"I went here for a wedding reception and had a really lovely time. The food was tasty and it kept on coming, never been a restaurant where they brought out hot bread. The atmosphere was 10/10 and the decor in the restaurant is exquisite the wedding decor just took it up a notch. I would go back here again."

"the windows still say blue garden, but alohabrqzilian opened it doors for us with a big smile. the chicken, cheese and beef snacks are amazingly crispy and light yet filled with taste. in any case, they ask for the diving sauce! the tuna sandwich is really one of the most beautiful things I had in my time in london. beautiful view on metalgar square, beautiful atmosphere, fun music, and super tasty eating!"

"absolutely nothing wrong with eating delicious. but we went to the mother's lunch. was almost the first at the place. first the service was ok, then the starters were left almost an hour after completion on the table. the children's main courses came 20mins or so into the waiting period. not only had to clear the plates, but also find out where our nets had to be. my wife was so excited that she had canceled her, so there was a certain unavoidability that she showed up. to be fair, the shnormous mgr removed the meal of my wife from the bill, which was estimated and she took the meal free to house instead of throwing it. it's a shame because eating was really delicious, it's just the service element that needs to be seriously repaired, and it shouldn't be that hard. the fingers crossed."

"Our experience at this restaurant was not great. We received the wrong food order, which was bland and we didn't finish it. Despite our request for an apology gesture, we received none. The lack of a notepad for taking orders accurately likely led to the mistake. Additionally, there is a sit-down fee of £5 per person on top of the shisha price, and customers are required to share tables with others, which we found to be absurd. As a result, we decided to leave the shisha place and go to another lounge after dinner. Overall, our experience was disappointing and we have no plans to return. We do not recommend going out of your way to dine at this restaurant."

"Hi. I've been with my wife to both branches many times. This time I was taking a friend. I booked for 8.15pm. Before we were seated or looked at the menu, we were told we needed to order, as the kitchen was closing. Once seated, another waiter told us we needed to order everything we wanted to consume, as the kitchen was closing imminently. As soon as the lovely food was brought to the told, we were given the bill and told to pay, as the till was closing! Soon after 9.30pm (before 9.45pm can't remember exactly , we were told the restaurant was closing and time to leave! I'd recommend the food, but warn them about the service ;"

"The quality of food was good. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. The price is on average and the furniture is all right. The service was fine, just a bit of lack of ambient positivity in the atmosphere. We had 5 starters, 2 mains, 2 bottles of sparkly water for ~70£. The portions were enough for 3 persons."

"Kambi’s was such an authentic experience. Most of the common eateries in the UK carry a taste palate to suit the locals however sometimes you are looking for that authentic experience where the taste is able to transport you to that place in ur head. Kambi’s is one such place. Being a vegetarian I got a plethora of options to choose from. Vegetarian Shawarma rolls, falafels and there was a dish with pita bread infused with halloumi inside which was heavenly. 5/5 on food; just a thing though that I felt that salt was a lil high for me. Usually I don’t expect much from service these days as its usually temporary staffing whose not much aware of the dishes and the culinary experience however here the service was great but could improve an inch. Overall, Recommended for sure!"

"Food was good, service was efficient. The restaurant offered 30% discount, so this made it affordable, otherwise, it is quite pricey compared to similar restaurants in nearby edgware road. Its was a bit distracting around 830 pm when they start to shut down the restaurant, moving tables, etc, so that you can no longer have a conversation due to the noise. perhaps this only happens on Monday night?"

"We stumbled upon a unique gem in Durham called Shaheen's. Despite a power outage in the area, Shaheen's remained open and welcoming on a cold and rainy night. Adam, the son of founder Bob, greeted us warmly, giving the restaurant a family-run feel. The food showed a genuine passion for family recipes, with well-managed spice levels and flavorful dishes. We tried starters like the fried onion, mushrooms and garlic, and a lamb kabob, with the kabob standing out as a favorite. The black dal was a pleasant surprise. For mains, we enjoyed the Chicken tikka, which was both mild and spicy, paired with brown basmati rice and garlic naan. Overall, Shaheen's is a homestyle restaurant where you feel cared for. We will definitely be back for more. Cheers, Shaheen's!"

"Al Hamra may not top the list of the best Lebanese restaurants in London, but for a late bite in Mayfair, it is definitely worth recommending. It is quiet during the day, with a good selection of dishes. The hummus with pine nuts is delicious, and the lamb dishes are enjoyable. The salads, both sweet and spicy, are also worth trying. The tabbouleh is outstanding and the grilled meats are cooked well. The service can be a bit slow at times, but the coffee tastes delicious. Overall, the value for money is good and we will definitely be returning."

"My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant for the first time. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I tried the Sayadieh (sea fish with tahini sauce) and it was amazing. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be going back soon!"

"absolutely brilliant eating, very inexpensive and friendly, welcoming, very efficient staff. I know. the portions are large, the falafel meal, on the menu as a hot starter, is to place the size of a main course at others. main dishes from the grill and...wraps are as one or two spits, so portion sizes for all appetite. it is not just a grill, but there is an amazing selection of food and drinks available here. Why do I tell you? If everyone finds out how good this place is, I'm complaining only if I can't get a place next. a really fantastic place very recommended. the only part is the position, within the concrete, pedestrian zone can not win, all I suspect. ignore the location, but the restaurant and the personal are excellent."

"Very disappointed in the size of my takeaway portion from the the bake one in gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne I paid £17.40 for a portion and it was tiny. I don’t know if they gave me the wrong meal or a child’s portion but in was no way worth £17.40. My partner got the chicken parmo which was much cheeper and twice the size. I was still hungry after eating the mixed grill, thank god my partner had plenty left of hers. She was good enough to give me half of hers. It’s such a shame as the food was pretty good. Purchased this through Uber eats and I will be raising a case against them."

"The Temple Bar is located on Temple Street in St Clements, situated between Cowley and Iffley Roads. It is my local pub, and I am also a member of the Temple Bar table football team, which recently won the Oxford University League. The pub has a beautiful old Victorian exterior and a beautifully designed interior with soothing green walls, comfortable leather chairs and sofas, and a good layout. The Temple Bar is known for being a 'house of fun', with a variety of games such as pool, Jenga, Connect 4, billiards, darts, and more. The pub is always busy on Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as on other nights when there are events such as quizzes, foozball team games, darts team games, open mic nights, reggae nights, and karaoke. The pub also has a beer garden with a covered area and heating, as well as picnic tables. The owner, Barry, and his family keep the place in top condition, with a long bar and plenty of employees to ensure a great pub experience. Barry is always involved with the pub teams and makes sure they have everything they need. The Temple Bar is a top pub with a top atmosphere, run by a top man. Come down and enjoy! If you're interested in joining one of the foozball teams, feel free to reach out - we're a friendly group always looking for new members!"

"a very pleasant surprise, as we did not expect much when we first looked at it. from the outside it doesn't look so much and the place is tired and needs an overhaul. but eating was absolutely great. we tried 7 snuck, I'm not sure we have exactly what we ordered, but it was delicious and my only complaining that I would overhale. very fast service as well as considering that the owner did everything himself on this day. bonus points for the administration to make my son happy with eating as he can really be picky."

"Ordered Lamb tagine and bread for friday dinner from this Lebanese style restaurant. Honestly,I had some high expectations from this popular Moroccan dish which didn't met fully tbh.I was trying this dish for the first time and the taste was little Sweet and tangy. Bread was traditional roti (bread) served in Morocco.Would have to try some more dishes from the menu to make my review a complete one.Its a tentative 4.Price for the lamb tagine is 12.9£,so it's not cheap by any means.Lamb meat was cooked well and some vegetables are also in the gravy along with few pieces of semi dry plum, pieces of dry fruits.Portion is enough for one person."

"I am surprised to see that I am writing the first review. Al Masar is a good Lebanese restaurant. The food, though not exceptionally good is especially brilliant if you do a cost benefit analysis. If I was to rate Al Masar only in terms of value for money, I'd probably give it a 4.5. For me, the dishes which stand out are the Shish Taouk and roasted chicken. I am not a fan of lamb so can't comment on that but some friends who've tried it have said good things about it. Overall, if you're really hungry and want to try decent Lebanese food without burning a hole in your pocket, Al Masar is the place."

"find at the grocery store, with no depth of flavor or complexity. The noodles were overcooked, and the toppings were sparse. Overall, a disappointing experience."
