"For the longest time, I viewed bagels as unsweetened donuts that didn't quite make sense with pastrami and cream cheese. Then I visited the Bagel Factory and voila! They were not donuts at all, but rather the ideal breakfast I had been craving for a while. The great thing about bagels is that they can be enjoyed anywhere. The Bagel Factory always has amazing deals with a cup of coffee ready to go, making it the perfect start to my day."

"Only go if you are really into cameras! This will be of no interest to you otherwise. I am very into photography so I enjoyed this. Very small. You probably only need twenty to thirty five minutes if that. Really depends on you. If you are into detail, you could spend a lot longer. Nice display of cameras, some history and other items. There is a £1.00 fee to enter for adults which is reasonable. However, when I offered to pay it the man said just leave a donation wherever downstairs. I couldn't find anywhere and he was busy upstairs so I just left the £1.00 in a place I hope he could find it. Make sure you do the same if you go as these places need our support. The coffee shop upstairs and camera repairs were busy. Cute coffee shop with a a nice selection of snacks, sweet treats, light lunches, juices, coffee and more. Not a huge range but sufficient. If I had more time, would have stopped for a coffee. Will definitely come back to do that."

"There were 5 people In our group for lunch, 2 vegans, 2 veggies and an omni. 4 of us actually ordered from the vegan menu and 1 ordered a vegetarian dish. My main issue was that 2 of us (myself being vegan and the omni in the group! ordered the flat bread from the vegan menu it didn’t advertise coming with chips but when we ordered our waiter asked us which chips we would prefer so we both asked for sweet potato fries. When the fries came out they had cheese on them (despite us clearly ordering from the separate vegan menu . I’m not sure if this was an error on the waiter or the kitchen’s part but the waiter apologised. I shared the fries with one of the vegetarians in the group so I just avoided any that had cheese on them, however I’m now wondering whether actually they were not cooked in a separate fryer and this is why they weren’t on the vegan menu!? In terms of staff knowledge I was also disappointed when I asked what type of plant based burger it was on the vegan menu (I.e. meat substitute or bean based etc and our waiter didn’t know or really seem to understand the question (and didn’t offer to find out . That’s why I chose the flat bread instead and then had the cheese issue! My second main issue is that the food was pretty average especially considering the price. 3 of us had the vegan chocolate tart advertised as coming with fresh berries. (2 of us originally ordered the treacle tart which was sold out, fair enough . However 2 of us can’t eat strawberries so asked for the tart without them, expecting other berries instead, however the only berry on the third tart was a solitary diced strawberry! The tart was also pretty small considering it didn’t come with any accompaniment but cost £6.25! Overall it’s great they’re trying with a vegan menu but my view is that they must try harder!"

"at my last day in london I decided to try this place beyond my apartment, as ironic and it immediately regretted me not to have gone earlier! the vegan open sandwich was fantastic, with crispy sourded, homemade pesto, aromatic courgette and waiting for vegan goat cheese. an absolute winner. good part for 10. they also have a few other vegan options porridge, toast with bon, salat, but it would be great if we had an option, for example to swallow eggs for tofu, so the other menu items can also be veganized! I also found the coffee quite bitter, but that could be on the milk of the heel that they do not use safely who it is."

"Visited Carlo’s many times, recently it has gone downhill. Service extremely slow on a lunch break waited for 35 minutes for four dishes and restaurant was not even busy! Drinks served warm in a warm glass. I had the seafood risotto the risotto was hard and the sauce was watery and the prawns were translucent. Other people in my party also had inedible meals. The prices seem to have drastically increased £17 for lunch is very over priced for the area especially with the low standards provided."

"Lovely to be greeted and showed to our table and so impressed that the chef had gone to the trouble of doing me a separate Vegan menu! We were sat by the door which was very cold couldn't really be helped and apparently we were meant to have a different table.Service was ok, but slow and the Pizza's that we ordered were forgotten about and only when I asked about them about minutes after the rest of our food had arrived were they cooked. No apology was made for this. The Kitchen is a lovely place and we will definitely be back to give them another go"

"a couple days ago, the barista (a man in his late thirties/early forties) asked each of us in the queue our coffee orders quite abruptly. I told him what I wanted and he carried on making coffees and then take the payments when the coffee was ready to serve. It was really getting late and apologiaing, I asked him if he was actually making my coffee. He said obviously not, I will make it soon in quite an impolite way. I apologised again and told him that I had to leave and if he could cancel my order which of course hadn't even been paid for yet. I didn't get an answer, he looked at me like he couldn't care less, shrugged his shoulder and turned the other way like I was not worth his time anyway. Appalling service from that particular member of the staff"

"not 100% sure if this is the one I visited, but they are all the same and are all in london. the donuts themselves seem to be from a higher quality to other similar chains donut shops, with less commercial and inventive aromen. this means that they are not all to their taste, but there is much to choose and they are not disappointed by those who choose them. I had the cinnamon vegan and I had the erdnuss gele before and both were really delicious"

I said that I was having brunch knew That I was having avacado toast and poached eggs, the first girl took my order I also had a glass of water, I had to ask the chap front of house if my brunch was ready this was after a 20 min wait more time passed maybe approached me to inform me that the situatioregaurding my brunch. When eventualy my meal came, which I paid by card , I told the two members of waiting staff that the brunch was fresh and tasty, but the service was far to slow ...."

"Our server wasnt exactly welcoming my friend asked her what the draught beers where for her to rudely flip the menu infront of him and say draught is here and stand in awkward silence until one was chosen. The food was great however I think the waitress needs more training in costomer service as it felt like we were interfering with her day. Also no Mocktails seemed to be available and when asked the reply was I'll see if the bar man has time the Mocktail that arrives was nothing more than cranberry juice with some lime in it to make it pink. Would not return."
