"The service and food were fantastic. Although the ambiance was a bit lacking at first, it improved significantly as the restaurant began to fill up around 10:45."

"We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem among the limited dining options in Chelsea Harbour. The maitre'd was a bit gruff upon our arrival, and there was a typically loud musical performer in the beautifully decorated Lebanese restaurant. We chose to sit in the Parisian-style outdoor seating area, which was heated and also offered Shisha. Our waiter was patient and helpful as we navigated the extensive menu, even recommending alternative wines when we expressed concern about the Lebanese selection. The food was very good, reasonably priced, and we will definitely return in the future."

"absolutely nothing wrong with eating delicious. but we went to the mother's lunch. was almost the first at the place. first the service was ok, then the starters were left almost an hour after completion on the table. the children's main courses came 20mins or so into the waiting period. not only had to clear the plates, but also find out where our nets had to be. my wife was so excited that she had canceled her, so there was a certain unavoidability that she showed up. to be fair, the shnormous mgr removed the meal of my wife from the bill, which was estimated and she took the meal free to house instead of throwing it. it's a shame because eating was really delicious, it's just the service element that needs to be seriously repaired, and it shouldn't be that hard. the fingers crossed."

"Very disappointed. The manager had his mouth open of food whilst welcoming us. The server spilled sauce on my trousers then bought over KETTLE boiling Water for me to clean it. Then plain rice came 10 mins after the meat. The cashier came with the card machine mid eating and just stood there waiting for us to pay. No shisha available due to server saying it’ll be extra effort for him. Who does that? Not to mention it was my birthday! To top it all off! Highly not recommend to anybody, embarrassed I even spent my birthday here."

"My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Good Egg. The mezze dishes we ordered were full of flavour, in particular the pumpkin hummus and whipped feta with dill were outstanding. The pita was fluffy and lightly topped with za’atar and olive oil, whilst the pickle plate may not be to everyone’s liking but I couldn’t help but devour the dish! A must order from the small plates section was green falafel and zhoug which was served on a bed of creamy smooth tahini. I was not disappointed with my pomegranate margherita (an off the menu cocktail order), it was vibrant, refreshing and sweet. Whilst I would return for the amazing dishes, the service was appalling at Good Egg and a real let down. We frequently had to grab the attention of our waitress to order, they were inattentive and stand offish when we spoke to them. Sadly this makes coming back to the Good Egg unlikely as the overall service was far from hospitable."

"Worst delivery service ever. I thought instead of going out to eat on a cold friday night the date being the 1st march 2013, me and my girlfriend decided to order in some food. Having placed the order at 8.20pm i was advised that i would have my order delivered in 45 mins as i am only located 10 mins away. 45 mins past then an hour so i called them and was advised the driver had left 5 mins ago, 20 mins later still no driver so i called up to find out what was happening where i was advised the driver was 5 mins away. 15 mins later still no arrival, so i called back up and spoke to the manager who said he would look in to this and call me back. 5 mins later the manager calls back offering...read more"

"As residents of the neighborhood, we have eagerly anticipated the reopening of Arabesque for years. Our patience has finally paid off, as the restaurant is now back in business and excelling in all areas - from the delicious food to the excellent service."

"we visited here on recommendation of a good friend, we booked a table in advance. we chose the plate, wasn't disappointed at all, much too much for both of us, but eating was really nicely cooked, all aromen complicated with each other. it was a bit tight in the restaraunt, a bit close to the next table. the food went quickly cold, but I put it down to be next to the entrance when the door was running. the beer was £3.95 a bottle, although very nice it was served in 330ml bottles, which became expensive after a few. I wish they would make a design! great restaraunt, great eating good service."

"Pleasant welcome to this quiet(Sunday lunch) friendly feeling place. Food was excellent although very typical, hoummos beiruty and taouk particularly tasty. Quite extensive Lebanese and other wines, possibly a little on pricey side. Musar Jeune a good red pick. Nice to patronise an owner-restaurant instead of the famous London Lebanese where service seems to becoming mechanical and a bit snooty. Recommended"

"Al Hamra may not top the list of the best Lebanese restaurants in London, but for a late bite in Mayfair, it is definitely worth recommending. It is quiet during the day, with a good selection of dishes. The hummus with pine nuts is delicious, and the lamb dishes are enjoyable. The salads, both sweet and spicy, are also worth trying. The tabbouleh is outstanding and the grilled meats are cooked well. The service can be a bit slow at times, but the coffee tastes delicious. Overall, the value for money is good and we will definitely be returning."

"today for lunch. was quite quiet and unfortunately the hottest day on the record it seemed that the ac was either turned off or broken. we received bottled water for the table, but unfortunately this was again very warm. now eat that. Everything has changed here. the menu is quite expansiw and it was a difficult choice to meet. I locked myself up for the small mixed lamb grill with rice and colleagues for the lamb okra. that was brilliant. my three types of lamb were well cooked and very tasty. the pickles served on the side, olive and garlic mayo with extra flat brot were also great. the lamb okra was a large part and again moist and delicious. eating was very good value for money. not easy to park near, but definitiw will be worth a second visit to try some of the many delicious other offers. maybe on a cooler day or if the ac on 5 stars will be on the cards."

"Booked a table for 11 people. It was amazing and lovey food. They had really good portion sizes and we was all very full. Aya does not serve alcohol but they do allow you to bring your own if you wish, I think that’s a good touch. They missed a few it out orders out and had to be reminded but the restaurant was very busy so it’s happiness and understandable. Really do recommend this restaurant. I will definitely we back."

"The Temple Bar is located on Temple Street in St Clements, situated between Cowley and Iffley Roads. It is my local pub, and I am also a member of the Temple Bar table football team, which recently won the Oxford University League. The pub has a beautiful old Victorian exterior and a beautifully designed interior with soothing green walls, comfortable leather chairs and sofas, and a good layout. The Temple Bar is known for being a 'house of fun', with a variety of games such as pool, Jenga, Connect 4, billiards, darts, and more. The pub is always busy on Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as on other nights when there are events such as quizzes, foozball team games, darts team games, open mic nights, reggae nights, and karaoke. The pub also has a beer garden with a covered area and heating, as well as picnic tables. The owner, Barry, and his family keep the place in top condition, with a long bar and plenty of employees to ensure a great pub experience. Barry is always involved with the pub teams and makes sure they have everything they need. The Temple Bar is a top pub with a top atmosphere, run by a top man. Come down and enjoy! If you're interested in joining one of the foozball teams, feel free to reach out - we're a friendly group always looking for new members!"

"Arabesque is very convenient if attending the Hampstead Theatre only a couple of minutes walk away. The food was very tasty and excellent value for money. The service was good and the waitress was very helpful with explaining the menu. It was a bit cold in the restaurant though and people were waiting for their takeaways near our table which ruined the ambiance a bit. I could not fault the food/value but would not book for a night out but would definitely pop in for a quick bite if at the theatre again."

"a very pleasant surprise, as we did not expect much when we first looked at it. from the outside it doesn't look so much and the place is tired and needs an overhaul. but eating was absolutely great. we tried 7 snuck, I'm not sure we have exactly what we ordered, but it was delicious and my only complaining that I would overhale. very fast service as well as considering that the owner did everything himself on this day. bonus points for the administration to make my son happy with eating as he can really be picky."

" couple of weeks ago and I must say, it was well worth the wait. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, the service is friendly and efficient, and the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying the seafood pasta, it was so flavorful and fresh. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience and I will definitely be returning soon."

"typical Lebanese farewell. the personal is very friendly and courteous, was always able to order vegan options, but these are now listed in the menu! usually very quiet until later in the evening so easy to get a seat or take. many options available and eating is always good. elaborate and easy to feed the whole family"

"I was on better places. first, the location is brilliant for all office workers in sheldon place. they make lunch specialties that are far better than the restaurant. the eating came cold, they were not in a position to do the same dish they do for taking for mozen in restaurant. this is ridiculous! invite them more for sitting and comfort etc. but just say that is just takeaway is my idea of terrible customer service. this customer experience was continued. I understand that they can be busy, but that should never be transferred to a customer. eating was cold, rather bland and the plate of food lacked any kind of imagination (or passion). I would rather grab a Burger King than read more"
