"An incredibly frustrating experience. Being amongst so much chaos and seemingly inexperience of how to work in a restaurant displayed by most staff. The queue being around the corner outside of the restaurant yet seeing staff wondering around inside and a minimum of 10 available seats at all times it took us 35 minutes to be seated. Another 15 to be acknowledged by AB to place an order of whom I had to wave at him as he wandered around. The drinks didn’t come for some while a tap water and green tea isn’t really a big ask. I don’t usually name bad service but on this occasion training and focus is needed to do a basic level of customer service the job your employer to do. The bao arrived cold and fortunately I got the attention of a gent who was taking the order of the people next to us perhaps the only one here who knows his job. New bao delivered within 2 mins which was great. We really love wagas normally for the efficiency and food however today was just laughable experience. The whole journey was Im personable, unprofessional and a shambles. I would have said this to someone’s face or the manager had I be able to catch anyone’s eye during our 2 hours!!!! To get lunch. Paid on the app as was quicker than watching the waiters just slowly placing menus and walking around not seemingly knowing what they’re doing."

"Our 4th anniversary. We usually go up, but it wasn't possible this year. To be honest, the food was just as good as where we usually dinate for far and much more of it we had to take some away. The staff was very friendly and funny and we would recommend you visit there. The service was fast and the food delicious!!"

"We had not been here for some years so thought we give it a go again. The first table we were taking too I had to ask that we be moved as it was filthy so not a great start. Really enjoyed the food although one of the adult portion sizes was a bit small for the price. Staff were very friendly and the food didn’t take too long to come out. Kids loved the fresh smoothie type drinks. Overall we enjoyed it but they could do better with slightly larger pasta portion sizes and a better attention to cleanliness."

"This Wagamama is definitely my favorite! The manager, Martina, is an incredible person who is focused on providing excellent service. The waitstaff is also fantastic."

"I don't tend to eat in chain restaurants, but for wagamama I make a take. their vegan options are delicious, innovatiw and good priced. for today's trip to canterbury, I tried the vegan ripening and vegan chicken frames for the first time. they were both delicious and full of taste, although textually I prefer the sincean vegatsu. the rugs were so delicious and spicy, I really liked the sambal paste, and I added the vegan ei 1.50 extra) which is usually not included with the chicken style because I wanted to try it I was pleasantly surprised. that is quite convincing if they wanted to make the egg yolk with Kala name, I'm sure they could, but I still enjoyed it. the modest Bangbang-Cauliflower is still the cong of the menu. that is canterbury I will just say it is quite early in the evening (post-shopping, many families) so there was a long wait around 6:15 when we showed up and service was slower than usual. around half 7 it had emptied a lot. Just remember when they're in a hurry. updated by previous review on 2021-11-05"

"I have tried several dishes at Wagamama this year, but my favorite has to be the No Duck Donburi. The staff is friendly and helpful, although they tend to be quite busy due to the popularity of the Chapperfield branch of Wagamama. While I could recommend other dishes, the No Duck Donburi is the one I find myself coming back to most often. The only downside is that the restaurant is a bit small, and can feel cramped when it's full of customers, which is often the case. However, if you enjoy high-quality, generous portions of food at reasonable prices, you won't be disappointed by a visit to Wagamama here in Norwich."

"We have just experienced what has to be one of our best visits to Wagamama (and we eat there a lot). Our waiter, Dan, greeted us like he’d taken on the role of Dungeon Master. He was funny, engaging, great with the kids. They actually made him a thank you card out of the paper menus. All the food was hot and delicious and they didn’t skimp on the tofu in the Raisukaree as other branches do. The meals came out within a few minutes of each other. It was all so quick and easy. If you’re reading this Dan, you made our night!"

"Great spot I would recommend for eating a casual meal by yourself or with friends. At the time I went, I had to work hard to walk up 2 flights of stairs. There 's probably an elevator somewhere. Food (7/10): I ordered the cod ramen and a drink. I 've never been to a place with the variety of Asian dishes this place has. It kinda threw me off as a red flag like one of those restaurants that sell Asian cuisine but the quality was still good. And the fact that a ton of people were eating here I knew it was legit. I wouldn 't come here if I really wanted ramen and would go to an actual ramen shop, but as place that gives work food court vibes, this place is decent. Value (6/10): Not the best pricing but within standard values. Entree with drink is around $20. Ambience/service (7/10): Lively food court work cafeteria vibes. High ceilings like a food hall. Long tables that can fit larger groups. Someone takes your order and then you pay via phone. Work food court vibes."

"I visited WAGAMAMA for dinner on December 28, 2016. This was my third visit to London and I have dined at three different WAGAMAMA locations during my trips. In all three eateries, I have been consistently impressed..."

"We have just tried to visit Wagamama in Brent Cross. After standing at the doorway for in excess of 10 minutes without being acknowledged by any passing staff, we politely asked a passing waiter if anyone was seating people. The waiter (Marius) very rudely proceeded to roll his eyes and state “I’m not a host, we have 2 floor staff working, if you don’t want to wait you can go online and complain” we pointed out that his attitude wasn’t great and we were simply asking if anyone was seating people. He shrugged his shoulders and again told us to go online and complain. We asked to speak to the manager. He simply said “she’s busy and is working on the bar” and then walked off ignoring us. One of my companions walked through the restaurant herself to approach the manager. She was met with the same blasé and dismissive tone and couldn’t care less about the way her staff member had just spoken to us and even rolled her eyes at her. This is the same manager who rather than speak to the customers who had been queuing to enter the restaurant, decided to take the time to speak to a gentleman saying he needed a quote for his journalism assignment, thus resulting in Several people leaving in favour of Another venue (where they were actually serving people) After working for Mitchell’s and butler’s hospitality myself for over 15 years, this was probably one of the worst customer service experience I have personally experienced. I understand when venues are short staffed, however, this really is a poor management foresight, it is not an excuse to be rude to potential customers. With the current cost of living crisis, perhaps your manager would do well to remember that eating out is a luxury for people and when someone chooses to spend their money in their venue, they do not deserve to be treated so rudely when simply asking a polite question."

"Noodles!. Wagamama is a chain which serves noodles. The seating is very nice and the food comes on a first-come first-serve bases. So, if someones' meal is ready before someone elses, the one that was made first comes to the table. I ordered steak and noodles. The steak was tasty, but the noodles were undercooked. The orange juice was VERY big but I managed it. The ice cream was lovely. Me and my parents paid £25 which is a reasonable amount. It turns out that Wagamamas' speciality; noodles, is not so special after all!"

"Date of dining 11.07.23 I’ve been here a couple of times and I have to admit I’m not a fan, I’ve always found the food to be tasteless. However I had an all4one voucher given to me by my employer, we chose to give wagamamas another try as it had been a couple of years since we’d visited in the past. The bill came to just a little over £50, again disappointed with the tasteless food but hey it was a free meal (or so we thought) so it didn’t bother us, it was just nice to get out. Upon paying the bill we were served by the manager who told us quite frankly that the card would not work, that they have loads of problems with them and it’s always happening. She scanned it twice on my request and she was right, it didn’t work. I asked her why she was allowing customers to dine at the restaurant without pre warning about these cards either via their social media platforms or by giving customers the common decency to let us know before we ordered just incase, to save people having the misfortune like myself of going out for what would be believed to be a free meal to then having to pay for it especially if they couldn’t afford it, and her reply was”oh yeah that’s a good idea I never thought of that”. After a couple of minutes of expressing my annoyance her speaking to her manager, I was still told I’d have to pay the balance. So now I’ve come to check the card the next day and it appears I’ve paid not just once with my own money, but twice as they’ve cleared the £50 balance which was on the card. To me, wagamamas are pulling the wool over their customers eyes. This could have easily been avoided."

"Came in for date night on Friday and specifically asked staff and manager for gluten free menu as I have celiac disease and I can’t eat foods containing gluten. Consequences of accidentally eating food I’m intolerant to causes me numerous health issues for 2 weeks. My Main came and I took a bite of it and realised it wasn’t the one I ordered. Got my one i was supposed to have eventually. Then ordered a dessert and they got that one wrong too ! What a nightmare. I’m not very well now and I have been pissing out of my a and have terrible wind"
"In summary, I have visited this restaurant regularly and I enjoy the food, although it may not be authentic Japanese cuisine. However, I find the waitstaff to be overly attentive."

"Okay, we all know what Wagamama’s and what it’s like. But this was probably my best experience at one of their restaurants. Loads more vegan options than I remember clear new ones and the existing ones were as nice as ever. Tried the ‘ribs’ and ‘squid’ along with the standard mushroom buns and the vegatsu all gorgeous. Plus the staff were all great and helpful. Not cheap, but worth it… very nice experience"

"my man and I have eaten some paints here and have always enjoyed it. Today, however, we decided to bring our 11-month old. it is not always easy to find child-friendly places where you do not feel troubled with a child car, etc. but the personal was more than helpful and very friendly. and I cannot recommend the child menu enough. my son loved his lunch, just like us. highly recommended if they are looking somewhere to go with children!"

"Me and my husband eat here most of the time if we are in town because the staff are lovely and the food is delicious, we both usually have the same thing but yesterday we both tried something different and we really enjoyed it! Its one of our favourite places to go to for a bite to eat in horsham."
"WHAT WE HAD: Yasai Gyoza £5.75); Yasai Samla Curry £9.95) – Lemongrass coconut curry with tofu, peppers, shitake mushrooms and baby plum tomatoes paired with white rice; kare burosu ramen £10.95) – shichimi-coated silken tofu and grilled mushrooms on udon noodles in curried veg broth, topped with pea shoots, carrot, chili, coriander Food is ok as one would expect from Wagamama, flavourful food that isn’t strictly Japanese food but still alright, and at typical high street prices. We would have liked it if it was served piping hot especially the noodles). The service was a bit slow and unfriendly, one of our orders was forgotten and it took a while for us to get a server’s attention. Disappointing service especially when we were dining in when before the dinner rush, there was only us and 2 other groups of customers at the time."

"Absolutely Gorgeous Meal, myself and my Wife went for a date night just to celebrate our personal achievements so nothing to serious, yet Wagamama has a balance, it 's classy yet fun and has a unique charm. Personally as a meat eater who enjoys certain plates, Wagamama has done the impossible and has dedicated 50% of its menu to Vegetarian/vegan options which is great as a whole as it is a massive social trend this new Environment Friendly eating Wagamama have achieved well in Keeping both parties (vegetarian and non-vegetarian eaters) but some items wear sacrificed to achieve this. Starters are great, mains are great, and deserts are also... You guessed it great!!"
