"Absolutely Gorgeous Meal, myself and my Wife went for a date night just to celebrate our personal achievements so nothing to serious, yet Wagamama has a balance, it 's classy yet fun and has a unique charm. Personally as a meat eater who enjoys certain plates, Wagamama has done the impossible and has dedicated 50% of its menu to Vegetarian/vegan options which is great as a whole as it is a massive social trend this new Environment Friendly eating Wagamama have achieved well in Keeping both parties (vegetarian and non-vegetarian eaters) but some items wear sacrificed to achieve this. Starters are great, mains are great, and deserts are also... You guessed it great!!"

". my drink order, a pint, was quickly brought to my table by marta and helped me to forget the missing quality of the work I had completed. holly helped me with my food order and the meal was pointed. in contrast to my essay max. my second asahi and served it with a smile that led me to my word counter limit. all in very pleasant experience. as 95/100 as a whole. will be coming back if next essay is due"

"unfortunately I found a piece of chicken in my vegan meal, they apologised and cooked me something different, but explained that because the cups are tight together and the cook the ingredients for some dishes (i.e. pad thai) there is a high chance of cross-contamination. that makes me scary what I command now when I go."

"We went to Wagamama Salisbury for lunch, having been quite a few times before but not for several months. I’m not sure what might have changed but it was a real disappointment. On the plus side, the service was reasonable and both the tata squid and hoisin duck buns were tasty and quick to the table. However, the tantoman beef ramen and grilled chicken ramen were both very bland with broth that I can only describe as tasting like school dinner gravy. Both were left less than half finished. Equally, the chicken and prawn pad Thai was quite greasy and again, bland with no spice heat at all. The dish was saved through the addition of lashings of soy sauce and chilli flakes at the table, but that shouldn’t have had to have been the case. Despite seeing the ramen bowls hardly touched, our server didn’t ask if all was okay, they simply cleared the table and reminded me that I could pay via an app. All of this coming in at a whisker shy of £70 as well, (yes £70 for three noodle dishes and some squid balls) left a very bitter taste in my mouth, pun intended. I won’t be back."

"I love Wagamama generally and my first visit to the Croydon branch was pretty consistent with my previous experiences elsewhere. For my main I had Yasai Yaki Soba a rare vegetarian dish that didn't feature tofu (I don't like tofu). I substituted the soba noodles for the egg free udon option, and asked for no egg in the dish leaving me with a tasty, satisfying vegan meal. On the side I had the wok greens (broccoli and bok choi). Good decision, as the garlic sauce on the vegetables was delicious! To drink I went for one of the new raw juices the Blueberry Spice. It was ok, I wouldn't order it again. The taste wasn't bad and it had a nice ginger kick but I wasn't keen on the texture from the blueberry seeds. My companion tried another of the juices, the Positive which was much better really refreshing and slightly tangy. Service was good and they now accept payment through the Qkr! app so no hanging around at the end!"

"Today I got a take out from the wagamama Norwich restaurant, unfortunately one meal was left out of the bag, when we realized and contacted them, they were incredibly apologetic and offered to send the meal to us in a taxi, this arrived very quickly. The food itself tasted just as good as in the restaurant. Thanks for being so helpful and for the great food. The extra mile in sending it was really appreciated as it was for my Grans 90th. Thank you!"

"Took 1.5 hours today. Waiter was so slow. Alot of starters missing and then we waited for a long time for a dish. And only when I asked where it was, was told it wasn't available !! Why make us wait then ?? And why take it as an order. I only learnt this from a different waitress. Our original waiter had disappeared !!! I'm then told we don't have enough staff and everyone struggling. Than why is your restaurant open ? No food, bad service and not enough staff. Crazy"

"Date of dining 11.07.23 I’ve been here a couple of times and I have to admit I’m not a fan, I’ve always found the food to be tasteless. However I had an all4one voucher given to me by my employer, we chose to give wagamamas another try as it had been a couple of years since we’d visited in the past. The bill came to just a little over £50, again disappointed with the tasteless food but hey it was a free meal (or so we thought) so it didn’t bother us, it was just nice to get out. Upon paying the bill we were served by the manager who told us quite frankly that the card would not work, that they have loads of problems with them and it’s always happening. She scanned it twice on my request and she was right, it didn’t work. I asked her why she was allowing customers to dine at the restaurant without pre warning about these cards either via their social media platforms or by giving customers the common decency to let us know before we ordered just incase, to save people having the misfortune like myself of going out for what would be believed to be a free meal to then having to pay for it especially if they couldn’t afford it, and her reply was”oh yeah that’s a good idea I never thought of that”. After a couple of minutes of expressing my annoyance her speaking to her manager, I was still told I’d have to pay the balance. So now I’ve come to check the card the next day and it appears I’ve paid not just once with my own money, but twice as they’ve cleared the £50 balance which was on the card. To me, wagamamas are pulling the wool over their customers eyes. This could have easily been avoided."

"Firstly, I am traditionally trained service professional. I tried to contact Wagamama directly, but there is a stupid questionnaire which does not leave much room to comment. First time in this restaurant, I studied the menu for a very long time, would have been nice if a staff member had come over to offer help. Waited a long time for my drink, which I watched sitting on the bar. I did adjustments no onion, chili) to my meal, no problem. Again, food sat a while on the kitchen counter before being brought to my table not busy, 5.30pm). After clearing my empty bowl I was not offered dessert or more drinks. Waited a while to catch someones attention to pay. I had my purse on the table, clearly ready to pay. Staff were slow and not very attentive. Personally, I do not like long nails and nailvarnish for waiting staff, which in a lot places is against H&S rules. The music was very loud. A casual, slow service is all the rage right now and might suit a younger client, but not me. Oh, and one thing i learned on my first day in restaurant training, do not touch a glass at the rim. Or the straw where people put their mouth. Management was sitting on a table next to doing the schedule, with biscuits and energy drink cans on the table. Not a good look. Food? ah yes, Was nice enough, despite what was supposed to be brown rice, I popped to the supermarket and got myself some food to have at home. First and last time for me, sorry."

"I love everything wagamama and I really appreciate their attempt to move more in direction plant-based food. the bathroom is really not clean, which is not very nice and the waiting queue to get a table was long, although it had many empty tables (I assume, kitchen capacity limits that? but unlike that, eating and service are great!"
"We both got the iconic chicken katsu curry wasn’t lovely as per. Great quality ingredients which are fresh and perfectly cooked. We were served swiftly and staff were lovely and accommodating so that was a nice touch, was a very filling meal so was actually stuffed afterwards will be back again!"

"I dined at this restaurant twice during my visit to London. It has become my favorite spot to eat when I'm there. The restaurant is always clean and offers a fantastic view of Tower Bridge. The service is consistently quick and the food is always of high quality and portion size. In the photo are some delicious dumplings and stir-fried vegetables."

"Three of us went and had a lovely time, one had never been to Wagammas before and enjoyed te experience. Tom our server was great. Covid safety: in place, the long tables are now sectioned. Register for Covid tracking. Masks until seated. Car Parking: not applicable as in pedestrian zone, however there are two pay and display about 10 minutes walk either way. Mobility scooters a plenty whizzing round the pedestrian areas. Food: plenty for Carnivores, Vegetarians, Vegans and Gluten Freerers. They will adjust food to your liking. Interesting drinks ie healthy juices, plus hot drinks and alcohol. Toilets: 1st floor of the restaurant, in the far corner to the left of the kitchen, including a disabled loo."

"Good food served quickly in an unfussy restaurant. Ample parking in the outlet center car parks. We use the one to the west, the centre remains open to walk through til late so no issues returning to the car. Food is always good, I'm a particular fan of the yaki udon, but have tried many dishes and loved them all. Deserts have been their weak spot for me, some of their oriental twists in well known deserts haven't always improved them, but the smoked chocolate caramel cake is a winner, and the bananana katsu is great if you've got a sweet tooth."

"As always, the dining experience was fantastic. My wife has gluten sensitivities and several food allergies, yet she still finds plenty to enjoy on the menu! The staff is cheerful and attentive. Overall, I would rate it around 5 stars."

"for a starter i always get the wok fried greens. theyre in a garlic soy sauce and taste so good. the dim sums and salad are vegan. for main i recommend the donburi with no egg. its a rice dish with veggies and tofu. if you fancy something lighter then the yasi ramen with no egg on ramen or rice noodles are the way to go. it comes with tofu, mushrooms and these green leaves in a broth kind of thing. very tasty. theres also the yaki soba which is a noodle dosh with veggies and tofu. also really good. no deserts though. i rate this place highly because of how easy i can eat there without making a fuss infront of non vegans"

"We have just tried to visit Wagamama in Brent Cross. After standing at the doorway for in excess of 10 minutes without being acknowledged by any passing staff, we politely asked a passing waiter if anyone was seating people. The waiter (Marius) very rudely proceeded to roll his eyes and state “I’m not a host, we have 2 floor staff working, if you don’t want to wait you can go online and complain” we pointed out that his attitude wasn’t great and we were simply asking if anyone was seating people. He shrugged his shoulders and again told us to go online and complain. We asked to speak to the manager. He simply said “she’s busy and is working on the bar” and then walked off ignoring us. One of my companions walked through the restaurant herself to approach the manager. She was met with the same blasé and dismissive tone and couldn’t care less about the way her staff member had just spoken to us and even rolled her eyes at her. This is the same manager who rather than speak to the customers who had been queuing to enter the restaurant, decided to take the time to speak to a gentleman saying he needed a quote for his journalism assignment, thus resulting in Several people leaving in favour of Another venue (where they were actually serving people) After working for Mitchell’s and butler’s hospitality myself for over 15 years, this was probably one of the worst customer service experience I have personally experienced. I understand when venues are short staffed, however, this really is a poor management foresight, it is not an excuse to be rude to potential customers. With the current cost of living crisis, perhaps your manager would do well to remember that eating out is a luxury for people and when someone chooses to spend their money in their venue, they do not deserve to be treated so rudely when simply asking a polite question."

"I loved the vegan menu! There were plenty of sides and options to choose from, as well as two sorbet desserts. The vegan drinks were clearly labeled, which was a nice touch. I tried everything that had a picture next to it and shared with my friend. We particularly enjoyed the mixed mushroom and paneer aubergine hirata steamed buns, and the vegatsu was fantastic! The kare burosu ramen was delicious, but I preferred the other two dishes. I can’t wait to try the vegan menu again! I also enjoyed some complimentary green tea. The staff was wonderful and patient, the service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable."
