"I can't blame you for eating here. brote, sandwiches, sweet tasty all are absolutely fantastic. I usually take away, but I decided to eat twice lately. at both locations I ordered a grilled sandwich and at both locations I waited, waited, waited. Amazing,...at both locations they have completely forgotten my order if not even particularly busy. I am a really patient person and literally waited well 20 minutes both paintings before I mentioned something, as I find it embarrassing that it has and also do not want to come as impatient if they fight. once is ok, but twice was really surprising. at the second opportunity I received a stamp card for 2 free coffees, so the guy tried to recover the situation again to be fair. this evaluation has now been edited. I just went back to the first time since I wrote this review. I thought I'd get one of my free coffees. during the order I thought I would also get a sausage meat to the breakfast. I warned that the coffee could last 10 minutes. I'm waiting for you. after a little waiting coffee came, tasty, coffee went, no sign of my bungalows yet. I really can't believe that they have forgotten me for the third time. either forget or, as I suspect this time, order my order to another customer who orders me. I must say, people you are really nice people, absolutely always kind and polite. but they must seriously tweak their system as I really fed and ask if I would come back. perhaps simply the name of the customer on the order, so instead of calling what the order is to grab for someone, it is to the person who ordered it? great eating and beautiful staff, but please try to sort the ordering process."

"We hired the upstairs private for for a bridal shower afternoon tea. The setup was amazing! The room looked lovely and they allowed us to add our own decorations. There were 13 of us in the end and they were so accommodating. One person had allergy requirements so they allowed her to order off of the brunch menu separate to the afternoon tea and one person couldn't come so they allowed us to takeaway that afternoon tea. Beth was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and she came to check on us regularly and helped us take some group photos. Would definitely recommend it, I go quite frequently for food but this was the first afternoon tea I have had their and cannot fault the food it was all delicious!"

"We had booked for Saturday brunch. Arrived on time and sat in the cafe area rather than the restaurant which in hindsight was a mistake because all of the servers were focused on that area for hotel guests. After waiting about 10 minutes we were eventually given menus and then had to wait quite a while to order. Food came relatively quickly but was unfortunately underwhelming, and tiny portions especially for the price. The television was blaring when I walked in and asked the man behind the bar to turn it off, he only turned it down. They were playing other music so it just felt really at odds to have the TV on, and then have two soundtracks competing over each other. I'm not sure I would go back here. The decor is interesting and eclectic but I don't think that's enough to recommend in my opinion. Perhaps lunch is better?"

"For the longest time, I viewed bagels as unsweetened donuts that didn't quite make sense with pastrami and cream cheese. Then I visited the Bagel Factory and voila! They were not donuts at all, but rather the ideal breakfast I had been craving for a while. The great thing about bagels is that they can be enjoyed anywhere. The Bagel Factory always has amazing deals with a cup of coffee ready to go, making it the perfect start to my day."

"jutsu brothers has very good Juju energy. the bright room filled with plants, the very smiling Swedish hipster looking service staff, the chill-lounge music that calms the heart, and of course. the delicious food must play a roll. some food highlights: the avocado toast. it won't be more basic than that, but it was incredible. I take back what I once said about hats on cut (vs mashed) avo pieces. that was excellent. the grilled veggies, the juicy cherry tomatoes, the elegant sourded and the mysterious spicy for a very satisfying experience made the herbs: hearty and tasty, this dish must be why jutsu the “Remedy for the Soul” food claim the chocolate shakes: one of three appetitious protein shakes offered in the menu. sweet, cold and jolly. highly recommended."

"Only go if you are really into cameras! This will be of no interest to you otherwise. I am very into photography so I enjoyed this. Very small. You probably only need twenty to thirty five minutes if that. Really depends on you. If you are into detail, you could spend a lot longer. Nice display of cameras, some history and other items. There is a £1.00 fee to enter for adults which is reasonable. However, when I offered to pay it the man said just leave a donation wherever downstairs. I couldn't find anywhere and he was busy upstairs so I just left the £1.00 in a place I hope he could find it. Make sure you do the same if you go as these places need our support. The coffee shop upstairs and camera repairs were busy. Cute coffee shop with a a nice selection of snacks, sweet treats, light lunches, juices, coffee and more. Not a huge range but sufficient. If I had more time, would have stopped for a coffee. Will definitely come back to do that."

"This is undoubtedly the best café in Rugby. The food is outstanding and reasonably priced. The menu offers a wide variety, ranging from a hearty full English breakfast to deliciously rich creamy pasta dishes that could keep you satisfied for days. Additionally, the chef prepares daily specials like perfectly cooked liver and onions, koftes, and today's special was a Stilton burger accompanied by the best onion rings I've ever tasted. "There were 5 people In our group for lunch, 2 vegans, 2 veggies and an omni. 4 of us actually ordered from the vegan menu and 1 ordered a vegetarian dish. My main issue was that 2 of us (myself being vegan and the omni in the group! ordered the flat bread from the vegan menu it didn’t advertise coming with chips but when we ordered our waiter asked us which chips we would prefer so we both asked for sweet potato fries. When the fries came out they had cheese on them (despite us clearly ordering from the separate vegan menu . I’m not sure if this was an error on the waiter or the kitchen’s part but the waiter apologised. I shared the fries with one of the vegetarians in the group so I just avoided any that had cheese on them, however I’m now wondering whether actually they were not cooked in a separate fryer and this is why they weren’t on the vegan menu!? In terms of staff knowledge I was also disappointed when I asked what type of plant based burger it was on the vegan menu (I.e. meat substitute or bean based etc and our waiter didn’t know or really seem to understand the question (and didn’t offer to find out . That’s why I chose the flat bread instead and then had the cheese issue! My second main issue is that the food was pretty average especially considering the price. 3 of us had the vegan chocolate tart advertised as coming with fresh berries. (2 of us originally ordered the treacle tart which was sold out, fair enough . However 2 of us can’t eat strawberries so asked for the tart without them, expecting other berries instead, however the only berry on the third tart was a solitary diced strawberry! The tart was also pretty small considering it didn’t come with any accompaniment but cost £6.25! Overall it’s great they’re trying with a vegan menu but my view is that they must try harder!"
