Savory grilled beef glazed with teriyaki sauce, served with sesame seeds and green onions.

"Everything about the hotel was amazing. All the staff were so polite! Food was unbelievably delicious chilli and lime salmon was my favourite out of the 4 nights I stayed and very quick service. Breakfast was lovely as well. Pre-order forms that they have are much better as you can avoid food wastage and if you want anything extra you can always ask The room itself was very cosy and as I was only in Elgin for work, the size of room was perfect for myself. Shower pressure was just spot on and the bed was excellent better than my new one from Dreams . Would be more than happy to come back if I was ever going to Elgin again! Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"This was the best restaurant we visited during our trip to Northern Ireland. The food, service, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. The portions were generous and absolutely delicious. We indulged in BBQ wings drenched in sauce, a chicken and pulled pork burger, and seafood tagliatelle. Although I'm not a fan of mussels, I asked for them to be removed from my dish, and I was quickly offered a substitute fish. There was plenty of fish, and the sauce was delightful. The fresh chips and burger were devoured completely. We would have gladly returned every day if we had stayed longer. While waiting for our food, we enjoyed chatting with the friendly locals and looking at the amusing signs and decor around the bar. I believe there’s a larger dining area upstairs if needed. The company was wonderful, and the owner was cheerful and eager to assist us. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly. We’ll definitely be back next time to try the cheesecake and to have some fun with Jeff!"

They obviously use the same tongues.the food safety is very concerning I could have been allergic. Then I waited for fresh veg noodle.i pay over £5 and I had to go back because I had not a single veg in it and it felt like I was annoying them .horrible.not a smile not a concerned about the food allergen .it was terrible.noddle were tasteless.never again"

"this place is by no means cheap. but today I had to hunt myself the buttons, soy sauce, washabi and ingwer was handed over to me as a falsification of individual portion tiny baggies with no container to pack them. the strawberry cheese cake mochi was still served frozen in the inner (no it should not be ice) and from any bottom covered in cherry sauce the endless refilling of tee was impossible to obtain a refill. this will teach me to stay with bonzai sushi the next time, because yos staff seems too busy hiding in the corner and stacking to actually"

"We have been eyeing Mary's Garden for a while now and the lack of online menu and reviews always leads us elsewhere. To make things worse, the restaurant is open only a few days a week and for some reason, never open when we call to inquire about their food. The stars aligned today and someone actually picked up the phone at Mary's Garden and talked us through the available options. We decided on chicken teriyaki udon noodles and beef bulgogi for a mid week takeaway. Both dishes were incredibly tasty, non greasy, fresh and our plates were wiped clean within minutes. Mary's Garden is closer to Wimbledon Chase station and a little out of the way if you live in central Wimbledon. However, our meal was enjoyable and we look forward to eating here again. We still don't have an accessible menu though, which does make it difficult. Highly recommend the owners consider listing the menu on Zomato will really help indecisive foodies like us and probably bring them more business too."

"Saturday, March 16th 2024 A mini informal lunch organised by SUKA (Singaporeans UK Association), London. The All You Can Eat buffet is great value for money and being vetted by a Japanese SUKA member, present for lunch as very authentically Japanese is a testimony of the food itself. The buffet choice was extensive and immense. Fresh sashimi, handmade sushi to order with the hot food being served thereafter or depending on what you have ordered from the a la carte menu. I simply doubt you can find anything better in London for the price and quality. I have never been disappointed on every visit to indulge with hot sake too. A great place to socialise with family and friends whilst sharing delish food. Everyone was very full and we struggled to make it to the fourth round. There are two types of seating arrangements, the Western and traditional Japanese. This lovely gem is simply too good not to be shared. It's best to book in advance as the venue gets busy. Amy, our contact was very accommodating in many ways and made us feel very welcome too. Some travelled and drove far for this event but everyone walked out with big smiles on our faces and rubbed our happy tummies. A definite place to visit and revisit."

"I love Noodle One. I drive past here to go home nearly every night and I nearly always look through the window and think I need one of those now . It 's been in Bangor longer than I have (8 years , consistently voted top by Bangor students and it 's been far too long since I last visited so I succumbed on a recent Saturday after work and got a table for one and splurged spending tips from my little shop. One long table of talkative customers that always enlivens a place no complaints, it 's a restaurant. Cracking service by friendly staff and delicious drinks, noodles, soup, etc. and the duck starter I had was particularly superb. Now I 'm hungry again! If I were asked for one thing that could be improved it would be the size of the drinks (what I had anyway, something soft with ginger and apple or similar to be made half as large again, they go down in a jiffy! Back soon I hope. (Actually I went back the following Saturday too! Didn 't splurge that time but still as great."

"I've been for breakfast and lunch and love the food and it's very reasonably priced. However, the last couple of times I've tried to go for breakfast, it's been a disaster. First time we didn't book as the booking system had only just been introduced and we were unaware of this. The staff said we could wait in the bar and they would inform us as soon as a table was available. After about 40 mins I enquired if a table was ready and was told they weren't serving anyone else as the kitchen was backed up with orders so we had to leave. Second time, my friend booked a table for 4 of us, it was my Friends birthday so a special occasion. When we arrived we were told there was a function booked and no regular bookings were being taken. We were not told this on booking and our name had been crossed out of the book but no one had thought to inform us! Needless to say we won't be going back. The staff were unapologetic on both occasions. Shame really, we did like the food a lot and the veggie breakfast is especially good."

"I have visited this restaurant 4 or 5 times with my partner and our two dogs. We are always welcomed warmly and it has become a regular spot for us. We stayed in our camper with electricity hook-up, it was not crowded and there was plenty of space. The food is absolutely excellent, with a wide selection to choose from. The Sunday dinner is particularly delicious. We have tried the meat teriyaki twice and also enjoy the fish and chips. The coco prawn starter is amazing. We also tried the steak baguette during our two-day break and it was honestly the best baguette I've ever had. The staff are great, the service is top-notch, and the place is clean. Thank you for a fabulous stay. - Steve, Sarah, and our furry friends, we will be back soon!"

"We 'd been to an art exhibition (blimey! and fancied dinner. The car was miraculously parked and my partner spotted Koto. Result, we thought, as we both like Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is part of (and entered through on this night The Grange Holborn Hotel, My view of restaurants in hotels was sadly verified. First, it had all the atmosphere of The Moon. None. There were two other tables occupied, otherwise, it was as equally deserted. The waitress was very friendly and doing her best, but somehow it felt slightly 'amateur '. The sake was OK not great but not bad. The Miso Soup was pretty average (compare it to anywhere in Soho you 'll taste the difference at once but it was the main Bento Box that was the let down. I ordered Beef Teriyaki. Oh oh. The beef was tough. I mean really chewy while the rice was seriously stodgy. If I 'm facing a bill of £72+ I expect the meat to be tender and up to London standards. Sorry, but I do."

"I have visited this restaurant multiple times and have also ordered takeout from them, and it is always delicious and affordably priced. While the place may not look fancy, it has a charming and authentic atmosphere. The staff, especially the friendly Spanish ladies, are wonderful, always attentive and pleasant. I was surprised to see that it only has a 3-star rating because it definitely deserves a 5-star rating. Some of my favorite dishes include the tofu steak (possibly the best cooked tofu I have ever had), pad thai (also one of my favorites), katsu, and tom yum. If you are thinking about trying this restaurant, do not hesitate, as you will not be disappointed."

"I started with the "Potato Salad," which I wouldn’t typically associate with Japanese cuisine, but it's apparently a classic dish from Izakayas (Japanese gastropubs). It’s quite similar to our own potato salad but features a Japanese mustard mayo dressing and pickled vegetables. I can’t order sushi without including some "Inari." This dish consists of sushi rice wrapped in sweet tofu pockets. It may sound unusual and even look a bit strange, but it’s absolutely delicious. The new menu has some interesting creations that veer away from traditional sushi presentations, like the ‘Dynamite’—salmon and avocado inside-out rolls with chili oil and my favorite condiment, sriracha. It's not for purists, but it tastes fantastic and has quite the kick."
