"Date of dining 11.07.23 I’ve been here a couple of times and I have to admit I’m not a fan, I’ve always found the food to be tasteless. However I had an all4one voucher given to me by my employer, we chose to give wagamamas another try as it had been a couple of years since we’d visited in the past. The bill came to just a little over £50, again disappointed with the tasteless food but hey it was a free meal (or so we thought) so it didn’t bother us, it was just nice to get out. Upon paying the bill we were served by the manager who told us quite frankly that the card would not work, that they have loads of problems with them and it’s always happening. She scanned it twice on my request and she was right, it didn’t work. I asked her why she was allowing customers to dine at the restaurant without pre warning about these cards either via their social media platforms or by giving customers the common decency to let us know before we ordered just incase, to save people having the misfortune like myself of going out for what would be believed to be a free meal to then having to pay for it especially if they couldn’t afford it, and her reply was”oh yeah that’s a good idea I never thought of that”. After a couple of minutes of expressing my annoyance her speaking to her manager, I was still told I’d have to pay the balance. So now I’ve come to check the card the next day and it appears I’ve paid not just once with my own money, but twice as they’ve cleared the £50 balance which was on the card. To me, wagamamas are pulling the wool over their customers eyes. This could have easily been avoided."

As usual the food was fragrant and tasty and you can sit outside as a bonus with a beautiful view and the cherry on the cake was the service by our waiter Jax who couldn't have been more helpful and attentive

Food was delicious although part of it never turned up so had to chase for that after I had finished the main meal. Bit of a shame. Beer is second to none….. absolutely beautiful. The service however was kind of strange, the waitress, although pleasant enough was quite awkward and made us feel a little uncomfortable. Apart from that not a bad evening! View menu

I had a fantastic experience at Wagamama Lincoln. The staff did an excellent job managing the busy restaurant, ensuring a quick turnover of tables. The service was top-notch, with a warm welcome, prompt order-taking, and swift delivery of drinks. Despite the crowded atmosphere, the staff took the time to interact with our granddaughter and were attentive to our needs. The food, as usual, was exceptional.

We had a busy Valentine's Day dinner at this restaurant, but the customer service was fantastic and the focus on us was superb. The food was especially delicious, particularly the Pad Thai and the ginger-infused white chocolate cheesecake, which is one of our favorites. We would like to give a special shoutout to Eesha, who made sure we had the best possible experience throughout the evening. She truly enhanced our already very enjoyable dinner experience!

Waited to get sat down. Restaurant did not look at capacity, so confused as to why there was a queue outside. We were then sat somewhere where the sun was directly in our faces. We ordered our food, then asked to move because the sun was in our face. We were told we could, but because we'd ordered our food already, it might go to someone else who sat in our current seat. We decided to stay put. Our food arrived and not once did someone ask if the food was ok. The meal was not up to the usual standard and our ramen broth was watery compared to usual. Our food was then cleared without asking if it was ok. We then sat for 15 minutes without anyone asking if we wanted dessert or the bill. We got...

We went to the restaurant with a group of four and were greeted warmly and seated at a table. Jax took care of us and provided us with both the food and drink menus. We ordered a combination of side dishes and a main course. I decided to try something new, the Hot Pot Beef Teriyaki, along with some prawn rolls. The sides we ordered included Cauliflower, Beans/Broccoli, and sliced mushrooms. I usually don't like mushrooms, but these were surprisingly delicious. The Hot Pot dish was also very tasty, and I may order it again in the future. The overall experience was pleasant, with a nice atmosphere and excellent service. I appreciate that the food is served as soon as it's ready, ensuring it's...

"when we arrived, there was a 15 min waiting for a table for 4 people. that in my head was a good thing, and what can I say, but I was right. I go out for dinner and give a 5-star rating without being a bit generous, but in this case I don't have to be generous. this is really a 5-star evaluation site. the price is reasonable and this is reflected in the size of the drank. large but not too large and very fillable. the selection was good overall for lunch and tea and coffee selection was then expected to be bigger. simply note that no alcohol is served here, but is not needed, as the environment is excellent and the ethos of the caffe supports. eating was great and the selection of meat and vegan food was good. the face of the children on the sight of the child afternoon was one of the excitement, especially when you see the size of the cake. the burgerpatties were thin, but wide, homemade, like all food, cooked in a juicy juicy condition. the nuggets were diceed chicken pieces so quality from the beginning, batter was slightly spiced and cooked for perfection. not greasy or soggy or too much for the meat. best nuggets I've ever had. if they like cake and coffee, this is also the place for them with the sizes of the cake portions they will take a few home, and it is worth it. as they can say, we really enjoyed eating and put in a place that is modern with a classic touch that I felt relaxed and that eating fits the venue."
