"We booked for noon via the La Fourchette app and we had the surprise to find the doors of the closed restaurant... We still called the restaurateur, to make sure that the problem was not from us, that the reservation was valid. And yes, the restaurant should have been opened. But since the restaurateur was ill, he chose to close the restaurant without bothering to warn his clients. That he decides to close because of illness is not a problem, I can understand. But that he didn't take the pain at least to warn and cancel the reservation strongly upset me."

To make simple an original Cuisine and the right "franquette". Overall everything was good.

The restaurant is hard to find on the slopes. The pisco and the ceviche were good. The rest of the meal a little medium. Nice waiter.

having tested Peruvian cuisine, I was a little disappointed with this establishment. very simple dishes and we had little explanations about their preparation and origin, even at our request.

Fresh products cooked at the last minute, spicy dishes of the peru. Service well, the cuisinié=server answered our questions on dishes and spoke passionately about his kitchen. It's a little cold in the room.

Coming together, we were disappointed. A very slow service (not to say more), unprovided and sometimes cold dishes.... with no choice for dessert despite high menu rates (22 and 27 euros)... personally very disappointed for a stage that I would have liked to be disappointing. It's too bad.

Once found the black pearl, you will find yourself on the side of South America. The decoration is simple, here no chichi. The welcome is friendly, perhaps speaking Spanish helps a little. You like Peruvian cuisine, this place is for you: a very good ceviche and other dishes not too spicy for a French palace, but if you like el aji, ask the waiter.

Unheated room: a broken old radiator... We eat cold. This greatly spoils the whole because the kitchen is correct, not too spicy as requested. At the time of the check, attempt not to apply the reduction the fork: will make us pay menus while we chose on the card to get the discount. It's a shame, and it gives a bad final image on our frigorized bodies...

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
