"A very disappointing experience. The menu on the web site is nothing like the menu you are given at the table. The menu is extremely limited and poor. The meal is not value for money as you are charged for all the extras, such as chips etc on top of the mail item. This restaurant needs to look at the surroundings competition and adjust accordingly otherwise they will go out of business. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone, very very poor hence the low star rating."

"First time in this restaurant but certainly won’t be the last. We were in Loughborough visiting our daughter and decided to try here for dinner for the three of us (to be honest my wife and daughter had been before but highly recommended it so it was my first time). The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious and the service from Amelia was perfect, just the right amount of attention paid. I will certainly be back and would recommend anyone in the area to try it."

"We made the booking with open table, when we got there they hadn't received it. We were found a table, no menus were given, or told of the specials. The food came promptly and was good. It does make me wonder should I have phoned for the booking, to clarify more."

"Perplexed by the reviews and how busy this place is given how poor the food quality was. I wouldn’t say the prices were outrageous, but I would absolutely expect a higher standard for what we paid. Salad was clearly out of a bag and way past it’s best; leaves were stale/brown on the ends. The burger was dry and unseasoned, the bun was awful it did not present well at all. Potato salad dry. Overpriced baked potato was totally crucified, blackened to a crisp. Gross! The soup of the day looked ok. Toilet had the remnants of hand soap that was watered down to extend its life. Shame as it looks a nice place from the outside. Might be ok for coffee and cake but I wouldn’t risk it as lunch was so terrible. I would have complained had my elderly parents not been there simply didn’t want to create a scene on our family day out."

"Dolcinos was recommended by the person I was meeting, and I was at first excited by the sweets, and took my time choosing. The milkshakes looked tempting but I chose the lemon sorbet which unfortunately had the consistency of snot. I am not sure if it had melted and been refrozen; it was unpleasant. The person I met offered me part of a mini-cannoli. I had been suspicious of them as they were prefilled and the place had not even bothered to remove them from the shrink wrap and cardboard that made me think they had come from Costco. Cannoli should be filled just before serving, that day at the earliest. If there was ricotta in it, it was hard to tell. It seemed like sweetened concrete. Worst of all were the toilets, looked and smelled like someone had urinated on the floor and loo roll was everywhere. Best part, the staff were friendly, and there is free water available. It was not worth taking photos."

"I have been here multiple times and never been disappointed. The menu has a huge variety ranging from sandwiches, wraps to other items. It even has an all day breakfast! Their eggs are without fault and the portions they provide are plentiful. Most of the items here are quite unique in their flavours and never disappoint. However, the service here is very slow and the food never takes less than ten minutes to arrive. The staff is also quite inattentive and disinterested. Recommended for good food."

"Went to the New Cross to meet some friends that had booked the garden covered floor. I have to say it was such a great decision . Covered heated. Staff is super friendly, pizza is yummy and prices aren't that bad. Cocktails are good and they have a good range of beers. Perfect spot to get together before the night kicks off! I will be coming back for sure!"

"So I'm on a mission to lose some weight and get healthy, my daughter was adamant she wanted to come here for dessert. We heard it was under new management, so we were a little apprehensive. However, I enjoyed it before, but I used always get a waffle. We walked in, and the new owner was there to greet us. He told me straight away there weren't any waffles available, and to have some would be a half-hour wait. The waffles were the reason we went. I almost walked out of there, but my daughter wanted the ice cream instead. So we were a group of My children made their order and enjoyed it; the youngest one went for that blue ice cream. She enjoyed it but wasn't a fan of bits that were in it. The other three enjoyed their desserts. I thought I'd get a sundae; call it a proper cheat day (I have a lot of them). I got the chocolate sundae, and for once in my life, it was perfect. Not too sweet I felt sick, but just right so I could enjoy it and finish it off. Great value for money, and the customer service was flawless. I told my daughters to go make their orders, but the older were being shy, so when I was sitting on the table asking one of them what they wanted, I repeated it loud enough the owner got the gist of what I was doing, and was in the ball. Really nice desserts, couldn't recommend it enough. Will be back maybe even tomorrow for a waffle. Just gotta watch those calories. Lol."

"AVOID AT ALL COST Was assaulted by a security guard and my bag was stolen by them in the process of being pushed over have tried to ring the club no answer. The bouncers picture is attached in another comment in these reviews. On top of all after being pushed to the floor 2 times I am banned. I spent easily 200 quid every weekend in these clubs and now I’ve got a ban from them all because of the bouncer in pryzm. Never had a problem in any of these clubs in my years but my first night in pryzm and this happened Edit: this happened on 24th December(before3am) and I have heard nothing back from the establishment other than a auto generated email when you first email them. Louis Vuitton messenger bag has 100% been stolen from me and I don’t think I’ll be getting it back. Avoid at all Cost"

"Sheffield but I had never heard of this one before. The decor was cute and cozy, with a wide variety of bubble tea options available. The staff were friendly and helpful in recommending their personal favorites. I tried the classic black milk tea with tapioca pearls and it was delicious. I will definitely be returning to try more flavors in the future. Highly recommend!"

"Having never been to Woking before this restaurant looked lovely as did the menu. When I arrived however it was not as I had imagined. It was like a 1960's diner rather than a steakhouse and although the menu had a great range of choice, when the food came up I was disappointed considering the cost. The drinks were also a poor quality. I ordered a fruity cocktail and was basically presented with tropical juice from a carton with added alcohol, which i couldn't taste due to the sweetness of the juice and the accompanying shot of prosecco was flat. The service was friendly but disjointed and we were initially offered 241 cocktails and then the offer was rescinded as it was a weekend. All in all not a great experience and not somewhere I would go back to."

"Another wee gem hidden away in Falkirk. Went with my children, they had vanilla and chocolate. Hearty portions! I had Ferrero Rocher and it was fab and coffee was amazing. No real drinks for smaller children, so owner gave us two free glasses of milk. Be back as more flavours to try. Also sell posh cakes and sandwiches."
