"We reserved a table for 2 accompanied by our dog. A table in the bar area was allocated and a very short Bar Menu| was offered. The server recommended the Butcher 's Steak which I found tough if moderately tasty. My wife had fish anf chips which was a basic plate of food. We were quite early starting our meal and the bar ares was relatively quiet. However by 8pm it had filled-up quite significantly and noise levels went up, and service quality quickly worsened. Not an experience to be repeated."

"only to be clear to everyone what kind of place they will visit. I and my wife had dinner last night. the place was quite busy, but they had only a few employees who looked very tired and unhappy. After we finish our meal, we spend a little time out when the personal member came out. we asked him/her about the night and we told him/her that he/she looks very tired. after we started chatting. he told us the further developments: they are paid daily (this amount hardly the minimum) without service charge for 8-10 hours work and the toilet cleaner sometimes do 12 hours under the minimum wage. probably they get less money tips what they should be. another thing that the owner does not pay regularly. few people of the staff are waiting for 2 months salary there is a person who is for 3! a few people from the ex staff who come back to ask what is about their february or March pimp. if they can do this, they do not pay the holiday allowance and of course most employees will not get a contract even after 2 months. if the manager has a bad day, he will punish the staff for it. he can be very annoyed if his personal himself makes a small mistake and he himself lets himself behave such a thing that he should not do, although he does not pay for his personal in time what I think is not a small mistake from his side, not talking about his attitude. if someone asks this question when can I expect for my salary? he lies, laughs or says that I can't do anything, even if one of his latest and most reliable workers ask him with drinking his eyes. enjoy their meal in the red fort"

"if they happen to be someone who is freed from the mask during the Covid-19 pandemic, please avoid this caffe. as the only food outlet in the park it should be ideal to take a takeaway coffee. but they have to go in. to order. I tried to do this today, first clear that I was masked free and entered a ok of a beautiful employee. I ordered the coffee, went outside to wait, went back to collect and pay him, as no one came to me, just to know from a most hostile and rudest member of the staff, which requires to know where my mask was and why I didn't wear it. I regret to buy the coffee now because the contempt and disregard was so annoying and stressful. that's really unnecessary. put them a luke or stand them out where coffee can be ordered and treat them all their customers with equal respect and kind. try to remember that I am also a human with right. this ruined a beautiful morning and let me drink when I walked the road, with my capless coffee, which spilled everywhere on the place. (it was pushing on me without lid, as if I had a bubble plague and had to be chased out of the ast) at least I found hatch coffee in sandycove, so that peace is restored."

"An excellent restaurant specialising in japanese food but also serving some other oriental cuisine. I've been coming here for years now and the food has always been top notch. I wouldn't recommend it to someone in a great hurry as they have been known to be a little slow, but the food is all freshly prepared to order so in my opinion it's well worth the wait! It's often quiet and I sometimes fear for its future, so do check it out while it's still there!"

"Couples visit for a birthday on a quiet Wednesday evening. Was hoping for a great meal as it 's the first time we 've managed to get out since having a baby 3 weeks ago and organising childcare etc is always tough. 10mins after ordering we were told the starter that was labelled 'Gluten Free ' isn 't actually gluten free and was mislabelled on the menu so my partner had to change her order which of course is disappointment. Concerning as this was only caught as our waitress double checked with the chef. I had ordered bread and olives for starter however only the the bread was brought out until the manager noticed I was missing the olives, oil, vinegar and side plates. They had also brought my 'half starter ' out without my partner having anything brought out. The mains were prompt and tasty albeit very expensive for the steak. The wait staff were uncommunicative and apart from the manager seemed oblivious to our issues. Disappointed that nothing was taken off the bill and there was even the default 10% service charge added! Not one to kick up a fuss but won 't be returning."

"the outside of the pub looks terrible. it is tired and boring. the inner is similar. it's dark and clapping. the coworkers try, but there is a certain lack of love to detail. this place needs a real spruce out and in, it also needs a strong customer concentrated management team that get the best from the personal. that could be a big pub, but we have said that for years and his still poor. the meal times with which we are no longer disturbing, because they are expensive and the quality is very hit and miss more than hit to be honest. the pub has no atmosphere. it also lacks any type of airflow when the weather is warm, leave the doors open and open windows where possible. illuminate the space both inside and outside to make it more attractive. that could be a great place, but as I say, we have said that for a long time."

"Looked very nice on entry, if unexpectly quite for a Thursday night in December. I ordered the mac and cheese with a side of skinny fries. When the food came the mac and cheese had bacon on it, seemed an honest mistake by the server who apologised when I said I didn 't order bacon, I 'm vegetarian he took it and said he would get a new one. I was surprised and a bit suspecious when it came back less than 5 min later but it looked ok, that was until I put some in my mouth and it tasted smoked. On further inspection I found a small piece of bacon down the inside of the bowl. I called the server back and asked if the chef had just taken the bacon off and the reply was a sheepish yes. He apologised again and offered to get me anouther, however I refused, if they think just taking the big bits of bacon off makes it vegetarian I can 't trust the practices going on in the kitchen. A short while later he came back and apologised again, saying that I wouldn 't be charged for anything, he also took the blame himself as he didn 't tell the chef I was vegetarian and hadn 't said anything when they just took the bacon off. I appreciated the apology, but it doesn 't make it right and made that point clear to him. I 'm vegetarian by choice, but what if it had been an allergie to something or I had been Muslim or Jewish. I 'm exceptionally disappointed that a place advertising itself as vegetarian, vegan, gluten friendly place can get something so basic, so wrong. It 's put me off going back and I certainly wouldn 't recommend anyone with any kind of dietary requirement going there as you may get more on your plate than you bargained for."

"Absolute stonker of a pub/restaurant. The pub is upstairs on the Broad St level, and the restaurant (which also has a bar) is down one level towards Gas St and the canal. The food is fantastic, and surprisingly inexpensive. The waiting staff are great chatty and efficient and the atmosphere is cracking. We were sat near the bar, but still had plenty of space for dining."

"I have been here once for their afternoon tea as recommended by friends. The environment was great the food however was not on par. Since it was not too busy we were led outside into the garden and seated in a private glass room shaped like a bird-cage. The surroundings was absolutely beautiful and serene, a great setting for a meal anytime of the day. When the afternoon tea set arrived through it was not the standard I was expecting, the sandwiches were dry and the desserts like their chocolate cakes were sickly sweet. "What an absolutely incredible experience, wonderfully warm staff, delicious food and the best Manhattan in Dublin! The guys here went out of their way to make sure I had a brilliant birthday dinner, the staff are also very knowledgeable about their cocktails and you can tell they truly enjoy their jobs. 10/10 will be back for future special occasions, the background live music added to the 5 star experience and we really felt like we were in a 1920's prohibition bar. Thanks again to the Blind Pig for a wonderful night!"

Nothing was too much trouble for everyone, would highly recommend visiting friends and family when they go to Liverpool, the whole venue was very clean and loved the fact that we free sanitary products for women in the toilets. "I would give this restaurant no stars, if possible, or even negative stars. We placed our order using their app, which did not allow us to make any modifications. Our order arrived after an hour and 20 minutes, despite being told it would only be a one-hour wait. The pizza was flavorless, the burger meal deal did not come with the drink or chips, and the burger itself was described by my boyfriend as tasting like "seasoned cardboard" - horrendously bland. My mom's chicken kebab only had three pieces of chicken in the entire pita. My dad had to go pick up the missing chips himself because the delivery driver was unavailable."

"Walked in to be left standing about as staff went about with setting up jobs. Found two staff who kept insisting “nuhin was booked” told them it was just a table for 8 no set menus which they kept mentioning. Again left standing in the empty restaurant as they went to find someone else. They sat us at the afternoon tea set up then asked us to move after about 5 minutes of being sat there when we said again we weren’t in for that. Took us about 20 min and talking to 4 staff to get to the point of ordering drinks, once they were ordered from the bar a drink was forgotten and had to be ordered again after 15 min. Food came pretty quick and for the most part was good. Ordered plain toast with poached eggs and this came with avocado on it, not a huge deal but wasn’t what was ordered. However a chicken Caesar salad came without the chicken. After telling the staff it took the best part of 25 minutes for a whole grilled breast to come to the table with muttered apologies. As part of the apology a voucher for a free coffee from Starbucks was given, the person wasn’t drinking coffee. After we had finished we sat there with dirty glasses and plates in front of us for about 30 min. In that time I watched the staff serve meals to and clear the only other two tables around us. We decided against desserts at this point and left. Genuinely just got the impression we were an inconvenience from the start, maybe as we were the first table in but definitely won’t be back anytime soon."

"Started by phoning to make a booking,this was horrendous in the end I phoned central reservations and they put me through to the restaurant. I asked if the carvery was still available they assured me it was. Arrived at restaurant nobody came to show us or table we asked at the bar they pointed to where it was.sat at the table no one came to explain where the starters were or anything else. We found the starters or should I say where the remains or maybe not were. No plates to put the food on had to go and find someone The cold plate of meat what was left was spattered with cream from the desserts which was right next to it on the table,salad was non existent had to find someone again to explain all this. The main course was almost the same very little meat left the beef was the best and that was pretty miserely. The veg and the yorkshires were only just above blood heat. My advice is don't go anywhere near this carvery any later than mid afternoon. ."
