"the koleslaw was a bit of a sworn, but let us face it most people do not eat this anyway. it was quite late in the evening in the defense of the marino lounge (1930) regardless of which the entire ordered eating was amazing the massive burger and buttermilk chicken. fries and sweet potato chips were perfectly cooked. all foods were delivered hot from the kitchen. there were 2 employees who were facing me, both of whom made a fantastic job. the person who originally welcomed us and the server. both were good talented and could not do enough when I had randomly asked for contingent. I'm sure the rest of the team was great, but we didn't interact with them. the app worked well for ordering. we don't have any money that's a shame because I would have left a decent tip for the quality of service. we will be coming back soon"

"I'd give it 2.5 stars if that was an option. There are about 3 vegan options for a main meal, and they're the usual suspects lasagne, burger, and a curry that can be made vegan. I had the lasagne and my brother had the burger we thought they were both acceptable, but very average. There are pizzas here which could easily be made vegan with the option of vegan cheese, but this is not offered. Basically, if you're eating with meat eaters you won't starve, but you won't have a wonderful meal either."

"Highly recommend. Myself, wife, and toddler when there for a lunch. Large potions and really good food, we especially like the chips, had to order some more. The place has as wonderful pitch patch decor. A mix of classical paintings and cottage core. We thought a young child might cause problems for other guests and staff, but I can't praise them enough for being accommodating and helpful. "I and my friend wanted to visit this place because of the cool motorcycle theme and beautiful venue. we were very pleased to see a lot of vegan options on the menu. we both had the full breakfast. instead of just egg replacement, we noticed that they gave a side of guacamole that I found a little strange. it wasn't as good as I expected, but this is just a question of taste. too much tweezer in the bon and guave and not enough taste. Moreover, it was a great part served by very, very friendly staff! we also had a heel cappuccino that was delicious. I think it's amazing that they have so many options and if we are back in london, we will definitely try something else from the menu!"

"Visited today for a Christmas present exchange with family, it was half way between where we live and where they live and purely booked for convenience. Lovely pub, the staff were excellent and we felt extremely safe and nicely distanced from other tables and the lunch was lovely. It’s beautiful inside and the menu has something for everyone and is good value and there’s plenty of parking. They were busy , but we were kept informed and didn’t wait too long and I would recommend. Thank you"

"when to lunch after a visit to the nearby university glasgow. had the cluck norris and the patriot. both burgers were very tasty, prepared with good ingredients. the staff was very pleasant and made us feel at home. "We went for a bottomless brunch on a Saturday and had a great experience. The food and drinks were delicious, but what really made our visit special was the exceptional service from Rachel and Becky. They were polite, super friendly, and helped create a fantastic atmosphere. The added bonus of mirror balls was a fun touch! Overall, we would highly recommend this place. "I easily booked a breakfast online and found the staff to be helpful and friendly. We were informed that there would be a 10-minute wait for the buffet to be refilled, but the service was slow. We had to wait for eggs and mushrooms to be replenished while other parts of our breakfast grew cold. Additionally, a staff member was filling takeaway orders at the same counter, prioritizing them over the customers waiting at the buffet. Despite these issues, a staff member kindly refilled my water bottles before my journey home, which was greatly appreciated. She was a standout member of your team."

"A very nice and modern restaurant with plenty of tables. We dined early and booked a table 5.30pm so it was not busy. The service was excellent and we were greeted in a very friendly manner. The menu is mainly steak and burger based however there are other options. I had a Wagyu burger and my wife a Halloumi burger served with salads. Both dishes were excellent. I could only manage half of mine and was offered a takeaway option which I accepted. Please bear in mind you will pay Beaconsfield prices although I felt that £5 for half a bottle of water was a little steep. Hence I dropped them a star. Overall I would recommend Prime."

"on the first visit to eat lunch, on the second and evening on the third evening. all the cases were great, the atmosphere beautiful and the eating was a real joy, although £70 for lunch a little on the high side. Great variety on the menu and all the workers were pleasant and attentively bear understood, they have slits in the evening as it seems to be too busy, but not even felt we hurried. the early evening meal is our recommended and a walk down to the big houses near the medical center after many wals to observe!"

"Review for lunch only. After the change of management at our go to pub for many years. We sought out the Mill Arms for lunch after visiting Mottisfont. Unfortunately, the food was only ok. Except the cheese and ham omelette, which was cooked very well apart from the excessive use of a very strong cheddar, which ruined the meal. My steak was perfectly cooked. However, it was almost tasteless apart from the accompanying pepper sauce which had an overwhelming vinegar element. Thus, in conclusion we were disappointed. I was worried on entering the bar with the overpowering music, which I believe was for the staff’s benefit as we found it annoying. So, still searching."

"We arrived on a very rainy and windy November evening (Monday) to a warm welcome from the delightful staff. At that time, before 6 PM, we were the only customers. Our drinks were served with friendly conversation, followed quickly by a generous portion of chicken liver pâté and a comforting tomato and pepper soup. Shortly after, my husband enjoyed a steak and ale pie, while I savored what was arguably the best minted lamb shank I have ever had (other than my own, of course!). The dish came with lovely mashed potatoes and vegetables. Unfortunately, we didn’t have room for dessert. An added bonus was that my Blue Light card was graciously accepted. "We turned up mid afternoon on a Saturday. We stood by the sign ‘Please wait to be seated’ The place was about 1/3rd full so not really busy. There were a lot of staff standing around chatting to each other and occasionally attending to a customer. We we waited and waited in fact over 15 minutes before some chap bothered to come up to us by which time my partner said they don’t deserve our money or business let’s go. I spoke to the member of staff and told him how poor it is and how I’m not going to spend my money with you people when you cannot be bothered to show that you want me as a customer and they couldn’t care less. Funny how this branch has today been identified for closure and good job too the staff don’t deserve to work in hospitality because they have no customer skills and couldn’t care less and long as they get paid we’ll no more because you’re out of a job and good riddance I say."

"I reserved a table in November for a party of 15 people, table booked for lunch on 7th December. This was to celebrate my friend 's 40th birthday. I paid £75 deposit. I sent our chosen menu choices a week before. On arrival, we were told our table was upstairs. Nobody took us up, we went up to a 'C ' shaped table arrangement in a very cold room. The tables were dirty with crumbs and only had menus on, no cutlery, no napkins etc. A waitress then came upstairs and I said that sadly, due to illness (COVID), 3 people were not able to join us and I understood they would lose their deposit. I emailed the restaurant in the morning to inform them that 2 could not attend but I was only told about 30 mins before about the 3rd person. We the asked the waiter (who was the only helpful member of staff) if we could put the tables together as it really was not suitable and felt as though we were in a board room. We were told we could so we moved them together. The food then arrived, 2 portions at a time, with large gaps in between. Nobody could eat as there was no cutlery. As you will see from the picture, we had empty tables with menus, why would we just need a menu when we had pre ordered! We were then told they cutlery had just been in the dishwasher and was being emptied. We were not offered drinks, told to go to the bar or order on the app. Some of the meals were fine but I had the chilli which I have had before on many occasions. It was very dry and clearly overcooked in the oven to warm up. The rice was soggy and the bread was stale around the edges. The next stage was a shock. We all went downstairs to pay. I was then told that I had to stay as I had to pay for the 3 meals for the people who were poorly. I said that surely, that is why we paid a deposit. The waitress who was rude, made no eye contact and said she would speak to her manager who was siting in the restaurant and eating her lunch. She came back and said it was policy that I had to pay. I refused. The manager did not have the decency to come and talk to us, she just watched. The whole experience was awful. I have eaten here numerous times in the past and never had any issue. We paid good money for this and everyone said they would not return. Such a shame as we all ate there last Christmas and it was perfect. I am not sure if the management has changed but it really does need sorting out. It was not busy downstairs so that is not an excuse either. This happened two days ago and I am still very unhappy as it ruined a special occasion which was arranged a month ago."
