"Booked for x16 for a birthday lunch, we often go here as it's so good for the kids to play whilst the adults can chat. As we were a large group, I was asked to pre-order, I must confess to being very, stroppy, would be the best word for my reaction to this request as I reeeeally didn't want to rally x16 people to order in advance but I will say that Clive was extra polite and explained why and I have to say it worked very well, the food came at the requested time, all together and it is always a consistently good standard, the food portions are huge I would say and most importantly delicious! The waitress in the Tipi was exceptional, she managed to organise the bill and the deposit so we all paid in our separate families and it was all communicated to the other staff when she went off shift on a break. All in all a wonderful day so thank you very much Clive and team and we will be back no doubt."
