"I have been here and ordered for pick-up/delivery so many times (I've actually lost count) that I feel it is my moral duty to tell everyone about how incredible this restaurant is. First things first, the food: The sushi/sashimi is delicious and it's clear the...fish is carefully sourced. The sushi chefs themselves are greatly skilled. They're quick but the preparation isn't rushed at all. They have a high attention to detail (and the size of the individual pieces you get are very generous). The presentation is also very nice. The same applies for the hot food that I have tried. Their teriyaki, ramen and yaki soba/udon dishes are fantastic (their portion sizes are also very generous). In regards to their dessert, I have only tried their custard dorayaki but it was a lovely dish. The pancakes themselves are soft but with a perfect firmness, with lovely thick custard inside. They provide this dessert with strawberries too. A great mix. The service: all the staff there are absolutely lovely. They are so friendly, attentive and very professional. You get a very warm reception and it feels like a very positive environment. The decor: I'm a big fan of the interior styling, it gives the restaurant a very elegant character. It feels like all the different elements complement each other. It's nicely balanced. Value for money: the prices are extremely reasonable, especially when you take into account the quality of the food and the amount you're given. Delivery: I typically pick the food up myself as I live so close to the restaurant. I typically wait 15 minutes for my food to be ready. To me, that is very quick. Location: it's a very short walk to Archway station and various bus routes. Very good location. Rooms for improvement: this is extremely picky but the one thing I'd improve is the hand dryer in the toilets."

"I attended moonsha this evening with a group of friends to celebrate mine and my other friends birthday. We booked the have the teppenyaki menu and we were all looking forward to the experience. My partner and I had been checking the menu in anticipation and we were so excited we didn’t really eat all day. When we got to moonsha we all decided quickly what we wanted. I am the only veggie so went for option a, everyone else went for option b. Being a veggie I am aware that often my food will come at slightly different times to everyone else, however my starters and mains came a good 20 minutes before the teppenyaki chef had even started. When the teppenyaki chef started, we were expecting an interactive experience with the chef and thought there would be a “show” with flames on the grill etc. there was no interaction with the chef whatsoever, he started by cooking the steak which was then left on a plate while he cooked the chicken, then salmon then eventually handed over. The steak was overcooked and chewy, the chicken didn’t look edible and had a slimy texture. The last part of the menu was vegetables, some unseasoned, soggy bean sprouts were left on the side then finally handed down. All in all, the fried rice was edible, everything else not so much. Throughout the meal, no one approached us to check everything was okay, in fact the only ambience in the restaurant was a table behind us who were loudly complaining that they had been seated an hour and not yet been served. We went to find someone to talk about the bill as we were all extremely disappointed. We told the waitress we were unhappy and she immediately got defensive and said “everyone else here has enjoyed their food” and ironically gestured to empty seats around us that were accompanied by piles of food where the other guests round the teppenyaki table had left without finishing the food. She said she would get a manager, he eventually came over and was also defensive, he offered us a 10% discount and walked away. My friend had to go on a goose chase around the restaurant to find him again. He came back over and said 30% and walked off again. My friend then again had to go and get him, apologizing and letting him know the food was not up to par, we aren’t looking for a free meal and would be happy to settle at 50%. He came back with a new bill with 50% off and slammed it down in silence. My friend paid and as soon as the payment had gone through, the manager said “I hope you never come back here”. All 6 of us were stunned to silence. The manager stomped off and we left as quickly as we could. I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable and cannot believe a manager would be so rude. I’m sure the manager will be delighted to know I will not be returning to moonsha and I want to share my experience to ensure no one else does either. The food is sub par, service is even worse and the ambience is non existent."

"Seto is a small family run Japanese restaurant in Camden Town. It is a rare place in London where you can have a bowl of rustic and homely ramen similar to the ones you will find at diners (worker 's cafe equivalent) in Japan. We had shoyu ramen and vegetarian ramen. All ramen noodles are £9 during lunch hours (including the one with extra pork chashu), but a boiled egg will cost extra £1. We asked for our noodles to be cooked harder. The noodle had nice chew and nostalgic 'old school ' and comforting ramen noodle flavour. The vegetables on top of my veg ramen were fresh and cooked perfectly, finished in thick starchy sauce which gave a unique creamy texture to my soup which I liked. The only problem with my soup was that although it started off hearty and tasty, it begun to taste more and more like a packet soup towards the end, which by the way was not the case with my partner 's non-veg soup. As for the soy based pork chashu ramen, the chashu was tasty and the egg was cooked and marinated perfectly keeping the yolk creamy and golden. The building is old and the décor is far from modern or fancy, but the standard of cleanliness was high throughout the restaurant from the sauce pots on our table to the toilet. Service was on point, attentive and polite. 10% service charge will be added to your bill. £9 for a bowl of ramen in London is good. But as far as the vegetarian ramen is concerned, the overall value is not much better than some other places where you can have a veg ramen with an egg and tofu for £12. All in all, Seto is an unassuming little hidden gem where you can experience the comforting flavour of ramen from down town Tokyo, or if you like, a staff canteen nationwide Japan."

"Pretty much the same as the previous review. We had booked for 2pm on a Sunday afternoon and turned up to see that the place was in darkness and locked up… this is despite the opening hours were 12pm until 10pm. So we knocked the door in hope that we would be able to go to our table. A guy it seemed was locked in from the inside and asked us through the window to knock the residents door next door (it seems we had woke them up). Eventually after a brief wait someone came down and opened up. We took our seats at the table and proceeded to order our food and drinks. When ordering our food, we were then asked if we wanted to write on the menu what we wanted!! (We obviously said no) Any normal restaurant would have a notepad and take orders but this wasn’t a normal restaurant! He then took our orders of which he decided to write down on the menu. After waiting 1/2 hr some of the food came out and did not meet expectations. The chicken soup was spilled everywhere when it came to the table and if it wasn’t for the reactions of the customer then it would of been all over his clothes. The crispy fried wantons were meant to be filled with chicken and prawns (according to the menu) but only had flavourings. The waiter could not explain why due to a language barrier between him and the chef. Things got worse when he started swearing and at this point people were still waiting for food 15 minutes after the others came. We told him we were leaving and to forget it. It’s only a matter of time before this place is closed. They can’t run a bath let alone a restaurant!"
