"The food was overpriced for what was served on the table. It may provide an interesting way of dining for non-Asian customers. The restaurant limited what could be BBQed on the table (only two dishes) to cut short the dining time. This is not a traditional Korean BBQ, where customers take time to cook and dine at the table. The worst part is they took off our plat and cutlery, before getting our consent. Then it was followed quickly by a bill on the table, and told us: 'in the next 5 minutes, the table will need to be ready for the next booking '. This is the worst service experience I 've ever had. It would have been understandable if you could let customers know at the booking, that the table will only be offered for 1.5 hours for dining. Very disappointing. Would never go back again."

"I hadn't been to this chip shop in years due to moving out of the area, but I had loved it for many years in the past. I visited today and, even though it is under new management, I was greeted by the same friendly face I had known for many years. She remembered me and my regular order! The food was even better than before - the chips were perfectly cooked, the chicken kebab was fantastic, and I loved how they placed the cut chicken on a hot plate. It was very busy, but understandably so with such delicious food. I really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back."

"Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I don't generally like writing bad comments about places but I felt the need to as I wouldn't want anyone else to experience such bad service as I did. I went just before 8pm and was told to oder online instead. I was told that the food would be ready within 15 mins even though the email said 25 mins. It gets to 8.30pm and I get told by the receptionist that they haven't started on my food yet as they are busy and that it would be another 10 mins. It gets to 8.45pm and she said oh they haven't started on your food yet. As anyone can imagine waiting nearly an hour is unacceptable especially when you have gone into order and collect! I decided by 9pm I had enough and wanted my refund, which then took another 30 mins to sort out. Absolutely shocking and unbelievable! A few other points to also mention: 1- The receptionists have 0 customer service experience and are very rude. 2- Another customer who had ordered online, called over the phone at least 3x times just to find out where their order was. They lied and said it was on the way when the order was just making its way out of the kitchen. Saddest part is that they were laughing about the customer in a very rude manner 3- Another customer came in and ordered 10 mins AFTER me and got his food within 15 mins or ordering! When I challenged them about it, they made up a pathetic excuse trying to say it was something else which didn't make sense. 4- Not even an apology. Poor customer service, and I would even go as far as to question the legality of their employees there, but that is a matter for the correct authorities to investigate. I would honestly Avoid this place and would not recommend it. Don't waste your time or money. There are lots of other honest, decent places."

"If you want to enjoy great Chinese food in a cozy and simple place? Then don't miss The Red Sun Chinese restaurant. Easy access and easy to find. The owner, young lady, is always there and very hospitable. After a view visits, she already new us, welcomed us pleasantly and new our usual without fail. The food is truly very tasty and every trip to London we have to go there at least twice! If you decide to go to this restaurant, I am sure you have certain dishes that you like from other restaurants. I challenge you to compare if you find the same dish on the menu : If you prefer alcohol for a beverage, no worries, the place is licensed. The prices are also excellent for the delicious food that is served. Highly recommended."

"I came here with a friend of mine on a Friday night. We were asked if we had booked but said we hadn't and were taken to a nice table. The restaurant wasn't that full when we arrived but filled up pretty quickly. We were given a menu and we had a look throught and there is alot to choose from. I went for the chicken with cashew nuts and my friend went for sweet and sour chicken, we started with spring rolls and we shared the vegetables. The staff were friendly and didn't rush us with the meal. The portions were pretty big so we were both pretty stuffed by the end. It got very warm at one stage and realised there wasn't any ventilation so felt a little stuffy and couldn't wait to get outside for some fresh air. Not bad though."

"On holiday in Cornwall, Have to say its the most expensive beef curry fried rice and chips I've ever bought. I always look at the reviews when I'm away, my local Chinese is less than a tenner this was over £14, the portions were small, the Beef was just OK my biggest gripe was the small portion of what was supposed to be chips, They had been cooked multiple times making them hard not only that at least a 1/4 of them were chip ends"

"Where do I start. We ordered 2 starters only received 1, however after sharing the 2 prawn toast from the combination starter we're glad that we didn't have the other whole portion of prawn toast, we paid for, just to throw it away. The spare ribs must have been the shortest ribs I've ever seen, even our chihuahuas ribs are longer! I have to admit that I've never myself had such a sauce filled chowmain... There was however half a pot of noodles in there under all the onion and very cubey chicken, very soft over cooked noodles, swimming in a very bland, bisto wannabe, gravy. But noodles none the less. The sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style was, erm, different... The sauce (which was the same as in the pot given with the combination starter) definitely had the sour elements, the citrus flavour was very prominent however I do believe that the sweet was just a token gesture in the title. This however did have flavour so that's something. The yung chow fried rice was nicely cooked and soft... Very little meat and even less seasoning, but not unpleasant. I'm not sure how one can ruin prawn crackers... Let's just say even the children didn't want to steal them! In conclusion it filled a hole... Next time I'll spend the extra £10 in fuel and go to bury ports secret chinese."

"I decided to give 2 stars as we spend a weekend in William's. and this was the only takeaway open on a Sunday no sure if therw are more but near to us so we decided to have the meal for 4 people. In my opinion i think was over price for what the give you and wasn't enough meat on the plates? Was more sauce rice to over cook the ribs was cold and the sweet corn soup no as good as it shoulf be. Do i recommend it well honestly it all depends on your taste if you have a microwave at home better walk another 5m and go to the supermarket and buy something there if you are a bit lazy well i think you can order ans wait 40m? To be your meal ready? Do i go back well if i am in William's no i won't"

"Well came here for my first time in years , and I order my food and it was only 20mins wait ! Got there and I noticed the place was clean and kitchen too . It’s good as you can see them cooking food too . "We have ordered from here a few times for collection, always quick and very tasty. However tonight we decided to get it delivered... what a mistake that was! The driver turned up with the order, short changed me and walked away. Wasn’t happy about this but was ready for our dinner so went in to dish up only to find part of the order was missing! This was the nail in the coffin so rang them up and made them aware of this situation. Young lady on the phone as lovely and got the driver to return with the missing parts to the order and the change. Was very happy with this... Then the driver arrived, he was very argumentative and defensive. Saying he had been here many times and been told to keep the change and that I myself had told him that previously, as stated above this was the first time we had had delivery so this was a complete lie! He then went onto blaming me for the short change, at this point my partner came to the door and the driver quickly changed his story to say he had been before and delivered to two males... again this has never happened! No apology, just seemed to want to argue and because of this we will NOT be returning! You do not expect to spend £30 for the delivery driver to stand arguing with you at your own front door! Very poor service!"

"Before ordering from another Chinese take away or reading negative reviews please think again.. Chef Zhongs food is Genuinely the best food I've had in a while. Not our usual takeaway but due to our go to spot being closed we thought we would give here a try. I've been diverted and it's safe to say fortune cookies is our new hot spot! We ordered beef fried rice, prawn toast, kumpo sauce and salt and pepper chips- extra spicy of course. The food was unreal so delicious and uncle and auntie who picked up the phone and took our ordered these last 2 orders (2 days apart were super nice and attentive makimg sure they had exactly what we wanted. The food arrived super quick and piping hot fresh and just amazing honestly. I will be calling weekly"

The story is as follows: Come in and order food Waiter: Sorry, you can only add meat twice. Me: “So it’s three times in total?” no I said, Then only two sets in total? Waiter: Hey, I can cut it for you a little more (becoming impatient Me: It 's not whether you have two plates at one table or two plates per person. Waiter: Just pay first. Me: Isn 't that enough to eat? First tell me how much meat it is, so I can at least figure out what I 'm buying. Waiter: This is none of my business. I said, Then let me ask your boss first. Waiter: Our boss is not here today, it was decided by the kitchen sister. I said, Can you ask the kitchen sister to come? We just want to know how much we have, so as not to start eating differently and end up having an unpleasant incident. (When buying something, at least tell me what I bought before paying. what is it! Waiter: I 'll cut you three plates, okay! (Super impatient and then left directly. I just want to ask, if you ask me to pay for it without explaining clearly what you are selling, what is the difference between this and a liar? ? ?"

"I have eaten often from this little takeaway, in Drumnadrochit. The food is almost always very delicious and the wait times for your food are very short, I highly recommend the szechuan pork and the honey chili chicken. It's high quality food for a good price. However, they do not accept card payments which is a little disappointing because I rarely carry any cash on my person and nor do most people nowadays, although this is merely a minor inconvenience and doesn't affect the quality of food.Overall my experience with this little Chinese takeaway has been quite positive and I do see myself return many, many times in the future."

"I should’ve checked the hygiene rating before I started to go to this place… very unfriendly service, especially from the Chinese lady (apparently an owner), I like how she suddenly stop understanding English when customers are complaining to her, but very good in taking the new orders and counting the money. I saw couple of arguments in the shop when she didn’t put rice/curry in peoples orders, I checked my order in the shop straight by the till and my curry was missing, when I pointed out to her the owner started to open EVERY SINGLE container of food that was in my order, what was she checking?! That I’m not hiding a pot of curry inside the container with fried rice? Also very often the cash machine is broken by the post office and when they take orders they never let you know about it. Average bill is 23-25£ and you can have the prawn crackers for free only if….you really ask for it nicely! Because when served by owner she’s getting very forgettable when it comes to free prawn crackers for your order. I don’t like the attitude, curry sauce is burning hot, chips are soggy and service is horrible. I’m not going to be back again and I assume they don’t display the hygiene rating for a reason…"
