"We are disappointed to hear that Frankie and Benny's in Barrow has closed. We used a Groupon voucher and found it to be great value for money. We were seated promptly and treated with the utmost kindness and respect. The food was delicious, although the fries were a bit cold. The overall atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. We hope to visit again in the near future."

"The service was disappointing. It took 30 minutes for a glass of water to arrive at our table, and we had to ask multiple times just to get someone to check on us. The food was not impressive either. I wouldn’t recommend this place and certainly won’t be returning."

"I have booked 3 tables for 15 people to celebrate my son 10th birthday. at the arrival we were greeted by a beautiful man, I think he said his name was fabio? he showed us to our places and really looked around us! in the did the whole frankie and bennys team were absolutely amazing, but especially they were firm at the government socially distance guidelines and created a happy and safe environment for all of us.. that eating came very fast, hot and tasty not one of our 15 people complained at all we were very impressed by our oriented it is sure to say that we will definitely choose here if we have another family event all was"

"Terrible experience. The only positive was how quickly the food arrived. Everything else was disappointing. First, the waiter brought us a dirty glass. The starters were decent, but my main course had a fly on the tomatoes. There was no apology; my plate was just taken away without a word. For dessert, I ordered the apple cake, which turned out to be very soggy. Once again, it was taken away quickly without any explanation, and I wasn't asked if I wanted anything else or if it should be replaced. I ended up canceling the apple cake and requested the bill. No apologies were offered at any point! Overall, poor service and bad food."

"We arrived early for our booking and were seated within 2 minutes. Excellent service from Ashley our waiter for the evening. The food was good quality and not too long to wait for it to arrive. We had vouchers to use for discount and Ashley explained it all in great detail to us. He was friendly and helpful and kept us informed of how long the food would be etc"

"We had made a reservation for 9:00 AM on Thursday, March 21, for a party of seven, well in advance. However, upon our arrival, we learned from the manager that she could not open the restaurant due to maintenance issues. She mentioned that these problems had arisen the day before, so we would have appreciated an early message or communication letting us know that the reservation had to be canceled."
"Located on the upper floor of the Oasis dining area in Meadowhall, this restaurant is conveniently situated near several other eateries and just a short walk from the Vue cinema. Guests can choose to sit indoors or outdoors, all while enjoying the lively atmosphere of the area. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We experienced an issue with the F&B website that prevented us from printing our discount voucher, but the manager was very accommodating and honored our discount without it. The music was at a comfortable volume, allowing for easy conversation. We both enjoyed a salad accompanied by a bottle of house red wine. With the discount, this restaurant offers great value, and we plan to return. Next time, however, we'll choose to sit outside for an even better atmosphere."

"5 stars doesn't seem enough for this place they deserve more. Had a wonderful conversation with the staff here tonight even though they were busy and rushing around that didnt prevent them from giving us their full attention. The manager was running round helping everyone out all over the place and when she was speaking to us 2 waitresses needed her for something but she finished talking to us first before she went to deal with the questions. Its lovely to have such genuine customer service. The food was so tasty and hot. You have made some regular customers from us. Be back soon"

"This was a terrible experience! The service was extremely slow, with not enough staff on hand. My son's chips were lukewarm. I understand that families use this restaurant for parties, but it's not acceptable for children to be unruly and annoy other customers and staff. I will not be coming back anytime soon."

"My daughter and myself took 4 little people here for lunch..... It took us a while to get sorted, the children were very excitable. The young lady waitress came to the table several times before we placed our order.... The children settled down with their colouring mats which were supplied by the restaurant. We were very pleased with the food, the children 's meals were really good value for money Would recommend. I have a 'date ' there next week with a group of adult people"

This was quite surprising since I had received a booking confirmation. Fortunately, we managed to get a table, but I'm concerned that if we had arrived later at 1:30, when it was very busy, we would have had to wait."

When I spoke to someone there, they just shrugged their shoulders. This left us in a bind, having to find another place quickly. I was extremely frustrated and will be filing a complaint."

"The experience was terrible. I booked a table in advance, but the manager said she had no record of my reservation and asked us to pay the higher price instead. When I mentioned the mistake, she said it was a system error. We were seated at a dirty table and waited 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. I had to ask three different staff members for drinks. The service was horrendously slow, and we ended up having to hurry through our meal because we were running late for a movie."
