"We went to Palm Court for a works Christmas Party. It was superb right from walking down the pathway towards the building. The decorations were amazing and the fake snow added to the magic. Such a warm welcome once inside. We opted for the buffet package, Rachel remembered our party we had had back in the summer and catered to our tastes by adding little personal touches to the selection. Amazing food which was served upstairs and Wow, it was sooo beautifully set up and very Christmassy with warm lighting, proper xmas hat's, a warm fire, the buffet was served at one end of the room and tables set up the other and laid out perfectly. There were 60 of us and it was perfect. After our meal we went back downstairs to party! and party we did, we had a Juke Box so you could choose your own songs and playlists which worked brilliantly as the choice was extensive and everyone enjoyed choosing. The staff can't do enough for you and made our night special. Thank you so much to Palm Court Pavilion for the best night ever"

"After waiting for 12 months, we were extremely impressed with the excellent service and delectable Sunday roasts at this restaurant. It was the perfect way to kick off our holiday, and we will definitely be booking a table again next time we visit Worthing. This place is a real hidden gem."

"I love the pizzas from Pizzafaces; they offer fantastic vegan options. They are always willing to substitute regular cheese for vegan cheese on any pizza, and they also have a dedicated section for vegan pizzas. All the staff are very friendly, making it an overall amazing restaurant and takeaway spot. This is an update on my previous review from June 27, 2022."

"Amazing! My family lives right across from this restaurant, and we decided to dine there during our visit. We can't wait to go back! The Spanish cuisine is incredibly authentic, prepared by the sweetest Spanish lady. Everything was delightful, and we couldn't fault anything. Personally, I loved the veal—it was absolutely superb. My partner's favorite dish was the eggplant with walnuts and honey. It was truly a 10/10 experience!"

"I recently visited Malt Cafe in Worthing and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the amazing experience I had there. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and the friendly atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic visit. Firstly, I have to say that the quality of the beverages was outstanding. The chai and iced coffee were unmatched in their rich flavors and perfect balance, and were the best I've had in the UK. It was clear that a lot of care went into crafting each cup. The food was also exceptional - the smoked salmon and avocado on sourdough was a culinary masterpiece with fresh ingredients and perfectly paired flavors. But what truly impressed me was the exceptional service I received despite the busy atmosphere in the cafe. The attentive, efficient, and caring staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience for every customer. I can't thank Malt Cafe enough for providing such a wonderful dining experience. I will definitely be recommending this establishment to anyone looking for an unforgettable culinary adventure. Thank you for the great food and drinks, and for the outstanding service in a bustling environment. Keep up the excellent work! Sincerely, R&R"

"We went during covid times so the menu was limited and was tapas only. I found it was a bit pricey for what you got and tended to skimp on the sauces. It is on the seaside so it's a great location to sit out doors and socialize. The crispy Tofu with chilli was ok and they didn't give much sauce so I had to ask for more, it was a sweet chilli sauce so I didn't like it. The Wild mushroom aranchini pesto was very bitter so I didn't like that. The best dish was the button mushrooms with feta. The cheese board was ok but unfortunately the crackers that were provided were sweet, I can't stand sweet crackers or bread. The dessert was a chocolate orange cake, which was well done, but unfortunately I'm not keen on chocolate mixed with orange, The owner/host was great fun, jolly very friendly and entertaining. I wanted to give it a higher rating, but it was an expensive meal for small portions and I was hungry afterwards. The sauces were tiny (on one dish it was literally a teeny smear you could not get anything off of it) and the flavours were either sweet or very bitter and rather lack luster all around."

"Had another fantastic meal at this amazing Italian restaurant. The olives are a must-have starter while you peruse the expanded menu. Specials included Dover sole, and the service is always reliable, friendly, and top-notch. The quality of the food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!"

"I visit this restaurant once a week and the owners are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to see you. The food selection is great with plenty to choose from and it changes regularly, so there's always a fresh variety. The portions are large and the pricing is fantastic. The atmosphere is surprising, like walking into a Spanish bar, which always makes me smile. They also have a great selection of drinks, including alcohol, with an added bonus of having a license. If you're in Worthing, I recommend booking a table and giving this place a try - you won't be disappointed."

"We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant, enjoying the company of three generations of our family. The food was, as always, exceptional. Our 15-month-old granddaughter was entertained with poppadoms and the amazing staff. They go above and beyond to make us feel welcome every time we visit. It's such a delightful place, and we wish them all the best!"

"Very small, friendly waitress. Menu consists of tacos, burritos and quesadillas, all elaborately prepared. The title 'Cantina ' describes the ambiance adequately. We 're not Mexican food fanatics, and we were surprised at the lack of fajitas and chilli, but the food was well presented and tasty. Distancing between the tables was good, despite the compactness of the restaurant. Nothing wrong with the food or the restaurant, but just a bit too authentic for us!"

"Visited with a friend on a Friday night. A local restaurant handy, won’t be visiting again! First walk in and the smell was a bit strange a mixture of fish and cleaning products, not nice. I had booked a table for 2 and we were going to be put in amongst a table of other people. There was so much on the menu it was difficult to choose what to eat. Eventually we chose Garlic bread to share, when it arrived it didn’t look very appetising, it tasted like spongy bread instead of tasting crispy, yuk. We both ordered a pasta dish which wasn’t great either. It’s a shame when you go out expecting to get good food and you can cook better at home! Won’t be visiting again, shame."

"Oh…what an extraordinarily beautiful evening at Rincón de Pepe Tapas Bar tonight. The welcome was warm. The menu was/is enticing. Gorgeous wines. Amazing ambiance. Buzzing atmosphere. Like being on holiday. We had incredible dish after incredible dish. I was there with my step boys. They fell in love with tapas last summer when we holidayed in Seville. They love to try the pulpo….they love patatas bravas…and the peppercorn steak…the fried fish, calamari, the chicken stuffed with ham and cheese, the warm bread with ham, cheese and tomato and olive oil. The churros were awesome, the tiramisu was heavenly…beautiful coffee (perfect roast) and delicious negroni! Every dish was delicious, fresh and plentiful. This is a VERY SPECIAL RESTAURANT! Worthing should be so pleased that it’s there…it’s there for those evenings when you just want to graze…chat….enjoy some good wine…take yourselves off to warmer climates…holiday for an evening…feel the love… the food is cooked with love and served with love. Go! Experience it. It’s a gem…. It really is!!!"

"We had veggie breakfast and avocado taco in this restaurant. I really liked all of them but especially veggie breakfast. My favourite in the breakfast plate were halloumi, egg and bread. Also, we had a cup of coffee. It tasted well. As a suggestion , before you go to the restaurant, you should make a reservation because it was very busy. Overall, everything was nice. I will absolutely go to there again."

"My partner and I have only had take aways (many! over the years and we are always completely bowled over by Issa 's beautiful food. It is not only utterly delicious and very fresh, but so well presented. I love how they always add a variety of vegetables to the Dom bowls.. always something different, and always so many different things together. Embarrassingly, I had never tried (or heard of shiso leaves until they were in front of me... they were a revelation. Also the way Issa so carefully and precisely cut vegetables to go into some of their rolls.. the way they present all and go over and above.... we are always left feeling that we have not only had the chance to eat fabulous food but food into which much care has been given. I have never been to Japan, but I have been lucky enough to travel to a lot of the world and I can safely say that they make the best sushi my partner and I have ever eaten anywhere,. Including 'posh ' restaurants in London etc. My only criticism (although it isn 't one really is that they could do with not using any mayo type sauces in some of their rolls, but I think they probably do that to suit our dodgy british taste! And the antithesis to this is how they always add miso soups to any take away order (I dont know about dining in this is such an exceptional addition and so lovely. Thank you Issa for enlivening our lives! We really look forward to eating your food and plan doing so for ages in advance ;"

"Back to post holiday, post pandemic working, I 'm using the hotdesk in town as a 'be more focussed ' strategy. It works. And gives me an opportunity to do a few sneaky lunches. First day back, it had to be my old favourite, NRG. Just as good as I remembered, with super healthy options plus treats on the menu, friendly staff, and good vibes coming from the kitchen. Today was absolutely freezing and my first day back in office. So don 't judge me, ok? I wanted it all. I ordered it all. I ate most of it. (Took a bit home for later). Get in here and you won 't be sorry. If you 're more disciplined than I am, you could even be super healthy there 's smoothie and salad options galore (the cafe is situated opposite a serious gym and caters for the zero carb and healthy eating crew). And that *is* a turmeric coconut latte, yes. Yum. Also had a bulletproof coffee which came a little long, but I can order it shorter next time; as far as I know, this is still the only place in Worthing to do Bulletproof. Oh! and they 're LGBTQ friendly, too. That 's a good feeling."

"I ordered a family takeout over the weekend. The delivery was slightly delayed because of a shortage of drivers at the last minute. However, when the food finally arrived, it was fantastic - large portions and very hot. The day after, I received a call from the manager, Charlotte, who apologized for the inconvenience. She was very courteous and professional, and even credited my account with £20. I was impressed with the gesture. Kudos to all the hardworking staff during these tough times."

"I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and ate here both nights. Despite having a large coach party to serve i was given plenty of yime with yhe restaurany waitresses. They were really friendly and helpful and made my meal more pleasant. The food on both days was good main and dessert on day one and starter and ma8n 9n the second. Pork with balsamic and mash was deliah and the homemade ice cream woth the waffles was yummy. Day 2 was a chicken fest with satay chicken to start. Had the most amazingly fresh side salad to accompany the succulent skewers. Then followed by a stuffed chicken breast with roast spuds and a creamy white wine and garlic sauce. So good you cab have sevonds...yea please yum yum! It was incredibly tasty and all cooked and served within 40 mins despite the large party being served at the same time. I couldn't manage dessert but that is how filling the two courses were. The staff were brilliant on both nights and i have no hesitation booking in again. If you want 100s of dishes to chose from then this menu os not for you but im fussy and i could jave found something to eat for at least 3 nights. Thank you i really enjoyed my food and would not hesitate to recommend on my experience this week."

"I seem to have added this on another account so I'm copying it here and will close the other one I hadn't motivated to do a review since the last time we were at Beach House, which I think in itself says something. We've eaten out a lot, just not been inspired enough to do any reviews! Still awesome, the menu is mimimal but why offer pages and pages of options when you've perfect the popular dishes and your are limited in kitchen space. The burgers are great, not preform frozen discs but fresh and actually in the same food group as steak. Chips are great tripple cooked and fresh for every order. Nice simple decor and local artists work available to buy from the walls. The kids are always happy to come back here, the staff are always nice and friendly and genuinely seem to care that you enjoy your food. Good drinks selection and candles on the tables in the evening. No it isn't the cheapest but the ingredients aren't the cheapest, if you want a generic meat disc In a bun and mass fried reconstituted potato shapes there are plenty of options in Worthing, if you want to see your food cooked just for you in an open kitchen then give Beach House a shot."
