"Waiting staff were brilliant and couldn’t have been more apologetic. However they are fighting a losing battle as ‘just eat’ is obviously king as the kitchen NEVER Stopped the entire 2 1/2 hours we were there. The customers IN the restaurant were waiting an age for food and drinks but you can’t fault the staff the company wants revenue and they certainly had a big take away trade. That’s great until walk in customers get peed off waiting and don’t go there but to the other outlets nearby. The staff get the brunt of the Instore customers waiting 50 mins for a pizza really is shocking.when it came one was excellent the other average we only got ours as we complained. The manageress was excellent and couldn’t have been more apologetic but she needs a separate kitchen for takeaway orders or if it carries on the place will shut anyway! Great staff shame as they won’t get tips as everyone’s naffed off!!"

I don’t normally write these things, but I had to after this service. The blonde welsh lady (didn’t catch her name) who served me was outstanding from beginning to end, I couldn’t fault her. I would 100% return to this tester aunt based on her service alone

Issues with my meal and no way to contact Birdbox directly. The food was a bit cold, and some items missing, but the main problem is not being able to speak to anyone at the restaurant, as it doesn 't exist, it 's really just Frankie and Benny 's. Disappointing.

Many thanks for being able to move us into a quiet part of the restaurant so that our autistic son could enjoy his meal (it was very busy, he could not sit in the table and always asked to go after peace and rest) this allowed us to stay and enjoy our family meal on the vatertag. View menu

We visited this restaurant on Monday, March 16th and were very impressed. All three of us ordered a starter and main course and found them all to be flavorful. The service was excellent and efficient, with our server Manella being friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning in the future.

My family and I had dinner at this restaurant last Saturday evening. Some of us have food intolerances, so we were cautious about the menu. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service from Agi, who was patient and thoughtful in accommodating our dietary needs. We also used a Groupon voucher, which made our meals a good value. The kids' meals were also great with a variety of choices. Thanks to Agi for her wonderful service. 5 stars!
