"We visited this restaurant for lunch after attending the Art of the Brick exhibit for my son's first birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service! The staff was very kind and even gave us complimentary birthday churros for our little one, while singing happy birthday to him. The food was delicious and the overall experience was truly fantastic."

"This place was awesome! I've been traveling in Europe for months and have been missing Mexican food. This place was so good I went twice in a three day stay! The queso is superb and my favorite was the trio of fish tacos. The prices were very reasonable, too. Nice atmosphere, great wait staff, excellent selection of drinks even Mexican beer! I highly recommend!"

"During my recent visit to the Woolpack, the dish I initially wanted was unavailable, so I ordered something else. Unfortunately, the meal I received was cold and had to be sent back. It was returned after being reheated in the microwave, which was a bit disappointing. While the cocktails were enjoyable, several of the ingredients for other cocktails were missing, which limited our options. I had dined here before and had a wonderful experience, but this time I left feeling quite let down."

"We booked a table here for bottomless brunch so that the bride to be's, hair and makeup trial didn't go to waste! We all went for the Spanish tapas as our food choice on the menu, and it was delicious, especially the Prawns and Halloumi. They've recently changed the drinks options on the bottomless, but I was grateful they had gin and tonic, but all the girls enjoyed the cocktails from the list. The venue allowed the maid of honour to place decorations up in advance of us arriving at 3 pm, and the staff were all very accommodating. After our brunch, there was a house dj on, which wasn't the brides thing, so we did end up moving on, but we loved the entire experience from beginning to end. Thank you, Poco staff. You were awesome!! Highly recommend!!"

"I dined there with my wife and baby, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The food was amazing! The vegetarian option, chickpea tacos, was out of this world. For dinner, we spent around £20-30 per person. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a perfect 5, and the atmosphere a perfect 5 as well. I highly recommend the churros and the chicken tinga."

"Although living locally we hadn't eaten at the Grazing Cow for some time but booked for a late ish (18.00 Sunday lunch when family came up from London for a weekend in Telford. We all picked a roast from the menu and 2 of us ordered the 3 meat version (turkey, pork and beef all on one plate . In a nutshell, the food was faultless. The turkey was moist, the beef nicely cooked and the pork came with crackling. Apple, cranberry and horseradish sauces came with the 3 meat platters and as appropriate for the individual servings. Roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, peas and parsnips completed the meal which was delicious. Special mention for the staff who were all very friendly and welcoming and helped make the evening a great success. We've been to plenty of venues in and around Telford for Sunday lunch/dinner and this was one of the best and great value for money too. Highly recommended but a word of caution the 3 meat plates have generous portions of each meat so make sure you've got a hearty appetite if ordering this :"

"both I and my partner cannot break a range of our experience. brilliant eating supplied by brilliant personal. they were more than happy to add to the burgers on certain occasions and came to order (big portions). the bartenders were great with different. drinks for our taste and even a cocktail hours made quickly before one of their layers ends. the garden area is amazing, the layout, the lighting and the music supplement the atmosphere. the new call button system is so interesting and efficient. by pressing the correlation button on the simple remote control, the operating personnel was organized and would be on their table within seconds. overall an amazing night, thanks for all employees at bullen head! "Nice place but the food was well below what you would expect. The steak was tough and no steak knife offered. The steak on the steak sandwich was equally tough but unusually was not sliced, so to get your mouth around crisply ciabatta bread and a generously thick tough steak is just too much to handle! My son had the chicken and chorizo when was very nice. We also saw a chef take a chip from one of our plates on he pass….not the part of the meal he should have checked was ok unfortunately. Also nice that they are following the trend of adding a gratuity on the bill to save you the trouble of working out whether it was deserved or not."

"Visited on a Sunday, easily got a seat. Staff were really attentive and explained the menu and portion sizes. Service was quick and friendly. "The atmosphere was charming and we were excited to try this restaurant based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, we may have just had bad timing as we were seated at our table and waited for 15 minutes without being given a menu or offered a drink, while neighboring tables were served promptly. It seemed like the owner, who was wearing a checked shirt, didn't even acknowledge us and didn't seem concerned when we decided to leave. We cannot recommend their lack of hospitality and are disappointed that we didn't get the chance to sample their food."

"Our first visit to the Boathouse definitely won't be our last. We had a wonderful experience! Given that they had just reopened a few days ago, everything was impressive. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and we never felt rushed. The service was excellent—perfectly balanced, not intrusive but always attentive. The food was of high quality, and the desserts had a homemade touch that you often don't find. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with no complaints, and I highly recommend it!"

"Just been for a meal while on holiday here. Fabulous! We've never tried a Texmex restaurant before. Hubby had steak tacos, son had buttermilk chicken tacos, and I had steak strips, tiger prawns with salad and mini wedges. Very generous portions, and delicious. The three meals and two pints came to less than £60, which I thought was reasonable. The service was good. The restaurant is on a first floor, with a few stairs to climb. I think it could be a problem for the less able bodied. They do a takeaway option, but it isn't an extensive menu that I can see."

"After reading reviews I thought give this place a whirl . Wish I hadn’t bothered within 15 mins of opening while stud in a line of 4 people waiting to be served she had run out of lobster !! ,so we opted for the dirty fries with blackened prawns (they were just standard king prawns with seasoning) and the crab taco she said 25 mins wait thought fine not a problem fresh food takes time to cook after 45 mins of waiting we still hadn’t got our order nor had the couple in front of us , when the food finally came it wasn’t even worth the wait . the so called dirty fries was just a spicy slaw with 4 prawns what was just standard king prawns not blackened any way shape or form the crab taco was pathetic tiny little thing hadn’t even seen crab if it tried again just more slaw the price I’d of expected more oh and no fork to eat it with or napkins to wipe your hands with or after . It could of been a little gem and a gold mine but it just seems like the owners given up !!"

"We dined here for the first time over the weekend and had a great experience! Upon arrival, we found out they were operating with a limited menu because they had sold out of most items. It was only 1:30 PM on a Sunday, which speaks volumes about how popular this place is! Honestly, there were only about 4-5 options left for us to choose from, which made us a bit unsure. However, we decided to try everything they had available, including the chicken, pork, and sweet potato tacos, as well as the loaded fries. Everything was incredibly delicious and packed with flavor, and the portion sizes were generous too! My partner and his mom also enjoyed some coffee, which they both said was fantastic. We can’t wait to return and sample the full menu soon!"

"This is the perfect place for date night, the staff are friendly and attentive and the food is amazing. There is a good vegan range of food for starters and mains (didn't get desserts) which are clearly labeled on the menu. I had the sweetcorn cakes and then the pad thai, and my friend had the chicken tacos and the chicken with cashew nuts stir fry. I would 100% recommend these dishes. The menu also states how spicy the food is which is helpful. There is a long list of cocktails, a bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it. Their version of a pornstar martini is the best I've ever had. We called up and booked a late reservation, where we were seated didn't look like some of the photos online, I think maybe if you ask or book further in advance there might be more scenic tables to sit at."
