"I recently dined at this restaurant with a group of coworkers and was thoroughly impressed. Despite some recent negative reviews, I found the food to be fantastic and the service from the staff members, who I assume are the owners, to be very friendly. I particularly enjoyed the fact that it is BYO alcohol and the owners were accommodating when we went next door to grab a couple of bottles of wine. They even waived the corkage fee, which was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed a variety of starters with freshly baked bread from the clay oven, with the smoked aubergine being a standout. The mixed grill we shared was ample for the three of us, and our colleague's chicken kebab with rice was also delicious. The main courses, particularly the lamb, were beautifully prepared. Our bill came to £90, which I found to be very reasonable. While some may have concerns about the decor, it did not bother me at all. The simple and comfortable setting, combined with excellent food and friendly service, is what truly matters to me. I will definitely return and would recommend this restaurant to anyone."
