"Here for the first time on Saturday evening with my boys. We had crepe main meals, I had the southern chicken one, it was delicious. The boys had equally yummy meals. We then went to the theatre and after that returned for dessert. Omg luscious!! I had a crepe with hot spiced apple and sultanas with salted caramel sauce and ice cream, wow. My partners son had chocolate lovers icecream sundae, ice cream and chocolate galore. Service was brilliant, friendly and quick, happy to see us We will definitely be back! Thank you"

"For the longest time, I viewed bagels as unsweetened donuts that didn't quite make sense with pastrami and cream cheese. Then I visited the Bagel Factory and voila! They were not donuts at all, but rather the ideal breakfast I had been craving for a while. The great thing about bagels is that they can be enjoyed anywhere. The Bagel Factory always has amazing deals with a cup of coffee ready to go, making it the perfect start to my day."

"The starters were tasty, but the main course was not as described. We ordered the fried catch of the day and what turned up was what could only be described as a battered seafood medley. It was very reminiscent of kfc! Perhaps if we had skipped the main and only ordered starters out experience would have been better. The service was poor, mainly as the staff were inattentive but at times we felt rushed. They could have been more attentive and offered drinks more frequently and checked to confirm that we were happy. I guess that being in a major tourist area of London their return customers are few. I was expecting more from this restaurant considering that it's linked to Lima (who were closed on New Years Eve) where I originally booked."

Great atmosphere, good drinks, 100s well pampered young people arrived at 10 a.m. One has to tell the door staff a good work, their patience was tested by some middle old idiots, but nothing dishonest and much clear communication about what would be tolerated, etc. All in all a great place that can bring up a great night!"

"the cafe 119 began to improve well since the beginning of the year, from 1 hour waiting times for 1 coffee and 1 small meal and tables that were never cleaned or cleaned. I have avoided this place for one because you look at it by looking past or thinking about the return and knowing if the food was great, the service was painful. Unfortunately, today seems to have been either another bad day or just typical café 119 service. we ordered 2 coffees and 2 sausage balls, we knew what we wanted to run there. during the order I was offered white or brown what I thought was strange for a baptism, and had to wait while the person who served me to check with the kitchen. my order was not read back to me before the payment. we were served 2 bacon sandwiches on brown brot, I simply asked the bar if our order had been mixed or changed. I said they fled from sausages and thought I had said speck. I guess that was what had to be checked in the kitchen when I looked stupid enough to get away with the serving of speck because they had no sausages cooked and didn't want to tell me from any reason. I felt like it was somehow my fault through the rude and flustered manager. definitiw ivy kitchen or costa from now on. also the wetherspoon around the corner has much better service. again disappointed."
