"Back to post holiday, post pandemic working, I 'm using the hotdesk in town as a 'be more focussed ' strategy. It works. And gives me an opportunity to do a few sneaky lunches. First day back, it had to be my old favourite, NRG. Just as good as I remembered, with super healthy options plus treats on the menu, friendly staff, and good vibes coming from the kitchen. Today was absolutely freezing and my first day back in office. So don 't judge me, ok? I wanted it all. I ordered it all. I ate most of it. (Took a bit home for later). Get in here and you won 't be sorry. If you 're more disciplined than I am, you could even be super healthy there 's smoothie and salad options galore (the cafe is situated opposite a serious gym and caters for the zero carb and healthy eating crew). And that *is* a turmeric coconut latte, yes. Yum. Also had a bulletproof coffee which came a little long, but I can order it shorter next time; as far as I know, this is still the only place in Worthing to do Bulletproof. Oh! and they 're LGBTQ friendly, too. That 's a good feeling."

really nice and decent food. it was a sunny Sunday without sitting outside, but the waiter pulled a table from inside not the sun for us.

fantastic brunch on a very wet and windy Sunday morning. breakfast roll, lattes, hot chocolate were all very good. a fantastic pick-up from me.

Still the best bacon sandwich locally and probably in the free world. Great ingredients, well cooked and beautifully presented. Be prepared to gloat at the dishes being served to other customers. You’ll just have to return as I do. Thank you.

such a nice, friendly caffe! I went there to breakfast with my daughter, and jake the waiter could not be more helpful. Nice, homemade food, that, although pricier than some other caffes, it was worth for its fresh, presentation and the entire customer service. will definitely come back here!

we had a fabulous lunch with the chicken sauce and the falafel (which my partner said was the best he ever tasted salads were fresh and the aromen were great to hurt that we had no place for cake! the personal was friendly and welcoming and this is...will quickly become our favorite café in worthing. I hadn't been to Worthing since being a child many years ago. Whilst wandering around looking for somewhere nice to have lunch we came across NRG Cavern...and I am so glad we did. Lovely atmosphere, great service, tasty food and good portions. We were struck...by the friendly and very efficient staff. Really pleased we went.

I’ve been reluctant to post a review on this cafe as I’d like to keep it a secret. The staff are always very friendly (even the kitchen staff say help and goodbye if your up that end of the cafe) and are great at letting...you how long food orders are taking (at busy times). The food is always fabulous. The pancakes are a favourite. The ingredients are always fresh and of a very high quality. This is always our go to in Worthing as it’s lovely to be able to eat a healthy meal out. It’s also dog friendly which for us is a bonus. The only negative (which isn’t a negative at all) is that I wish it was bigger so they could have more tables as it can get busy at times which is great for them and...
