"Very poor food, plates were left with 90% of the food still on them, when we complained to a member of staff about the food he claimed we'd eaten everything. Manager discounted our bill, but the food really was tasteless, bland, the wrong food came, sizzling platter that didn't sizzle only had 3 prawns in it. Terrible experience, won't go back and wouldn't recommend at all."

"Antalya was close to our London hotel in Russell Square so we decided to try it: it was a wonderful meal in a very pretty place with excellent food and friendly service. The full dinner provides an excellent selection of hot and cold starters. Everything was very fresh and the portions were large. The baklava, served warm, was the best we’ve ever had. If you’re in London you must eat at Antalya!"

"I visited this restaurant for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised by the freshly prepared food and the wide variety available. The affordable prices were another nice perk, especially since I only ordered water with my meal."

"Unfortunately i did not have the greatest experience here, compared to many restaurants that exceed great customer service. First of all the waitress did not seem aware of the menu or familiar with which food was suitable for someone with milk intolerance. Apparently the only vegetarian options available without milk would be the vegetable section only. As an oriental customer at a chinese restaurant, i tend to be familiar with what has milk in and what hasnt (i always double check just incase) and unfortunately she had to get the manager after i questioned her on her knowledge. Not to my surprise i was correct with ordering noodles with vegetables and lettuce veggie wraps. Food was quite bland which is surprising as asian cuisine normally has great flavour and seasoning. Our waitress didnt seem too keen to return to our table, so i had to make my way upstairs to order drinks from the manager.. who shockingly replied 'there are stairs for you to come order here if you want ' when i told him i wanted to order a drink from a waitress ignoring my attention. Overall I didnt feel valued, and made to feel like i was aburden due to my food specialities, nor did i feel secure from my waitress and her knowledge. I shall not be recommending as i know plenty of other asian cuisines that will happily cater to my needs"

" top spot for me. The food is consistently delicious, with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. The presentation is always beautiful and the service is attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a casual dinner or special occasion. I highly recommend trying Siam Oriental for a taste of fantastic Thai cuisine in Leeds."

"I still have not my head, as the name of this restaurant should be pronounced, the best I can do is kao fi ray a, but what is certain that this is a great restaurant in the wonderful granit city, the restaurant seems a renovated bank on a scale from a cathedrale to Thai food with golden exotic statues that graze several key points. the atmosphere is intoxicating far east promise and must represent a significant investment in design and execution. the service was gracious and attentive at any time of mairi. we have been on prawn tom yum and kha, pork pliersloin, duck tamarinde, kokosreis and jasminreis plus two large bottles singaha for a total cost of £66 and very good value."

"my first experience of thai food. our friends went to chaophraya in edinburgh and loved it. Although chaophraya is a chain, it seems that everyone is something different. this special place had a beautiful ambiente and decor to put a chilled mood. we were received to sit up. a beautiful spacious opposite. a very wide menu, very well organized, but so hard to know what to choose with the many options. the only place where I have ever frangelico on the drink card! a definitive winner! a “must taste” drink! my eating option was very good and the additional egg frying was also not disappointed. Unfortunately my wife wasn't too sharp. the service is also friendly. they are observing and thoughtful support, where possible, very good. Although it seems to be a lot of waiters/waxes standing around you and eating you, which makes it easy to unpleasant. the toilet areas are clean and regularly controlled, keeping a clean standard. parking is also plentiful. there are many places to park, to walk from the restaurant. Thai food would not be my personal first option, but if they are in Thai food, then this might be the place for them. as a Google reviewer in the top 10% of the reviewers for the restaurants we were also granted a 15% discount, which was very friendly. many thanks to all employees in chaophraya."

"After recently moving nearby, we decided to dine at a restaurant in Mae Khong recommended by a colleague. Our dinner experience was fantastic from start to finish. The servers were attentive, polite, and courteous, the prices were reasonable, and the food was exceptional. For starters, we had the crispy salt pepper squid and satay chicken, followed by the young curry and butterfly king prawn pad thai for our main course. Everything was delicious, and the pad thai reminded us of our time in Thailand. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this restaurant!"

"We visited this restaurant in the middle of the week during a work trip to the area. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy. The restaurant's decor is very traditional Thai, with all the employees wearing traditional attire. We were promptly offered drinks and given time to look over the menu. Our food arrived in a timely manner, prepared fresh, which was evident in the delicious taste. The quality of the food was superb, with fresh, flavorful, and appropriately sized portions. The main dishes also arrived promptly, and it was clear that everything was prepared to order. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their meals and commented on how delicious the food was. Throughout the meal, our server checked on us to ensure everything was satisfactory and kept our drinks filled. I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant, as they also offer a take-out service."

"No welcome on arrival, we had to ask three times if someone could take our order. We'd booked for 5.30 to allow time to eat before the Tuesday night football at the Valley. There were only three tables in bar ourselves at this point. It took nearly 1 1/2 hrs to get our mains, all the time the kitchen was prioritising Take Aways for Just Eat customers over restaurant diners. Other people were complaining about the wait around us. When our starters had come and someone came to the table to ask if everything was ok, he'd turned around and walked off before I could compliment him on the starters. They literally didnt give a toss, apart from their friends... To add insult to injury I'd just got up to ask about the wait on the food and a waiter proceeded to put a plate of fried chicken and a bowl of chips on a table in the corner behind us, there was no one sat at the table, until two lads arrived clearly their buddies and sat down to eat when we had been waiting over 45 minutes for our mains. The food arrived, my butter chicken consisted of huge chunks of dried out chicken in yoghurt with some spice mix, my friend's chicken biryani was cold, my peshwari naan was soo sweet as to be inedible. We left after 5 minutes of getting our mains having paid. Safe to say that's a disaster not to be repeated in the same place!"

"Saturday evening family takeaway delivered to home was really poor, dish by dish 20% of Prawn Crackers were solid and inedible they were free fortunately Grilled Haloumi was as advertised and tasted ok but I’ve never had a smaller portion it was fair for the money. Japanese curry crispy chicken with udon noodles Gopping at best, the noodles were OK the”Golden crispy chicken” had the texture of spongy rotten fruit and the taste wasn’t much better, at best it tasted of flour and was as close to being crispy as a wet rizzla paper. Pad Thai This dish was barely passable, taste was reasonable, zero effort into looks. Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls OMG they even managed to get this one wrong, the batter was thoroughly uncooked and still soggy. All in All, if you are able to eat with your eyes shut and taste buds turned off then this is the takeaway for you."

"I have been coming here since it opened. Chai street has always been an absolutely fantastic place to eat. The food is amazing and the service is second to none. This was proven to me again today when I ordered a take away through a third party app. My food was delivered to the wrong address and subsequently never arrived. The Chai street staff we absolutely amazing at sorting it out for me, even though it is not their responsibility once they have given the food to the delivery driver. I cannot recommend this place enough both for the service and the food. If I could give more then 5 stars I would."

"Having read some of the take away reviews I thought I'd throw in my two penneth. The food arrived 20 minutes earlier than stated, it was hot and everything including pickle tray, poppadoms, garlic nan and butter chicken curry were fantastic. I thought it strange there were negative reviews because eating in the restaurant is always fabulous. So there you go an excellent takeaway service which I would highly recommend. "I also remember when he was a veggie caffe. it was removed for a short time and I asked eric why. the vegetarian status has simply not worked for them, which is a scandal. I was before a gig at a saurtday evening and it was pretty busy with about 50/50 shared with veg and neat customers. it has a veggie menu and there are several vegan options. it was a little chaotic, a nice wise. I had a thali who had a chickpea curry, a veil curry and a dhal. a side with oliven was a little off. the tahli was great, the schleierkur was something oily, but still all three were good. it was a great value for the portion size and they have a good lunch with ten thali. there are better Indian options near, but if they want a chilled caffe, instead of a restaurant this is a good choice."
