"Premetto that we had dinner (reserving in advance) for dinner, Swiss national holiday, the restaurant was overcrowded. the food all in all was good, except the pizza of my partner a little burned. service unfortunately was a disastrous thing, so that the restaurant was full, but this does not mean that the service must become poor. Starting from the drinks arrived after 20 minutes to the bread brought to the table after the appetizers, condiments required several times, etc. I mean I do not want to be a pig, but with what you pay, the customer demands. At the end of dinner I kindly ask the waiter if he can offer a round of digestives, 4people, which if I had been the steward I would have done of my own will given the lack of service. At this point, waitress and director express themselves arrogantly and then eventually accept. probably it was better to take a few less bookings. for the behaviour and management of the situation I will no longer return."

"Situated in Piazza Riforma and good for people watching.The menu looked good so we took a chance to try it and we were not dissapointed.My wife took Cozze alla Marinara and she had a big portion of mussels and it was good.I had Beef Tagliata di Manzo and was actually surprised it was very good.A glass of beer was included in the mussles and we also had a bottle of water 1/2 lit ended with one coffee. Bill came to CHF 74,00 not bad for being in the Alp country."

"we have taken linguine, ravioli, spaghetti and meatballs: all four excellent dishes, about 30 euros per head including dessert (not exceptional,) without wine. Perhaps the prices are slightly higher than the quantity, but just compared to the quality and location. The place is nice, the friendly staff. If you are not looking for something very cheap I recommend it."

"Habbiamo pranzato o cenato qui diverse volte, sempre serviti con garbo, piatti di carne o pesce in ordine, anche abbondanti, con a disposizione pizze generose. Piatti consigliati tagliatelle al salmone o risotto ai funghi. Tartare molto gustosa. I tavoli tra le piante sono i miei preferiti, anche in pieno inverno sembra di mangiare all'aperto. Comodo da raggiungere e con a disposizione ampio parcheggio."

"taken pizza with integral dough: Good. nice place, cozy environment. negative: postage. turn to find it was more challenging than to reach the destination (crossing with traffic lights and mandatory directions). The staff: apart from a very kind and friendly guy who was busy, the other waiters were a bit approximate in the service. It was not a lot of people (apart from a separate room, for the dinner of an association) and it was not filled, but they gave us a table next to one of the few other adventors instead of climbing a covered..mystery. Menu paper quite varied. I wanted pizza today, but I'd like to try something else if it happens."

"visited Tuesday 17. 11 for dinner. Cute environment, service not very careful (we were in 4, not all we had finished the appetizer, they started to shoot, and immediately arrived the dumplings without letting us finish calmly, the bread was not on the table like not even grana/pepee/sale), there is the wine card and no explanation to the same if not that their cost is 40fr a bottle (!!!!!!!!) and 8 fr the glass we ate gnocchi alla sorrentina (they were not on the menu, they kindly prepared it ad hoc), poor portion and some little cooked dumplings for well 18 fr! personally it seems to me a high price for the small portion and especially for gnocchi (I don't think of own production) mozzarella and tomato. Good aperitif pizza: I'd only have to go back to the pizza. Total of the account: 111fr (below in 4 from aperitif, 4 servings of dumplings, liter gas water, 3 glasses of wine, 1 coffee)"

"Seit Jahren gehen wir immer wieder, wenn wir in Lugano im Urlaub sind in dieses Restaurant. Seit Jahren sieht alles gleich und veraltet aus, aber dies wäre ja alles noch ok.Wir haben in unserem Leben bestimmt über tausend mal chinesisch gegessen, aber eine so kleine Portion knusprige Ente haben wir noch nie gesehen, es war höchstens eine halbe Brust angerichtet, ein Viertel davon war zu trocken. Vom Geschmack her war es sonst ok, aber nicht aussergewöhnlich. Die Suppe war ein wenig zu wässrig, bisschen kräftiger wäre besser gewesen. Die beiden Hauptspeisen zu je 35 Fr. sind viel zu teuer für die minimale Menge. Auf die Frage des Kellners, ob alles gut sei, war unsere Antwort, vom Geschmack her gut, aber zu wenig. Der Kellner konnte mit dieser Kritik nicht umgehen, er sagte nur, dass andere Gäste sagen, dass es grosse Portionen seien. Aber Hauptsache der Geschmack sei gut. Von da an meidete er unseren Tisch. Ich brauchte lange um mich endlich bemerkbar zu machen um Kaffee und Dessert zu bestellen. Beides kam prompt, aber für die Rechnung musste ich ihn holen gehen. Die Situation war unangenehm und es gab weder Zuschlag, noch eine Entschuldigung, noch wurde der Kaffee offeriert. Schade, wie kann man nur so kleinlich sein. Ein Wirt, der etwas auf sich hält, versucht den Gast zufrieden zu stellen und sei es nur mit einer kleinen Geste. Die Kritik nur zu ignorieren ist unhöflich und unprofessionell, schlicht eine verspielte Chance. Wir werden bestimmt nicht wieder kommen."

"we were the day of San Giuseppe for lunch in this restaurant where they also serve vegan menus, not easy to find in the surroundings. in three we have gotten deei cutlets with very good and abundant lobsters. For second a great dish of our goat with baked chips. Plentiful portions and small cooked to the best. The two vegan people had the option of choosing between five different menus and I must say that they were very satisfied. Wine, water and coffee obviously with prices certainly not cheap but, when you eat well that the prices a little carucci pass in the second floor."

"In coppia un sabato a mezzogiorno. Ambiente un po' datato ma con il suo fascino di ristorante famigliare. Il personale è rappresentato da una cameriera cordiale, sollecita e professionale, un pizzaiolo e lo chef.L'ambiente è tranquillo. Abbiamo preso una zuppa di pesce abbondante e ottima e uno sminuzzato di pollo al curry che mancava di personalità ma gradevole. Lo chef era spesso in sala e si preoccupava del benessere dei clienti che, nella maggior parte, sembravano habitués. E' venuto anche da noi e fa piacere. La cucina aveva la porta aperta e si poteva notare come fosse pulita e ordinata.Abbiamo speso meno di 40 franchi in tutto con della minerale e due caffè.Abbiamo anche notato il prezzo della chinoise a volontà veramente onestoRiproveremo, per esempio una sera, perché siamo usciti soddisfatti."
