"The restaurants have good vegan options listed, however after being stung by them incorrectly labelling vegan options I wouldn 't go back. To be fair to them they did admit the mistake, but this was after I 'd already eaten the incorrectly labelled item, and an offer of a voucher doesn 't really cut it when they eradicate your trust in such a way. I 've pasted their reply below: We want to send our deepest apologies, there has been a serious issue with our menus that have been printed. The Dirty Curry Fries do not contain beef stock, however they do contain cheese. This is not what we aim for at Turtle Bay, we have always valued our vegan customers and are working hard to rectify this so that this doesn’t happen again as this mistake is unacceptable. All branches have been contacted, all staff have been informed and re-trained and all menus have had the vegan symbol crossed out. The new menus should be arriving very soon. We will be contacting the Management Team at Winchester to make sure that this doesn’t happen again."

I would give 5 if I could. Meals and drinks with a w or VE symbol and some beautiful choices like organic jerk tofu and a crazy good motherclucker burger marked. unbelievable aromas and really good food.

We had a great evening at this restaurant. Staff were great and the cocktails outstanding. We were a group of four and all of us loved the food. The only disappointment was they had no curried goat that night.

love turtle bay! I'm so glad we've got one in bournemouth now. I was often and always enjoyed eating and the cocktails. definitiw a No.1 place for cocktails in bournemouth. service and staff are great, friendly and knowledgeable.

went with friends to have the amazing bottomless brunch with unlimited cocktails. had the big vegan grill down and the plantain was delicious. many vegan options and most cocktails clearly labeled vegan. the white Caribbean was my favorite.
