"During our time in Glasgow in June, my wife and I visited this restaurant every day. We usually ordered the fish and chips, but occasionally tried other delicious dishes like the steak pie. The food was consistently excellent and plentiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Despite being 7,000 miles away from our home in the tropics, we felt warmly welcomed by the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our visits and make sure to recommend this restaurant to all our friends."

Best chippy in the city centre. I've sat in before, but mainly use this for takeaway on the days when work is hectic and you just want some good old chips

Clean, cosy and wonderful staff. The food was excellent. Batter was perfectly done and the chips we're tasty. Mushy peas were nice too. Highly recommend this place.

Clean and tidy and friendly place for a bite to eat. Good menu selection for adult and kids. Popular place at weekends. Offers takeaway service. Good place for Fish and Chips bit pricey but get a large fish.

Regular here, food can't be beaten. Staff are excellent and friendly, food is made to order so be patient and enjoy the outcome. Right in the city centre so perfect for shopping trips, clubbing or dropping in anytime. Try it out, you can't go wrong.

My wife and I went there every day we were in Glasgow in June usually fish and chips , but sometimes other tasty items like steak pie. Food was always excellent and plentiful and the staff were so helpful and friendly .They welcomed the customers and although we had travelled miles from the tropics we certainly felt at home. It was a pleasure to go there and we tell all our friends about it.

The fries were delicious. The staff's attitude was a bit unfriendly. They were unwilling to serve the gravy separately, which was a problem for my vegetarian wife who only wanted a few fries from my plate. The server mentioned the cost of packaging as the reason for not accomodating this request, which seemed a bit stingy. I doubt many customers would make such a request! Other than that, the fries and gravy were tasty.
