While waiting, I observed the waitress speaking to the staff in a disrespectful manner, and noticed that the staff seemed unhappy. When we finally got our food and opened the pizza box, my pizza was cold, not even lukewarm – it was completely cold. In contrast, my friend's lasagna was piping hot. It was clear that they had mixed up the timings and my pizza had been left sitting there to get cold. I would have been better off making a simple DIY pizza at home – warming up a tortilla, adding some sauce and herbs. I paid £16.40 for a cold and flavorless pizza that wasn't even topped correctly – I received vegan chicken instead of vegan mince."
