The Japanese restaurant can be found in the food court of Westfield shopping center in London.

I came in here for dinner after a short shopping trip. I had a dish of chicken food coming with rice and salad. The chicken was very good and there was a lot. All the food was very good value-price ratio for 10 and would definitely eat there again.

Popped in here for dinner after a brief shopping trip. I had a chicken combo meal dish which came with rice and salad. The chicken was really nice and there was lots of it. The whole meal was really good value for £10 and I would definitely eat there again.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic! It is fresh, tasty, and served with great customer service. The staff are always friendly and in a good mood, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. You are guaranteed to be satisfied with your meal. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

Noodles are tasty, with sauce and chili powder too! I was surprised when the counter said 7, 90 for noodles and cabbage. It is the same cost for meat choice. Are vegetables cheaper than meat? Isn't this true? How about a smile or a welcome at the counter, too? I don't understand, if you want your customers back, welcome them. View menu

We always make an effort to queue and have the delicious Japanese grilled food in Chikara in Westfield, White City because they have a good value for money and, more importantly, an excellent service. A special thanks to the charming staff, Saddam Sarkar, who is always pleasant and quiet no matter how long the tail lasts. Master!

The karaage chicken starter was plain and tasteless and the beef ramen main was vastly undersized and incredibly dry. Both had the look of dishes that had been sitting under a hot lamp for some time. I only finished it because it had taken 20 minutes queuing to order and a further 15 minutes waiting for the food to be 'prepared '. Standard overpriced food court offering rather than genuine fresh japanese cuisine.

Whenever I visit Westfield, I always make sure to order from Chikara. Their customer service is excellent and they are attentive to the needs of their customers. The food is delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend trying their well-made mochi. The teriyaki chicken is cooked perfectly with just the right balance of sweetness. The miso soup is also delicious, although sometimes it can be a bit too salty due to the excess miso paste. View menu
