"I initially made a reservation through Open Table, but when I arrived, they had no record of my booking! As a result, there was no table available for the four of us, and we had to wait for one to open up. However, they offered us a drink as a goodwill gesture. The food was decent, but nothing extraordinary, and I found it to be a bit overpriced for what we received. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly, which improved the experience somewhat."

"my eating was great, the starter was nothing special, but the steak was amazingly soft without chew or fat bits, even if the garnels were a bit burned, so I would say it was a great meal. However, the person I had ordered the same got quite nothing but fat and chewing bits with her steak, so I would say that it is a bit of a hit and miss when it comes to the quality of the food here. but the staff was very friendly and understanding. they even gave us a ticket for a free meal at the next visit and free desserts. so everything in all cannot try too much in any case at least."

"I have eaten here on a number of occasions, and the fact that I have gone back probably tells you all you need to know, but I shall, nevertheless, add a few thoughts.This restaurant is situated on the top floor of the Baltic Art Gallery so, if you like artistic installations (I don 't) you can combine culinary and cultural pleasures. The food is good value for money and always of a high standard; you would pay much more for these sorts of dishes in London. The menu is slightly limited but, having said that, offers a good choice. The staff are friendly and helpful to an extraordinary degree The views from the dining area on a long summer 's evening over the Tyne and one of Britain 's finest cities is unforgettable. So, do I entertain any reservations? Well, yes, but it 's not one by any means restricted to the Baltic 6, and it is the general level of noise that diners now generate. Have we forgotten how to conduct ourselves in public? Now although, let me be clear, this problem is not unique to the Baltic 6 it is one not helped by the abundance of 'hard ' surfaces that act as something of an echo chamber. A few soft furnishings, drapes or similar might help. Just a thought if the management read this."

"I will not be going back here if I’m paid. Besides the fact they’ve taken almost all of the vegan options off, there’s a curry and fajita, which isn’t really a fajita it’s a reheated sloppy wrap! I know this because when asking about allergens or if I can take stuff out I was told it was all premade. I asked for a gluten free wrap as it was part of the option and was given a regular wrap and told about that after I had began eating it! I made my allergies very clear and the waitress tried her very best and was lovely but it seemed the kitchen staff really didn’t have a clue and something in my food set off a reaction even though I’d checked and there shouldn’t have been anything in especially since this meal was meant to be vegan (my main allergy is milk)... On top of this, the lady who came over to assist was extremely rude and insisted if I didn’t need to go to hospital it didn’t really make any difference and it wasn’t their fault so they wouldn’t do anything! Reluctantly she refunded me and said “here you go Madame if your money will make you feel better take it we obviously don’t cater to the likes of you” utterly appalled. "Treatz is located on a bustling section of Stratford Road. The restaurant offers plenty of seating space and features comfortable, contemporary interior decor. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food quality is excellent. However, there is no on-site parking available, so customers must park a little further away. Despite this inconvenience, the overall dining experience at Treatz is pleasant."

"platz was really busy when we arrived with people who were not booked away, so it is very popular. the staff was friendly and helpful. the table was a bit small and sometimes felt somewhat cramped, especially with overlapping table sets. it was also next to the disabled toilet. (hence the -1 star) eating was really nice and cooked, just as we asked. they also had an extensive wine list with very beautiful weeping. I'd go back if I knew I was sitting somewhere else."

"Came here after the London Marathon and we made the right choice. I visited this place in Feb, to celebrate Valentines and it was super good. Now it was even better, did not feel rushed but rather like a neighborhood restaurant where everyone is very friendly and kind but also with a very good knowledge about wines and the food. "We had wanted to try Crepes Cones but it was closed. Insteat, we saw the eye-catching colors of Afters and decided to give it a try, thinking it would be similar to other dessert places we enjoy. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I ordered the Ferrero Rocher waffle and received a stale waffle with chocolate sauce and mixed nuts that seemed like they were leftovers from a bargain bag at the grocery store. The Ferrero Rocher was nowhere to be found. My husband's Very Berry ice cream was overly sweet with a red sauce that was too much for our teeth, although the fresh berries were a highlight. We left £17 poorer and very unsatisfied, with the staff simply telling us that's what we ordered. Save your money and stick to a Solero or Calippo instead."

"Fratelli is by far the best Italian restaurant in the area. I was really excited to try it because there aren’t many Italian options in Woburn Sands. The food is absolutely delicious, and I've never had a bad experience there. It’s quickly become one of my favorite spots in Woburn. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They even kept my leftovers in a box in their refrigerator so I could enjoy them later while I explored Woburn Deerpark! Plus, they held onto my jacket that I accidentally left behind. Everyone is super friendly, the food is amazing, and the atmosphere is cozy. I highly recommend Fratelli!"

"book a table for by opentable becouse ask italian online booking not working properly and not answer the phone despite rings for a few minutes we sat and then came the manager and asked the booking. he explained that ask italian no longer used opentable. that was very embarrassing. I felt we were not welcome. the man came back and asked for the booking confirmation. fortunately I printed the booking confirmation and could show him this we ordered our starter and net. Unfortunately, the starters did not arrive and one of the main things was missing. the management gave us a reasonable discount without asking, which was polite and respectful although I had given a bad evaluation, I would nevertheless return this to a unique experience, as ask italian has provided a very good service for a family-oriented base restaurant for us in the last few years. it may be due to a change in management at this particular branch. we're going back. If there is a re-creation, we will assume that there is a decline in the service that it traditionally provides and goes elsewhere."

"I visited Allium to pick up two pizzas to go, and the entire experience was a disaster from beginning to end. Although the restaurant was empty, I had to wait about 30 minutes only to be informed that they had no pizza boxes for takeout. Instead, I was offered the option to carry the pizzas on plates down the street. So, we opted to dine in. Honestly, I think frozen pizzas from Iceland would have been a better choice; they were awful. The crust was as hard as cardboard—probably frozen beforehand—with just some extra cheese thrown on top. This definitely doesn't reflect the quality of a top chef!"

"I can't express how impressed I was during my first visit to the restaurant tonight. The atmosphere was incredible as soon as we arrived, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our meal. We ordered various dishes, and I couldn't get enough of the 12oz fillet steak paired with a half lobster – it was absolutely superb. We also enjoyed a delicious calamari starter, followed by the amazing fillet, and we topped it all off with sticky toffee pudding and cream, which made the evening perfect. My partner and I were both blown away by everything we tried, and our choices were spot on. We're already looking forward to our next visit in a few months, and we left completely speechless by our experience."
