Frankie Benny's - Menu

I went to Frankie & Benny's in Clifton Moore on Friday night. It was surprisingly quiet and I was told there would be a short wait. However, after almost an hour, our main dishes arrived without any updates from the staff. This caused us to miss our movie reservation, but thankfully the company was good and the food was satisfactory.

I go to Frankie Benny's in York nearly every time I go to cinema. The food is perfect for my tastes and I always leave full. The service is usually adequate but occasionally you get a night where you will have a ridiculous wait for your food or drinks, which is fine when this is acknowledged and dealt with, but it has been close to stopping me visit altogether in the past.Generally love the place, and will continue visiting but some tips to the managementstaff: consistency is key, as is communication if something has gone wrong View menu

I frequent Frankie & Benny's in York almost every time I go to the cinema. The food always suits my tastes and leaves me satisfied. The service is usually good, but there have been a few instances where there was a ridiculously long wait for food or drinks. While it's acceptable if this is acknowledged and addressed, it has almost deterred me from returning in the past. Overall, I enjoy the restaurant and will continue to visit, but my advice to the management and staff is to prioritize consistency and communication when things go wrong.

I went to Frankie Benny's on Friday with my partner, just hours before our scheduled viewing of IT. Looking back, I should have reserved a table to ensure we made it to the film on time. Unfortunately, I couldn't predict the future! We waited over 30 minutes to be seated, which was understandable for a Friday night. The waitress offered us garlic bread while we waited, which we appreciated. However, our main dishes took an hour and a half to arrive. My partner's food was overcooked and my pasta portion was disappointingly small. The staff did not seem to care about our experience that night. Overall, a truly awful dining experience!

ok so I love italian food, normally, so i was happy to order a pizza here. the place looked good and had a chilled trendy atmosphere and a nice bar. We were kept waiting ages though for the food and it took several complaints to finally get it. When I did my pizza was terribly overcooked and DRY. I complained and it took them another minutes to get my second order out to me. my girlfriend had eaten hers by the time I got mine, she didn't think much to hers either. Add on to this the overpriced drinks and we wont be going back. I mentioned this to a friend who said they had been to a bennys in another town and it was also awful food. View menu

we love the frankie and bennys chain. the only reason i do not give it five stars is because it is quite a distance away from the town centre. in fact it is a bit of a trek to get to. Anyway, once there, the food is excellent. the american theme works really well in my opinion and all the food is really tasty. there is always enough of it as well, but if you are able to, i would always have a starter and dessert as well, and they are always so good! Also, they always have really nice looking waitresses, which is always a bonus in my opinion! I would give this place nine out of ten and recommend it to anyone wanting great steaks and burgers
