"Ich habe hier das erste mal bestellt unabhängig von den Rezensionen. Ich habe mich in diese mit Käse überbackenen Nudeln verliebt. Das essen war sehr heiß und richtig lecker. Der junge Lieferant war so lieb und hat mir das Essen bis in die Küche der Kanzlei gebracht, weil es so heiß war. Es war für 14 Uhr bestellt und kam pünktlich auf die Sekunde. Hatte leider kein Kleingeld aber hoffe das das Trinkgeld was ich per Lieferando überwiesen habe auch dem jungen Mann erreicht. Könnte mein Lieblingsort für Nudeln werden . War nicht das letzte mal."

"Liebevoll! in der Auermuhle was an old mill by a stream converted into a restaurant, and it offers diners a spacious terrace for al fresco dining in warm months. The lovely, natural surroundings add to the charm of the place, and it is very popular...with families with young kids as there is a large playground and a beach volleyball pitch on the premises. The restaurant is open daily from 1000 0100 hours. The food served here is local cuisine with an international flair. The self sufficient kitchen F&B team also bakes all the cakes, roasts coffee beans, makes pasta and pizza from scratch, grills meats in an 800 degree oven and whips up colorful cocktails. Parking spaces are limited on the premises so visitors have to park haphazardly all along the narrow and unpaved path leading to the restaurant. Certain sections of the path are so narrow that only one car can pass each time. The situation is particularly bad on nice and sunny weekends, when the crowd converges on the place and the backlog of cars spills onto the narrow 900 meter stretch leading out to the neighboring suburbs. The management needs to come up with a solution for parking for its guests there is no access to public transport here, and I can imagine the residents living nearby are not happy with the amount of traffic passing through to get to the restaurant."

"Wir gehen immer in Ratingen zu Notos, wenn wir einen Griechen besuchen moechten.Das Restaurant ist modern, die Bedienung supernett. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Waehrend man in der Innenstadt in Ratingen beim Bifteki Tiefkuehlkost erwarten muss, gibt es dies hier frisch. Und gerade beim Hackfleisch wuerde ich immmer hingucken. Wir essen hier immer Tiganaki, Kartoffelscheiben, das Mussaka ist top, gibt es als "Tapa", so dass man noch etwas anderes essen kann (6,50 Euro). Die Preise sind zivil, Glas Wein 4,90 fuer 0,2, Sekt fuer 4,10 fuer 0,1l.Wir gehen wieder hin, man muss nicht immmer gross essen gehen, auch ein paar Kleinigkeiten kann man dort essen."

"we were in the opposite direction and wanted to take only one refreshment. in the early afternoon the terrace was almost completely occupied with good weather, but we had luck getting another table. the waiter was quick to take our desire at the table. a few minutes later asked a second waiter after our request. the vote could be a little better. the best sold drinks were then delivered quite quickly. all drinks had the right temperature and were in order. so a second round was ordered despite the slightly higher prices. the location of restaurants near the galopprennbahn is good. Unfortunately, the bus stop near the bus is only served on rennntagen. so only the use of a taxi or a somewhat longer footpath to a bus stop remains. Of course, they can also come with the pkw, then they will find a parking space right next to the restaurant. the staff was friendly and very fast. the equipment on the terrace was simple, but ok."

"Normalerweise bevorzuge ich Gyros aus diversen Gründen. Taste ist in Ratingen und Umgebung der einzige Dönerladen, der meinen Ansprüchen gerecht wird! Das Fleisch hat Qualität und ist auch als solches erkennbar (keine Wurst/Brät Pampe). Zutaten sind alle frisch und lecker! Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich. Komme gerne wieder!"

"Very friendly, not so little space. Very European service. My friend and I had breakfast for two and an additional agitator (which was not necessary, really) and for our surprise the waitress told us that this meal comes with Prosecco, so she asked if...we wanted to take it. I said bring it up and she laughed. It was the most fantastic fresh record I ever had. Delicious ham, prosciutto, smoked raw salmon, tails and provolone cheese and more with a basket full of 7 types of bread and a tray with butter, jelly, acid cream, nut, etc. This place is a must go, and I plan to go again as I write this before I leave in the next 2 days."

"I visited this restaurant with my husband and my family. My husband only speaks English with a few bits of German, he always makes an effort to speak German when he can. Upon arrival at the restaurant nobody explained the system to us, i.e. that...you are required to attach numbered clips to your plate for the freshly prepared food. This should be step one and should be done by the waiter/waitress. When my husband took his plate to the chef he was met with a very rude attitude, the chef gestured at him about the clip and it was not until another diner explained about the clips that we knew what he meant. He then rudely gestured my husband away, really disgusting behaviour and I wanted to leave then and there. When we told this to the lady who brought our drinks she smiled and said the cook doesn't speak very good German well neither does my husband but manners are free and available in all languages; it is no excuse. The food was nice but suffice to say we left no tip and will not be returning, ever. Train your staff, get some cooks with better manners and you may be getting somewhere."

"Although I have to bow to the superior experience of the reviewer below, I have to say the experience of our visit to the Drei Königen earlier this week was almost the opposite. Six of us (a mixed party of English and Germans) utilised this...corner restaurant after visiting the Ratingen Christmas market. The restaurant was quite busy due to the market being in place and we were seated at the far end of the back room away from the bar. But despite being at the back the service levels from the friendly hard working waiter could not be faulted and the food was served promptly and was very good. And I know cost is relative but at Euro’s for a party of six , which included of Alt Beer at a glass , I did not consider this expensive at all, especially when comparing to the a party of had cost me in a Paris restaurant earlier this month. I can only report as I find, and I found this a good dining experience and wouldn’t hesitate to try again when back in Ratingen."

"the restaurant is located in speestraße, and it has not been discussed so much that in areas where a caffeine is present, there is now a completely new variety of restaurants that complement the gastronomic offer in Lintorf very well. when we were there (a few weeks ago) the reconstruction/the facility was not complete, and there was still a lack of atmosphere. but food was super-lecker, and the service was very friendly. the price-performance ratio is appropriate. You can also eat at home there. the only point that some guests do not like so well that there is no sufficient parking space on site, then you need to look at the adjacent side streets."

"When we arrived, the restaurant was half full, but we said the only tables were outside. we found some of the employees unfriendly and service was slow. it was only when we came to order that a friendly waiter told us that it was a menu available in English; then it was too late because we already worked our way through the German menu and didn't want to wait any longer to get our order. the food was in order; the tzatziki that we had for the appetizers was in my opinion over-garlicky and came with six small pieces brot between three of us. an salat came with our main dishes (souvlaki and gyros); these were served before the rest of the main and was fresh with a beautiful dressing. the main thing was ok; meat was tasteful, but the chips were a little greasy. that was not a bad experience, but not good either. If I were back in the opposite, I wouldn't come back."

"Wir wollten vor dem Abflug noch schnell was essen und sind dann durch Zufall im Lumare gelandet. Ein Glücksfall. Der hervorragende Aperitif, Orangina Spritz, perfekt für den Sommer, hat uns begeistert. Gegessen haben wir einfache Gerichte, Spaghetti Carbonara und Lasagne. Diese waren jeweils genauso, wie sie sein sollten. Der Service war gut und freundlich. Ich würde das Haus gerne wieder Aufsuchen und dann auch aufwendigere Gericht ausprobieren. Im Rahmen der gewählten Gerichte und der Restaurantkategorie daher gerne 5 Sterne."

"Excellent Spanish cuisine, highly recommended. Lunch for four: 2 x paella, 2 x different steaks. The paella was authentically prepared, very beautiful to look at and super tasty! Steaks were perfectly cooked to perfection as ordered, very deliciously seasoned and appetizingly garnished. Side dishes were also very tasty and plentiful. The service was professional and helpful, but unfortunately quite serious... perhaps because they had to climb several flights of stairs for each course. The only negative point in this great restaurant: Excessive prices for non-alcoholic drinks: 4.90 for a glass of lemonade is cheeky. Nevertheless, we will definitely come back here, the food here is simply delicious and very well cooked!"

"Das angegebene Ende der Öffnungszeit ( "Open end") ist ein Witz. Bereits um kurz vor Mitternacht wird man hier mit 4 Personen an einem Freitagabend nicht mehr hereingelassen. Die Begründung " man habe schon "Last Order " ausgerufen (obwohl das Lokal gut besucht war) und "um 8 Uhr morgens sei ja schon wieder geöffnet " ist absolut lächerlich. Anscheinend hat man es als Betreiber eines Extrablatt nicht nötig seine Gäste vernünftig zu behandeln. Man kann diesem Betrieb nur das Schicksal seines Vorgängers wünschen . Da war nach kurzer Zeit schon wieder Schluss.Mich wird man hier nicht wiedersehen , zumal das Speisenangebot auch nicht mehr bietet als alle anderen Fritteusenlokale !"

"The Suitbertus-Stuben is, I believe, owned by the same family as the Ratingen Brauhaus and is about five minutes walk away. It does however offer a very pleasant alternative to the Brauhaus as it offers a different menu still centered on typical German fare,...differently brewed beer from Urigers Dusseldorf Altstadt and a much quieter, less frenzied atmosphere you can actually hear yourself talk !! The building itself is unique and very old and has a charm about it. The food is well cooked, plentiful, tasty,and extremely good value. The wait staff are very friendly, and eager to please though sometime seem overwhelmed when the Stuben is full. Reservations are suggested so that you won't be disappointed. A very good alternative to the Ratingen Brauhaus if you want a pleasant , quieter relaxed atmosphere with similar good basic hearty food and excellent value Highly recommended."

"Hier waren wir zu einer Familienfeier mit 22 Personen.Von außen und innen erwartet einen ein in die Jahre gekommenes ziemlich spießiges Ambiente.Die Tischdeko ist Geschmacksache, sehr überladen mit wunderschöner Blumendeko.Der Service ist nett und aufmerksam.Es gab ein Vorspeisenbüffet mit Lachs,Krabben und Salaten, was alles ausnahmslos sehr lecker war.Als Hauptgang gab es Schweinefilet,Kalbshaxe, Kartoffelgratin und Gemüse mit Pfeffersoße bzw. Champignonsoße.Bis auf die Soßen war alles sehr gut und schmackhaft.Die Pfeffersoße war überpfeffert und die Champignonssoße versalzen, außerdem wirkten sie wie aus der Tüte gemacht.Zum Dessert das Tiramisu viel zu flüssig, die Eisbombe dafür einfach klasse.Alles in allem kann man das Essen und den Service hier absolut loben."
