"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."

"To answer the previous comment. The kitchen proposal has changed since June 2020 (we no longer manufacture salty and sweet bowls and we put it on the phone for 4 months. You forgot this time? From June 2020 to October 2020: we were still Moi Pur Jus and since June 2021, the structure made a change while continuing to include what made its reputation and now FOOD MOOD. I change the card every 10 days, offering elaborate menus. (the fusion of the kitchen while keeping tracers recognizable from all. However, the proposed quantities are more limited but reasonable. Saturday, I proposed for example: Cabillaud cooks low temperature with creamy broccoli citrus, whole grilled sweet potatoes, grassy coulis and crunchy vegetables. Friday: A falafel cake house a raw cream with sesame and garlic confits the whole roasted and burned eggplant with pickles of ripe vegetables and fresh liquorice and herbs. With respect to the croques: 3 to 4 proposals that change every two days: Chandler: A carnivorous proposition with or without cheese. Rachel: Vegetables and Phoebe: Vegan proposal. For desserts: practitioners and other preparations are made on site. (brioches etc.) For 1 year and like many restaurateurs, I also do according to the demand and the affluence that there may be in the restaurant. I'm sorry for the disappointment that you were able to meet in the restaurant, but it's fortunately not a reflection of the global customer experience. Our team will bring you satisfaction next time.
