"I've been trying to try this place for a long time, and I managed to go yesterday and I have to say it definitiw tasty (I got the loaded philly chese steak) but from my experience it was definitiw a little over price for what I actually got. £9.89 for a meal is a little on the expensive side, considering that the cheese steak fell apart and soggy and was a struggle to eat physically. I guess I can forgive myself for the taste. I'll try a burger next time and make my decision."

"Friends and I stayed here overnight as we were attending a party nearby; we also came back in a group for a late Sunday lunch the next day. I have to say that the place is an absolute gem the accommodation is first rate (rooms are beautifully appointed and furnished, lots of lovely touches (hospitality tray includes a good coffee machine as well as tea making facilities, plus fridge containing fresh milk and good bottled water) and breakfast offered a very good choice indeed; they were able to cater well for my friend who is a coeliac vegetarian. When we came back for late Sunday lunch, we were delighted with the quality of the food and my goodness the portions! Staff are young, very friendly and extremely professional. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Fabulous little cafe. Went on a Friday evening, did book but there were a couple of tables free during the evening. Lovely lady called sue the owner and chef. Sue will talk you through the menu vegetarian or vegan and gluten free. So much to choose from. Variety of teas too. No alcohol is sold on the premises, you can take your own. Can park outside on the street, spaces are limited. Lovely vibe to the place. Not open every evening, also do take away. Had the Chinese fritters so filling and delicious, you will not leave feeling hungry at all. I myself am a meat eater and I will be definitely returning."

"We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. My husband and son both enjoyed their pizzas, while I had salmon with a jacket potato. The desserts were also delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price of our meal, which included 3 two-course meals, 5 soft drinks, and a latte for a total of £85. The staff were fantastic and we want to give them a big thank you for their excellent service."

"Great little place that might be somewhat deceiving. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but stepping in you are instantly welcomed with a modern, warm restaurant. I had the lamb main which was delicious and my girlfriend had the prosciutto pizza. I tried some of her pizza and it was also great. Her one criticism was it would have been good if it had a little balsamic vinegar on it (just a personal preference). Service was all very friendly. It did take a while but we felt that was because they were focusing on each table cooking from scratch and so the quality was worth it. Great place and I would definitely visit again."

"I knew I was in the right place when I saw the queue out the door, which did move very quickly. I’ve been wanting to try the Christmas sandwich since seeing it advertised and it did not disappoint. Premium quality meats, stacked high and excellent service. It was so filling I had the second half for dinner. The gravy for dipping was equally as yummy. There’s a wide variety of filling options, cakes, sausage rolls and scotch eggs. Seating inside should you wish to sit in. I will definitely be returning."

"I went for breakfast with a friend on the 10th of December and was greeted by a delightful young lady whose customer service was exceptional. She was always smiling and readily available if we needed anything, which enhanced our dining experience. I would rate the service 5 stars! However, the breakfast itself was disappointing. The Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and avocado on toasted buns, which is typically a happy way to start the day, fell short as the eggs were overcooked and the buns were too toasted. While I am not usually picky about my food, I believe Eggs Benedict is a classic breakfast dish that should be executed well by the chef. This may have been a one-time issue, but for a price of £10, I expected better quality. Despite this, I would like to focus on the positive and extend a huge thank you to the wonderful young lady who served us."

"my wife and I visited today at about 5.15we were well met by a lovely gentleman behind the bar who was very personable and helpful ,who also had a great knowledge of the area. we ordered two drinks and sat in the bar where we inquired about food . we were informed that the kitchen didn't start evening meals until 6 but the gentleman asked about any allergy or dietary requirements and went through the menu with us explaining the catch of the day, locally sourced ingredients and the specials for the day . as soon as the kitchen was ready he already had our menu choices and took it into the kitchen before time .. we decided on local mussels for starter, catch of the day sea bass for myself and chicken parm for the wife .. with everything cooked to order and the place being just starting evening service I expected a wait but I was pleasantly surprised when the mussels in a beautifully decadent sauce were infront of us before I finished my pint..they were provided with a bowl and a hot lemon water to wash your hands if you eat like an animal as I tend to do .I went up to the bar when we finished the starter and met the owner of the hotel who was very happy to chat and was proud to talk about his place and the food namely the connections to the local area .this gentleman served me at the bar and when I returned to the table he came and cleared off the table ..and returned with the mains in short order ..the sea bass was exquisite and fresh , the sauce it came in was incredible and the new potatoes where slightly pan fried to give them this small crunch when you bit into them the veg was a vivid green and obviously fresh ..it was all perfectly balanced beautifully put together and filling but at the same time a light meal ..perfection .the chicken parm was presented equally well and my wife enjoyed it massively. we tried a small piece of each others and would have happily ordered each others ..and still might we have a few days here..for our desert we chose the lemon tart that was made in house and was divine ...this is first class food .have no doubt about that ...the portions are substantial I'm an eater and if I were to leave a place feeling hungry I'd not write a review .I really enjoyed myself tonight i hope I can return to try some of the other items on the menutry this place you will not regret itBest food I've had since arriving here in polperro .rhys"

"I must say that the experience exceeded expectations. the service was really good and friendly and made the experience pleasant. the mood was decent and not too loud, we could still talk and hear. eating was good, quickly came out, although it was completely packed. I wouldn't expect it to be just like philly, but it gets a passing score of me. the wings were decent, not where in london wing the size of the bww has, but they where well cooked. I had them just and with soaking and both were delicious. ranch dressing was good, but the blue cheese was very exaggerated and too thick for my taste. the mozzarella sticks are a must. amazing. wiz fries. the cheese steak hoagie was really good! the bark was really well chopped. I had to add salt and pepper, but it was a decent sandwich. the roll splits it into a sub, but it kept ok. passyunk ave is the place to go in london for a good steak sandwich. I hesitated to try the Westfield site as I thought eating place was underwhelming, but next time I could go here for the good experience. small space, so before booking to avoid being turned away."
