He was genuinely remarkable—constantly checking in to see if we needed anything, even brought me a lemonade, ensured we were comfortable, and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. It’s rare to find service that’s so attentive and friendly without feeling overwhelming. Huge thanks to him for making the visit even better. I will definitely be returning! "Nandos is a great fast casual option if you enjoy rotisserie style chicken with a bit of spice. Even if you don’t, their menu runs the gamut of options with a ton of good apps and sides. This location is very busy being right across from the museum and while service was pretty fast, it wasn’t great and everyone seemed a bit confused who was working there. All that said, the food was still awesome and worth coming back for time and time again! There is free soda refills but it’s a bit confusing on if you can get it or your server does. Toilets are clean but down a long staircase."

"Hands down the best chicken shop in the southwest! Not only are the staff polite, professional and highly skilled but the food is divine. All meats, breads and dairy are fresh everyday and all meals are served to restaurant quality(I can tell this as I eat at alot of establishments) . You can be in for a long wait if getting delivery but it 's always worth the wait in the end. Although it 's a 'chicken shop ' the gourmet beef burgers are my favourite thing on the menu. Can 't forget the buy one get one free on pizzas aswell (always useful when moneys tight)... Literally a domino 's pizza for way less! While I 'm at it.. Give the milkshakes a try they make 'shakes to go ' look awful. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CHICKENZOS."

"Pro 's We were seated promptly after a long trip. The food was served quickly, and tasted nice. The Portion sizes were on the big size, which is always appreciated. Cons There were 11 of us in total and they gave us 6 menus, 2 of which had pages missing. Our order was taken using a mobile phone. Which meant a main was missed off. They gave us our starters but no drinks. They served one of the mains and asked is that all? Made us think that that 's all she 'd wrote down. They started serving mains, without clearing the boards the starters were served on. They came with one drink and said we 'll bring the rest but the waiter sat back down and the drinks didn 't arrive until all the mains had came out. When the waitress realised she 'd forgotten to get some crayons for the Kids she proceeded to swear quite loudly, normally it wouldn 't be an issue, but there were 3 young children at with us. Conclusion As nice as the food was, the level of service was disappointing."

My boyfriend made the first order took his money didn’t give an order number and said if there’s no order there’s no order was told that his money would be back in the account in a few minutes.... still hasn’t, then I went...on to order it but they kept on cancelling the order,after giving up a lady called to say they didn’t have the cake left so we decided to have the cheese cake even though it said it was cancelled lucky we didn’t go to somewhere else otherwise two orders would have arrived, rubbish communication and messed ya about!! when the food finally arrive after 2 hours they had forgotten the fries and for nearly £40 there was bear minimal, very disappointed!!!!"

"Sometimes I am hesitant about eating at Nando 's as I feel it 's a bet against whether I will be satisfied or not. I don 't know why that is! Maybe it is because it is a franchise, although I have never had a bad experience at a Nando 's restaurant. Nonetheless, I was a fool to be hesitant! Yummy Chicken! Going to the gym straight after work, I felt like I needed some food straight afterwards and a friend of mine often says: a chicken wrap is the perfect post-workout snack. So having this in my head and knowing there was a Nando 's only a minute 's walk from the gym, we decided to pop in, and this changed my perception completely! Rather than grabbing food to takeaway, which was the original plan, we decided to sit in and order. What can I say; I was more than satisfied with the decision. I ordered the Butterfly Burger with the hot sauce marinade and fries. It was a great portion size and the chicken (two chicken breasts! was nice and thick and perfectly cooked; the hot sauce gave the food an incredible kick! The chicken came on a Portuguese roll , which resemble a tough bun, and lettuce and a slice of a large tomato. With my fries, I had the extra hot sauce to dip. Very nice! My only critique was that the fries were lukewarm, but not exactly devastating. My girlfriend had the super food Quinoa Salad with Chicken Breast fillet. She loved it! Again it was a great portion size and she said it was one of the best salad 's she 's had in the UK; and this is a girl that frequents the German salad restaurant Dean David 's on a regular basis, so she knows a good salad, when she 's presented with one. The only issue she had was the lack of Avocado in the salad, but this was easily resolved by talking to the kitchen and she got extra Avocado slices on the side. I even added a bit of Avocado to my dish, and it added something extra to my burger. Tasty! It was around 19:00 on a Wednesday night when we visited and the restaurant was just starting to fill up, quiet at first so ordering wasn 't an issue and the food arrived quite quickly. This Nando 's can be a little drafty when the door is opened due to the open plan layout, but moving tables was fine. The price was mid-range, which is normal for the city centre, and the quality is definitely worth it. We paid around £20 for food. I was extremely happy with the food, and I can now say that there is no reason to doubt the quality of the food here, and I may just visit again for a post-workout snack ."

"My wife and I went there every day we were in Glasgow in June usually fish and chips , but sometimes other tasty items like steak pie. It seemed the food had been prepared and left sitting for a long time before being picked up by the delivery driver. To make matters worse, the food had a strange petrol or chemical taste that made it unpalatable. I would not recommend ordering from this establishment. "I went to this restaurant for dinner and was asked about any allergies. When I mentioned my peanut allergy, a staff member named Kirsty was extremely helpful. She took our order and double checked everything, informing us that fresh chicken thighs were being prepared which would take longer than usual.
