There is only a half service here, i.e. you order and pay in advance at the counter in the entrance area, the drinks are taken along on a tray and the food is served at the table. You can't imagine it like Vapiano, it's a lot quieter and you don't have the feeling of having to escape. The offer of four different fish dishes changes daily, moreover there was a fish soup, oysters, a cheese plate, two vegetarian dishes (Pasta and Salat and two desserts, in addition on the weekly card further recommendations, currently a noble fish trilogy (15.90 € and doradenfilets (19.50 €). I didn't get an invoice, but I didn't ask. The salmon as on the previous day also perfectly cooked, nicely juicy and refined with a special fish flavor, the dill sauce certainly not from the bag, the potatoes cooked to the point, the Riesling very well. I can only confirm the reviews of my reviewers, the quality is excellent and very rare only I have eaten so well prepared salmon in the restaurant. No question, we'll be back at the next Trier visit. Friendly and flashy service, not long waiting times on both days, the plates were cleared by a very nice older gentleman who also inquired about our satisfaction. Modern and very well maintained ambience with many red accents, in the upper area you sit a bit more cozy (damped lighting , here you also have the opportunity to taste wine.
