"Recommended to eat this restaurant as one of the best places in the city. Yesterday evening, one of the busy Saturday evenings, as always my friends and I were looking for a good Thai restaurant to dine. Most places were booked. Finally we went along the Preston St. towards the sea where we found our best choice with a nice warm welcome from Siam Siam staff. Their food and services were so delicate, even if they were in a hurry hours, the restaurant was full of customers. On the menu there was a good selection of dishes that looked so delicious! water my mouth, like herbal dishes or aromatic Thai curry. As many good choices they have, I could not make my decision until I put my eyes on noodle section where I chose Prawn Pad Thai as my main. That was so great! I never tried anywhere in Brighton. The flat rice noodles, which were coated in the bright golden brown and sweet-sour sauce, were so soft and damp, with their light “Al Dente” texture together with a soft yarn that once “Umami” took place, tasted over my palate. Strongly beat shortly before eating, some roasted peanuts and drops of lime juice, mix it well, while the noodles still hot makes the taste even more perfect. My starters were so impressive. Papaya salad and fish cake were freshly prepared and homemade. Anyway, we're coming back."
