Lima Floral - Menu

We had an absolutely wonderful meal, as tasty as beautifully presented. The service impeccable. All in all an amazing experience. We will be back very soon

I wasn't impressed by this restaurant. It was pleasant, but I felt it was a bit too expensive for what they offered. The toilets were also completely clogged.

We had a lovely time at Floral by Lima. The staff were lovely and the food was well prepared. Would have liked to see more vegetarian/ vegan options on the menu. Slightly disappointed that there were no vegan mains.

They phoned me 3 times at the last minutes to inform me that they are closing around the time I will get there, after we reserved more than 1 month in advance. We didn't have any option at that time so we went there anyway. So the food was terrible and my partner felt sick the whole night after that.

the restaurant is beautiful, but has fallen over the years in the plain. I reconstructed them concentrated more on lima for the fine kitchen. everything was fresh, but cooked in a thoroughly cut. I didn't have the aromes I had expected from the Peruvian cousin, and everything ended flat. the choice was limited and the service was clumsy, but always warm. View menu

Average and bland, barely Peruvian. Dish arrived stonecold when it should have been hot, sent back to be cooked again. Fries arrives boarderline raw, sent back to cooked again. I have never sent food back before in my entire life... A side of rice arrived, unordered. What arrived correctly was nothing of note. Overall, it was a hugely disappointing experience. Book somewhere else...

overall great experience my only criticism would be the man who met my partner at the door. I had made the booking and had read that there was a 20-minute grace period and that the table was reserved only for a certain period. yes, we were late, but gave us every kind of employment about this was unnecessary, I work in the industry and aware that they need the table for other bookings, but they are also those who set the grace period and the booking length if that was not enough time (what it was) that would not be a guest mistake. please learn how to communicate with their guests with the right customer service. our server was beautiful and eating excellent.

The starters were tasty, but the main course was not as described. We ordered the fried catch of the day and what turned up was what could only be described as a battered seafood medley. It was very reminiscent of kfc! Perhaps if we had skipped the main and only ordered starters out experience would have been better. The service was poor, mainly as the staff were inattentive but at times we felt rushed. They could have been more attentive and offered drinks more frequently and checked to confirm that we were happy. I guess that being in a major tourist area of London their return customers are few.
