"Booked for NYE. When we turned up we were told there was no beef only chicken. At 8:30 on NYE you are stuck with nowhere else to go ! It’s very bad to have run out of the main product your business is basically promoting. Bad forecasting and management. Also 2 of the starters were also not available and gin served in a wine glass ??? Food is ok, but I do think we should have been given at least a discount or free drink due to the lack of Beef !! The whole pay before you eat at the bar cheapens the experience and makes it similar to eating at a Burger King now, plus staff can no longer receive tips. "AVOID AVOID AVOID ! I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger at Burger King, Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. The male member of staff kept addressing me as love in a slimy tone like some throwback to the 1970s just ugh! I was handed the burger I had ordered and took it away. The burger was utterly rancid: Firstly it was cold. The bread roll was rock hard around the edges, stale, and inedible. The cheese slice was rock hard around the edges and was inedible. The burger was so cold the middle of the cheese slice hadn 't melted. The bacon consisted of a single tiny rasher which was cold and congealed in lumps of fat. It had obviously been sat around for some time before being served it certainly had NOT been made fresh and the state of it made me wonder if it had been made several days ago. As I really didn 't want a second encounter with the slimy sexist male I threw it in the nearest bin it was disgusting and unfit for human consumption. This place should come with a health hazard warning !"

"Last visited here a few years ago when I think was under different owners, the standards have dropped so far in that time. The lady that showed us to our table was lovely, but our waitress was the opposite, it was as if she was doing us a favour by being there, she was miserable and inattentive. Had a starter that was poor, then had lemon sole which was watery and did not seem properly cooked in the middle, told the waitress who just shrugged her shoulders and walked off. Would not go back."

"One of the best burgers I’ve had in London. The place was packed at night so I got a takeaway. Waiting time is average as there were a lot of take outs as well. Very friendly staff and helpful. I tried the Smokey burger which was delicious. The patty was perfectly cooked to medium as requested. The burger is extremely juicy and very rich in ingredients. It is very fulfilling. The chips are perfectly seasoned and crunchy. Prices are fair. Overall, a must try burger. Highly Recommended!"

"I had a lovely dinner last night! It was my first night out since having a baby, and I enjoyed one of their delicious strawberry daiquiris. We had a few cocktails and some food, all of which were great. The service was the highlight of the evening - despite being quite busy, the young staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive. They found us a table even though we hadn't made a reservation, and let us know there might be a slight wait for our starters due to a large party ahead of us. They were helpful in guiding our meal choices and even customized a cocktail for us. Overall, the customer service was exceptional and truly made for a relaxing and enjoyable evening."
