"another burger restaurant where they choose what they want in their table and then ask and pay them at the pay desk. my juice (bigberry and oldest) was really nice and with unlimited refill for just £2.15 is great! I tried the peanut butter milkshake and I really liked it too (it is a bit expensive, but it is worth it). my burger (bacon pesterella) had blue cheese instead of mozzarella, as they did not have it this day. it was a beautiful burger. not unbelievably different from others I cost it, but not bad at all. the cheesecake friries were different from me eating and I liked them. I found it really funny, they have free ground for the customers. I tried a few. they were pretty old, but yet the idea is really cool. I also loved the container for the ketchup. the burgers could be a little cheaper because they don't bring any chips/frets. the total was around £30 for two burgers and two drinks, but I had 15% cashback so it was at the end a decent price. a beautiful place in the city center I would go back."

"okay, so last review I was partially critical because my pregnant ex-wife couldn't get a place or eat here and we both needed. now, a few years and another pregnant thing later, I have recently more time to try dinge and free time, but somehow was in the opposite to try. yes I had an edible and expected I would have an appetit for snacks, so ordered a full pizza and selected from the menu vegan mozarella, seasoned cauliflower, BBQ sauce, jalepeno, sweet and nduja vegan sausage. building a separate pizza is £11 and contains a 2 column system where they want a thing from the subsections of the column a and as many of the column b’s as they want. base was slightly dry and slightly rough texture, but must say the pizza was delicious and it is worth it. I am no longer so stuffed and enjoyed the flavored and subtle flavors of this very good and not too heavy pizza. my brother got a pizza with normal cheese and he enjoyed, but he said was a pretty heavy pizzamine was not hard and right. "This restaurant is a jack of all trades but master of none. I ordered the penne con pollo and found it to be completely lacking in flavor and character. My friend even commented that the sauce tasted like a strange mix of ketchup and milk. It's clear that the chef has lost their passion for cooking and abandoned the principles of good Italian cuisine. I left feeling cheated and would recommend avoiding this place at all costs."

"Left waiting for far too long to be brought to our table. Took a long time for anyone to serve us. The food was uninspiring and rubbery and the staff seemed unenthusiastic. We were also told they didn 't have a couple of things on the menu. The waitress didn 't even come back to tell me if the thing I ordered was available or not as she was unsure while I was ordering it. I got an if this isn 't available what else what you like . It 's kind of basic hospitality to know what is available on the menu or not and also to come back and confirm this so I know what I 'm actually getting. Seems basic to me. Then the icing on the cake was the waiter had a full blown argument with another customer in the middle of the restaurant. Very unprofessional and from what I overheard of the conversation they were completely justified in complaining. I 'm mystified as to why this place has 4 stars as our experience was not very good."

"I was with my daughter and her boyfriend the night before her 21st birthday. We were confronted by a loud and pushy waiter who encouraged them to choose expensive cocktails and his favourite menu items. The bill came to £168 with what appeared to be a mandatory service charge of 12.5% ...... certainly not good value for money, as we all left the restaurant still feeling hungry, after spending, I repeat, £168 for 3 people! There was also no reference to my daughter's birthday, even though I asked for it to be celebrated on the restaurant's Special Instructions. Will probably not go there again."

"the place is very nice and the menu looks pretty good. However, eating was average (salmon was overcooked, and so was the meat in the burgers) and the service was very slow, although almost empty. we waited very long for our food and even ask for the bill we had to follow the waiter. in addition, they accused my card with the wrong order. the place has potential, but our experience was not very good, we will not come back."

"This restaurant makes me feel at home. The cozy atmosphere and delicious food make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal with loved ones. The staff is friendly and welcoming, adding to the comforting feeling of being at home. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a warm and inviting dining experience."

"the restaurant is local, but it is quite not descriptive from the outside. it is on the small side, quite basic and in an unattractive parade of shops. yet that besides the restaurants fokus offers good Italian cuisine at a great price. the service was both fast and polite. we shared a large starter of mixed antipasti with plenty of meat, cheese and broth. for our main we chose two pizzas that were both big and packed with toppings (pizzeria chains to shame). our son had meatballs and spaghetti from the children's menu that contains a dessert. the house (red) wein was ok, but there is a decent wine list to choose from. we will definitely go back, it is one of the more authentic Italians in the opposite."

".had just came to loaf to check sofas and asked the youngs where I could get a drink before location, well, they could not have recommended a better place if they tried. we went to a lively, busy alcohol, the music was cool, the mood was cool and the frying dinner was a beauty! best brat I had for years. go back in a definitiw, although it would be an 80 mile round trip!"

"nice eating, but really terrible service. the chief was friendly, but we were getting away from another man who was just sitting on our table and going away. we sat upstairs and the restaurant was very quiet. the waitress came by about 15 minutes later and her English was pretty bad, so special questions about orders were very difficult. the waitresses seemed too busy to increase their bar area, and it was difficult to get their attention to get the bill and it was still 10 minutes before they brought the card machine. we felt like an inconvenience and not very welcomed. the food and the wine was nice, but the total experience was pampered by the service. we came back here, as we were here two years ago, but I don't think we'll come back!"

"I go to The Plough fairly regularly for food and drinks but always leave feeling a little underwhelmed and overcharged. The ambience and atmosphere is always great; both inside and outside you’ll get a great buzz and a pleasant place to sit. The menu is on paper excellent. I’ve eaten there for brunch and dinner and there is something for everyone. Most recently I had a full English there. It cost £16 and the plate was mostly filled with pretty sorry looking undercooked mushrooms and tomatoes. The one sausage was very nice but the streaky bacon was a bit chewy. For £16 it was underwhelming, which is a theme that translates to the dinner menu as well. You rarely feel like the food matches the price tag. This overpricing extends to drinks as well, which are far more expensive than in similar local gastropubs. I lot of people like The Plough and I can see why but if you’re into food there are better local options that won’t hurt your wallet as much."

"The Sussex is a really nice little restaurant just outside the centre of Dublin. Appeared to have a nice range of beer and a tasty menu. Portions were quite small for the price (but the shepherds pie I had was delicious). Staff friendly and very helpful."

"No one to meet us at the door and show us to a table. When we headed to a table, we were intercepted by the manageress, who rolled her eyes and raised eyebrows in dismay that we were headed for a table. We were told that we had to sit at a table for two, although a lone female customer came in just after us, who sat at a table for four, as did a man five minutes later. There were parents struggling at smaller tables, trying to feed their children. There was a poor choice of beverage and much on the menu was not available. One expects to pay a premium when eating out and in return one expects not to be treated by a sarcastic manageress. I expect my wife and myself to be treated with dignity, if not respect. This was a shameful experience which I certainly will not allow to happen again. The manageress lacks charm and finesse, and the food is overpriced and uninteresting."

"this place has about 8 vegetarian pizzas that can all be made with vegan mozzarella. they also serve a vegan salad. I had the 9 Lois pizza that was a great tasting fresh stone baked option with balsamico glazed med veg truffle oil. I was pampered by pure vegan pizzerias unfortunately the vegan cheese they used did not taste the best. it was like a supermarket brand. they had some vegan starters in the offer, but I tried the flower wings with a spicy buffalo sauce. they were very different to other flower wings that I had elsewhere, a dry Indian cube coating with al dente flower flowers flourishes the soße served in the side (would not interfere with them again) . they have a large beverage range that I went for a blueberry mojito mojito moock tail. it was not very well mixed, but after touching it was a lot tasty (even if the blueberries blocked the straw we sat outside the service was fast (expected to pay a little too long)"

"positiw: good food, nice atmosphere negatiw: fees for water, very slow and inattentive service. arrived when the place was completely empty, except one person. it was not sure if they were open, as there were no employees, waited about 5 minutes in the door and then someone finally appeared. I asked if we had a reservation, I said no. he has swung his computer for a bit and then directed us to a table, given us some menus and disappeared. a little strange, as it was empty in the round. the table and the chairs were extremely tacky, so we caught a few tissue from the bar to stay under one of the tables. the menu looks fantastic. the kerl comes back and takes our drink order. we order coffee and lead water he brings. it turns out that they are £1 for conductive water (oh but it is unlimited! more people arrive until half full. we waited half an hour before he picked up our order, and we wondered if they had to go into the bar to order finally he takes our order. fry up, pancakes, two milkshakes. the food takes about 20 minutes. milkshakes come 5 minutes after eating, in sticky milk bottles, because it drops on the side very delicious! would come back, but hope next time a better service"
"First time visiting this place, when my son had a hankering for a burger. The service was prompt and the food fresh, the skinny fries were the skinniest I have ever seen. I had the Holy Smoke burger, the star of which had to be the breaded/baked camembert cheese, whilst the spinach was a bit of a non entity."

"Visited as a group of 4. The food came out for 2 people and the other 2 ended up having to wait another 15 minutes for food. Food was your everyday nandos quality as always but as a frequent visitor of Nandos I've never had the issue where only half of the table being served and the other half just left there without an explanation. I was expecting someone to collect the chicken stick to ask if everything was okay to bring it up, but it was just left the entire meal. I ended up having to ask a member of staff to follow up with our missing food."

"The hamburger here are tasty. The fried chicken of chicken burger is big slice and crispy. And I love their beef burger, the patty is juicy and delicious. You can ask how you like the patty to cook. They recommend me cook it in medium, and it's great. By the way, I love their deep fried courgette. But, I'm not the fan of skinny frieds."

"Ever heard of don't judge a book by its cover? It fits this little place perfectly! Doesn't look like much from outside, and the decor is... odd. And dated. However, the food is UNREAL. I ate here recently for handing ess and honestly, it's going to be my regular for belfast now. Superb food. The staff are hilarious and great craic true belfast people! And it's BYOB with a very reasonable menu. If I could give 6 stars I would!"
