"We went to Palm Court for a works Christmas Party. It was superb right from walking down the pathway towards the building. The decorations were amazing and the fake snow added to the magic. Such a warm welcome once inside. We opted for the buffet package, Rachel remembered our party we had had back in the summer and catered to our tastes by adding little personal touches to the selection. Amazing food which was served upstairs and Wow, it was sooo beautifully set up and very Christmassy with warm lighting, proper xmas hat's, a warm fire, the buffet was served at one end of the room and tables set up the other and laid out perfectly. There were 60 of us and it was perfect. After our meal we went back downstairs to party! and party we did, we had a Juke Box so you could choose your own songs and playlists which worked brilliantly as the choice was extensive and everyone enjoyed choosing. The staff can't do enough for you and made our night special. Thank you so much to Palm Court Pavilion for the best night ever"

"Such a lovely Bistro, dog friendly too! We shared the fish platter, it was delicious. The children were happy with the kids menu, and loved the chocolate brownie. I will definitely be back as rare to find a place so welcoming, and that caters for our furry friend, the children, even our elderly mother in law would manage with the layout. A great place to dine, seconds from the beach- highly recommended."

"I love the pizzas from Pizzafaces; they offer fantastic vegan options. They are always willing to substitute regular cheese for vegan cheese on any pizza, and they also have a dedicated section for vegan pizzas. All the staff are very friendly, making it an overall amazing restaurant and takeaway spot. This is an update on my previous review from June 27, 2022."

"I had never been here before and also never eaten tapas, so I was really unsure what to expect. It was a lovely evening. The staff were amazing, ready to answer my questions and very attentive. The food was brilliant. Full of flavour and good portion sizes, everything was cooked to order. I would definitely recommend the paella. As a treat or a special occasion I would definitely go there again."

"Tucked away around the corner from Worthing Promenade was the perfect cosy escape from a cold and windy Sunday afternoon. I'd picked Wine Reason to visit as part of celebrations for our ten year anniversary and we were not disappointed. We had such a warm welcome upon arrival and throughout. We shared the vegan Christmas tapas, consisting of a sham-lamb roast (which I believe was locally made), nut roast, soy brussel sprouts, the worlds best roast potatoes, no pigs in blankets and maple glazed panko parsnips. Every element was incredible and such a different experience to your usual roast dinner, which we loved. W R has a huge selection of wines, I chose the Vinho Verde from Portugal which was a beautiful accompaniment to my lunch."

"Had another fantastic meal at this amazing Italian restaurant. The olives are a must-have starter while you peruse the expanded menu. Specials included Dover sole, and the service is always reliable, friendly, and top-notch. The quality of the food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!"

"I visit this restaurant once a week and the owners are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to see you. The food selection is great with plenty to choose from and it changes regularly, so there's always a fresh variety. The portions are large and the pricing is fantastic. The atmosphere is surprising, like walking into a Spanish bar, which always makes me smile. They also have a great selection of drinks, including alcohol, with an added bonus of having a license. If you're in Worthing, I recommend booking a table and giving this place a try - you won't be disappointed."

"Very small, friendly waitress. Menu consists of tacos, burritos and quesadillas, all elaborately prepared. The title 'Cantina ' describes the ambiance adequately. We 're not Mexican food fanatics, and we were surprised at the lack of fajitas and chilli, but the food was well presented and tasty. Distancing between the tables was good, despite the compactness of the restaurant. Nothing wrong with the food or the restaurant, but just a bit too authentic for us!"

"We have just enjoyed a glorious evening at Giorgio. The dining room is so comfortable and stylish. The ambiance was electric. It was busy! Lovely atmosphere. Staff are so warm, kind and friendly. Menu is exquisite and the kitchen delivers beautiful food! Every dish was delicious! Wines were great and the Puglia sparkling was very special. This is a real treasure. A really good restaurant on our doorstep. We shall return. I loved tonight! What a blessing!"

"We read the reviews and excitedly booked as a family of four. Two adults, two children. My Portuguese friend and I were really looking forward to some authentic spanish tapas on what turned out to be an incredibly hot day in Worthing. We arrived at 7.15pm and was seated in the wooden shack at the back. No air con, just a grubby domestic fan and 28 degree heat with no windows meant the atmosphere felt hot, sticky and uncomfortable. The table and chairs are very uncomfortable and too small to comfortablly fit four people and tapas plates. The chairs are hard and felt like the screws need to be tightened. Its hard to relax on a hard chair that feels like it will fall apart... We ordered 1 Juice, 2 Cokes, 1 Sangria and 1 table water. The drinks didn 't have ice and the table water arrived with glasses but no water. The Sangria was bitter, the pineapple juice was delicious. Once we had sorted drinks, the waitress brought a list for us to tick our selection. She looked at my Portugese friend and said I presume you know how to read this? You sound like you understand Spanish. like an English woman doesn 't know how to read patatas bravas right? We ordered the Ham and Cheese meat board for two, Black Ali Oli Bread, Tortilla Española con cebolla, Champiñones al ajillo, Croquetas con jamon Serrano, and Bomboncitos de Morcilla. Overall the food was bland and poorly cooked. The flavours were not as you would expect. We enjoyed the tortilla and bomboncitos which were full or fravour and enjoyable. The mushrooms were tinned, watery and tasteless and we asked for these to be refunded. The cost of the food was £83 and we left quite hungry. The overall cleanliness, heat in the shack, table stability and rubbish dump feel of this place leaves a lot to be desired. If you would like to go here, check out the shop front. It gives a far better reality of the place. Dumped white goods (freezers) line the outside building, and inside probably does not meet any or many building regulations at all. It fwels very poor and overpriced for what was the worst dining out experience I have had in a while."

"My partner and I have only had take aways (many! over the years and we are always completely bowled over by Issa 's beautiful food. It is not only utterly delicious and very fresh, but so well presented. I love how they always add a variety of vegetables to the Dom bowls.. always something different, and always so many different things together. Embarrassingly, I had never tried (or heard of shiso leaves until they were in front of me... they were a revelation. Also the way Issa so carefully and precisely cut vegetables to go into some of their rolls.. the way they present all and go over and above.... we are always left feeling that we have not only had the chance to eat fabulous food but food into which much care has been given. I have never been to Japan, but I have been lucky enough to travel to a lot of the world and I can safely say that they make the best sushi my partner and I have ever eaten anywhere,. Including 'posh ' restaurants in London etc. My only criticism (although it isn 't one really is that they could do with not using any mayo type sauces in some of their rolls, but I think they probably do that to suit our dodgy british taste! And the antithesis to this is how they always add miso soups to any take away order (I dont know about dining in this is such an exceptional addition and so lovely. Thank you Issa for enlivening our lives! We really look forward to eating your food and plan doing so for ages in advance ;"

"Back to post holiday, post pandemic working, I 'm using the hotdesk in town as a 'be more focussed ' strategy. It works. And gives me an opportunity to do a few sneaky lunches. First day back, it had to be my old favourite, NRG. Just as good as I remembered, with super healthy options plus treats on the menu, friendly staff, and good vibes coming from the kitchen. Today was absolutely freezing and my first day back in office. So don 't judge me, ok? I wanted it all. I ordered it all. I ate most of it. (Took a bit home for later). Get in here and you won 't be sorry. If you 're more disciplined than I am, you could even be super healthy there 's smoothie and salad options galore (the cafe is situated opposite a serious gym and caters for the zero carb and healthy eating crew). And that *is* a turmeric coconut latte, yes. Yum. Also had a bulletproof coffee which came a little long, but I can order it shorter next time; as far as I know, this is still the only place in Worthing to do Bulletproof. Oh! and they 're LGBTQ friendly, too. That 's a good feeling."

"We ordered enchiladas for our meal, which were delicious, and also had two glasses of wine. Everything was going well, enjoying the nice company of my daughter during lunch. Just as I was about to order coffee, we were unexpectedly given the bill for £45. We were surprised and taken aback by the waitress, as we had not requested the bill yet. It felt unwelcoming and somewhat shocking. Despite being polite and considerate of other diners, the service left much to be desired. The food was great, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of service and cleanliness."

"Popped in here and asked if they did GF. Was advised they cannot guarantee no cross contamination and explained that as they make all their own bread, they don’t have GF, however they can do an omelette. We decided to eat here and oh my...word… was I glad we did. The omelette was filled with mushrooms, cheese, peppers and onions and had a side order of fries. AmazIng food! Did I mention the coffee Again, this is in a whole different league! Their flat white was incredible, honestly, I struggle to remember where else I have had a coffee done so well. Exceptional. An amazing stop here and honestly, would return in a heartbeat, whenever I’m in the area again. we took a peek through the window into the kitchen as we walked by. Outstanding! You can tell how well organised it is, not a thing out of place and spotless! Brilliant place to eat, even if my choice was a little limited, I think I had the best item on the menu. Do go here, It was delicious!"

"I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and ate here both nights. Despite having a large coach party to serve i was given plenty of yime with yhe restaurany waitresses. They were really friendly and helpful and made my meal more pleasant. The food on both days was good main and dessert on day one and starter and ma8n 9n the second. Pork with balsamic and mash was deliah and the homemade ice cream woth the waffles was yummy. Day 2 was a chicken fest with satay chicken to start. Had the most amazingly fresh side salad to accompany the succulent skewers. Then followed by a stuffed chicken breast with roast spuds and a creamy white wine and garlic sauce. So good you cab have sevonds...yea please yum yum! It was incredibly tasty and all cooked and served within 40 mins despite the large party being served at the same time. I couldn't manage dessert but that is how filling the two courses were. The staff were brilliant on both nights and i have no hesitation booking in again. If you want 100s of dishes to chose from then this menu os not for you but im fussy and i could jave found something to eat for at least 3 nights. Thank you i really enjoyed my food and would not hesitate to recommend on my experience this week."

"A lovely sunny Sunday lunchtime we had tossed up between the sea front and Warwick Street for a pizza. In the end we chose the tranquility of Fiordilatte rather than being puffed at by exhaust fumes. We were so glad we did. Our lovely waitress, whom we thought was from Southern Italy but was actually originally from Kuwait, made us feel immediately welcome. She took our drinks order and we were also brought a bottle of water and two glasses as a matter of course. Fiordilatte has always had a simple straightforward menu with a neat range of delicious sounding pizze at excellent prices. Ours arrived pretty quickly as they weren't busy when we arrived. The pizzas were large and every bit as good as we remembered. No thick crusts here, real Italian sourdough pizzas with lots of fresh topping. Just fabulous. Our waitress was attentive at all times and made sure that we were enjoying our meal and spared a little time for a chat. It turned out that she was actually a student at Worthing College. I think lunchtimes get busier later on Sundays. At around 2.15 more people began to arrive plus there was a queue for their scrumptious Italian ice creams. When it came to dessert we chose Affogato vanilla ice cream with Espresso coffee which is poured over the ice cream. Because they were getting pretty busy our desserts took a little time to come, but hey it was a sunny Sunday and we weren't try to catch a train. Inside the restaurant they sell Sicilian desserts to take away. We couldnt resist. Absolutely lush. Thank you Fiordilatte. Got to be the very best pizzas in Worthing and excellent value."
