"I recently moved to the area and have visited this restaurant at both locations. The food here is incredible - always piping hot and delicious. My daughter raved about the pansen-based pizza, saying it was one of the best she's ever had. The potato skins and mozzarella sticks were also a hit, even though they may ruin my diet! "I order from Oowee at least once a week and devour every last bite. My go-to order is the Vegan Chicken Strips, a dish not shown in this picture as I had already eaten them. I enjoy Oowee Vegan because it is a completely vegan restaurant, ensuring I am not paying for any animal products. Each time I return, I am confident that I will be treated to delicious flavors and textures. I even wrote a poem about it: Bacon cheeseburgers and loaded fries, Chilli cheese bites and other sides, Mac and cheese that will amaze, The menu leaves me weak at the knees! Don't forget the ice cream and dessert, And the Churros, so good it almost hurts."

"We live locally and decided to try Papa Johns for a change. I ordered an extra large All The Meats because the website says customers voted it their number 1 pizza. It was the worse pizza we have ever had the displeasure to be served....It arrived luke warm bordering on room temperature. The toppings were spread so thin it looked like a medium pizza inside an extra large base. The toppings stopped well inside the margin of the crust leaving an inch of bare dough around the outside. The amount of toppings was not half that shown in the picture on their website. The flavour of the toppings was rank. It all tasted the same. Imagine a disgusting halal pizza from a back street in Islamabad where random unknown meat is shaped and coloured to resemble sausage or pepperoni. The website says chunks of ham and crispy bacon but I didn't find one piece. We have no idea what they are using for cheese. It wasn't mozzarella. It was complete garbage. The whole family sat groaning after eating only a couple of slices of this garbage. It made us all feel sick. I wanted to vomit to get it out of my system. The next day we were all still complaining about the horrendous pizza. Papa Johns have a quality guarantee if you don't like your pizza they will send you another for free. WTF I don't want ever to see another of their pizzas! Papa Johns is really up to no good, there must be some shady practices going on in their shops to produce such rank pizza."

"We came here on a Friday afternoon. It was a toss up between here and the equally highly-rated Firkin. I’m glad we chose Kipps’ as it offered something quite different to most other ‘micropubs’. Firstly, I suppose purists would say it’s not really a micropub at all but more of a micro bar – but to me that mattered not. Secondly, the big windows and prime spot make it ideal for people watching. There seemed to be a good community feel about the place, with regulars popping in and propping up the bar. The Clwb Tropica (Tiny Rebel), cider (I forget the name) and Bruges Zot were fresh. Two (one notoriously pricey) pints and two packets of crisps for £11 is good value as far as I’m concerned. I have a real addiction to reading TripAdvisor one-star reviews and note that some punters found a bar maid to be rude. I’m not sure the lady who served us is the same woman they took issue with but she does match the description. She seemed to have a dry sense of humour so maybe some humourless souls struggled but I found her charming and polite."

"Me and a group of friends had gone out in Cambridge for the night. It was past midnight and we decided to go and get a burger. However, the prices on the board had been taped up and the employees were asking double the amount for each burger, explaining that they had changed the prices. Bare in mind, this was a weekend night, and the majority of people entering were heavily intoxicated so were paying the prices. We however, were all sober and the employee would not talk to us explaining that the prices he was telling us were the original prices which was not the case. In conclusion, it looks like this business prays on the intoxicated to pay extortionate prices, which is very disappointing. We ended up walking out."

"I have never written a review but this is prompted by a mixture of anger and discust. The restaurant was booked on 16th January for lunch on 3rd February as part of celebrating my birthday. A booking CONFIRMATION was received. By pure luck we checked the website and discovered today (25th) that it is closed. No one was available on the phone. After calling another branch we were informed that it is closed for refurbishment for a YEAR. I am disgusted at the way we have been treated. The booking should never have been taken and we should have been notified of the closure. By sheer fluke we are able to chain plans at last minute. This attitude shows no regard for patrons."

"I know the photo won't do justice, but the portions at this restaurant are huge and delicious, you might even have leftovers despite trying to eat it all at once. Highly recommended (we visited the Exeter location, but there's another one in Taunton). The staff is fantastic - friendly, attentive, and respectful of our privacy. The quality of the food is top-notch and the prices are surprisingly affordable, especially compared to other burger chains. We will definitely be back and might even make a special trip to Taunton this summer to try it out."

"The service was slow, but the main courses (Shin of Beef and Pork Belly) were delicious and full of flavor. Our drinks, although not what we ordered, were still enjoyable. Unfortunately, the desserts were disappointing. The Sticky Toffee pudding was dry and lacked toffee sauce. The addition of ginger crystals overpowered the toffee flavor. The bomb dessert did not melt as expected and was served on a bed of CocoPops, which was overwhelming. Overall, the experience was mixed with some highlights and some disappointments."

"My wife, kids, and I visited this small shop on a sunny Friday afternoon in search of a nice sandwich and cup of tea. We were drawn in by the sign claiming it was the "Best Sandwich Shop in Brighton," but unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable. The service was incredibly slow, with 10 minutes just to take our order, followed by another 25 minutes for our drinks and 20 more minutes for our sandwiches. We spent over an hour there for just 3 sandwiches and a jacket potato with beans. The staff seemed indifferent to the slow service, although the senior lady suddenly became more lively when it was time to pay. The food was disappointing considering the prices - my "Thai" chicken sandwich was made with cheap chicken and sauce on half-toasted white bread, while my son's cheese toastie was of even lower quality. The baked potato looked like it had been dropped and lacked any presentation. Despite this, my daughter thought it tasted good. I would suggest avoiding this place as there are much better options nearby. It was also inconvenient that they only accept cash, although there is an ATM close by."

"I always have a great meal at this restaurant. It's my go-to spot for a quick and tasty meal. The variety of dishes keeps me coming back to try them all, and I never feel like I'm eating anything less than high-quality food. I love the tuna steak, scallops, chicken Caesar wrap, and even their yogurt. I'm so happy this place is only 2 minutes from my house for those days when I don't feel like cooking. For breakfast, I recommend trying everything. Two standout dishes are the Eggs Benedict with creamy hollandaise and perfectly poached eggs, and the Full English breakfast, which is perfectly portioned and flavorful. "What a fantastic place! First of all, if you march in, the smell of burgers immediately strikes your nose, immediately make you hungry. My partner and I took our seats and checked the menu, there were only 6/7 things on the menu (without pages). You know what they say: the less on the menu, the more fresh the food. I ordered the 'Honest Burger' and I was asked if medium was rarely in order as they prefer. I agreed and ordered her personal burger beer to fit, this beer was incredible and obviously was made a lot of effort to perfect it. My order came with sides of their spicy wings and their onion rings, they were ineffective. The wings were perfectly cooked and the onion rings were gigantic and well cooked. I came to the burger and started to eat, I practically inhaled the whole thing, what an amazing thing, the craftsmanship that needs to be done to create this burger was clearly top-notch, I did it a service through it so fast to eat, but I could not help. A few drinks, 2 burgers and 2 pages came to just under £50, so a bit more on the expensive side, but you get what you pay. Overall fantastic and worth a visit!"

"Hello, we booked three of us in for mother's day at my mother's request. The food was awful it took ages and was cold on arrival. I had the Middleton grill firstly the ribs were frozen not fresh I had three sections of ribs but all cooked as a lump where they had cooked from frozen. The chicken was frozen as it was dry and rubbery with a piece of fried chicken skin on top to simulate being cooked fresh it crimped up as it had been in a too hot fryer. The best bit was th steak it was a rib eye that was half fat and one end stank like cheese/ sour and was slimy to eat so I stopped eating that. Not an ideal meal my mum's steak and fries was good thankfully but my other halfs rib eye was fatty and the Mac and cheese also cold. The best edible part was the loaded fried nice and hot and crunchy sadly that was it the meat here is poor. Upon telling the server about my steak she came back and said chef had checked all the lamb as I had lamb which was incorrect I feel for the waitress as they were spot on sending out poor food but happy to help. The other thing also is please get the chef a bell or intercom to let the waitress the food is ready Instead of screaming service every two minutes when the waitress clearly can't hear miles away the other side of the resteraunt. A shame but we will not be back we visited a few years ago and it was really good"

"I went to the restaurant at 1:30 in the morning and was disappointed with the quality of the burger I received. I jokingly told the server that I expected a patty that had been sitting in the warmer for over an hour, and unfortunately, that's exactly what I got. The burger was only lukewarm and not worth the £12 I paid for it. If I had ordered through a delivery service like Uber Eats or Just Eat, I would have requested a refund. I love Burger King, but selling me a subpar burger patty is not acceptable, regardless of the time of day. I recommend anyone ordering from this restaurant to check the temperature of their burger before leaving, as they may need to request a fresh one. The quality of the food should be consistent, whether it's 1 am or 1 pm."

"The Italian restaurant located in the city center of Glasgow, just a 2-minute walk from Glasgow Central Station, was a decent dining experience. We enjoyed a three-course meal starting with mussels and calamari as appetizers. The mussels were served with a white wine and lemon sauce, while the calamari came with a garlic mayonnaise dip. For our main courses, we both opted for pasta dishes: the spicy nduja sausage mafalde rosse and linguine with king prawns, mussels, and scallops.
