't eat red fruit with an ammonia taste, silky with an endless taste.
