"Thought I 'd give KFC a shot for a change. There was a twenty minute wait and the staff appeared to be very slow and disinterested in providing a quality service, however, I wouldn 't have marked them down for this had a) my food been to order and b) it was hot I understand as a fast food establishment, a quality service is not the priority, but the other two points I certainly expect to be fulfilled. My complaint ties into all three however. I asked the assistant at the till if my single piece of chicken that came with my fillet burger meal could be a leg, to which she agreed and passed this message on to another member of staff. His exact reply was 'I won 't remember that ', however, as she retorted with 'make sure you do ', I felt assured that this simple request would be carried out. Sure enough it was my turn to collect and I took my meal and made my way home, where, to my dismay I had not been given a leg like I had so politely asked for, but instead a rib! and what 's worse, it was cold and dry. This has been a wholly wasteful experience and I have decided to bin the entirety of my meal. I would give this KFC a 0 if I could, however, a 1 star is a compliment and they don 't deserve to trade. I guess this is why everyone goes to Mcdonald 's."
